Ten years after the defeat of Nightmare Moon, Luna decides she's had enough of Celestia's Equestria and leaves to found her own utopia. However, as more of Equestria decides to secede from Celestia to follow Luna, the land quickly dissolves into a full-scale civil war.
Twenty Two years have passed since the beginning of the war and the mane 6 have all either passed on or vanished. Now Cloud Chaser, a cybernetically enhanced unicorn with the New Lunar Republic, must discover the legacy they left behind as he works to bring an end to the civil war.
