It's been over three-thousand years since the "Wasteland Era," and the nation of Equestria has lost itself to the inevitable hardships of a once-hell bound world. The darkness of the past has been passed on by it's survivors, and the light of the future is tainted by the spirits of today. As the war for power rages on, many play their parts.
