Equestria's most notorious voyeur, Tracy Flash, is up to no good again. This time she has her sights set on Twilight Sparkle, a rare collection of books, and another sweet, sweet payday.

But things are never what they seem to be, especially when viewed through a pervert's camera lens. Emotions flare and secrets are revealed as Tracy Flash once again pokes her nose in the one place it seems to fit best—in somepony else's business.
