Fallout Equestria: Best Served Cold

It's been far, far too long since I updated this fic. Most of you have probably forgotten it's existence, but that's fine. I don't blame you, really. I've said I'm going to keep writing it many, many times and made many promises to come back.

I haven't kept them.

I'm sorry for that, but I just haven't been able to find the time or the will to do it. I didn't have a direction when I started this fic. Well, actually, I did, but the characters ended up deciding they wanted to do other things and my original idea for the plot kind of went down the drain. This led to a terminal case of writer's block. I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do or where I wanted to go or how I wanted to do it.

Well, that is one thing I'm changing. I have been taking a writing course at Full Sail University and my most recent class showed me some tools I can use to change that. I have some ideas and I am planning on doing a full reboot of this fic, starting today.

It will be the same cast, the same setting, the same basic plot, but I plan on removing a few things here and there and adding some others that will make everything more focused instead of all willy nilly crazy random. This will help keep me on track and, hopefully, prevent me from letting it die again.

If you are reluctant to hold your breath, I don't blame you. It may not work. I may just end up floundering again, but I think it's about time I dusted this off and either start it back up again or throw it in the trash for good. We'll just have to see which one it ends up being.
