Celestia awoke with a start. "Time to raise the sun." she sighed. She went up to her dresser, combed her mane and tail, and flapped her wings a few times to get the feathers in order. She put on her jewelry, and walked out to her balcony. She looked out to Luna's balcony. Where was she? She was supposed to lower the moon. Celestia waited a few minutes, then finally decided to lower the moon herself, and raise the sun herself. When she was done, she had a complex emotion. Anger, and Dissapointment. Yet, she was scared and nervous. What if something happened to Luna? Celestia walked to Luna's room. She checked Luna's bed. Nopony in there. Worry seemed to cover Celestia like a blanket. What has happened to Luna?!
"Luna has disappeared! She is missing! Search everywhere in Equestria NOW!" shouted Celestia as she got into the throne room. Immediately, the guards suited up and went. They must find Luna.

A group of guards were searching the Everfree. "I don't think she'd come here." said one guard. "She was pretty upset last night..." said another. The ponies looked around some more, then suddenly one guard gasped in fright. "LUNA!!!" The other guards came running towards him. "Oh my Lunar Princess!" one guard gasped. "Stay with us princess!" said another. But it was clear she was gone. "Get her body back to Canterlot. There is tight marks around her neck. She couldn't of strangled herself, she'd have a rope on her neck." said one guard. "It was murder... someone assassinated the Lunar Princess." said a guard. "We will find what pony who did. Right now, we must get her back to Canterlot." said another. The Pegasus royal guards picked up Luna's body and brought her back to the Canterlot Castle.
Twilight Sparkle gasped. "GUYS!" she yelled. The other five ponies looked at her, puzzled. "Princess-Princess Luna-DIED!" said Twilight. "WHAT?!" asked the other 5 ponies, now running to Twilight. Twilight was reading the local newspaper, Equestria Daily. "It says so in this section. Take a look for yourselves." replied Twilight. "The Equestrians may never see night the same. Today, earlier this morning, Princess Celestia's Royal Guards have found Princess Luna, dead in the Everfree Forest. The only data they can receive from the Lunar Princess's dead body was that a pony of some kind, has strangled her to death. 'We are not certain what pony would try to do this, or even WANT to do this, but we will find that pony.' the Royal Guards claim. Tonight, a funeral will be held at Canterlot in Town Center. If you know anything about the murder, please contact the Royal Guard Division."
Everypony was in tears now. "We can't let this slide. We will find this murder ourselves. Even though it is Nightmare Night, we will be busy!" cried Twilight. "Aww- I was really looking forward to getting candy, but okay." sighed Pinkie. "You sure 'bout that, Sugarcube? I mean, this is a murder we got on our hooves - a murder that managed to kill an Alicorn! We're just mortal ponies. We ain't gonna catch him!" cried Applejack. "And besides, if I get murdered I do not want BLOOD on my coat!" hissed Rarity. "Eh, this pony has got nothing on me! I'll get him, and OH, he'll be scared!" growled Rainbow. "Umm, no thanks, I'm not coming." Fluttershy said, trying to hide under Twilight's books. "If the Royal Guards can't even find this murder, who's gonna?" asked Twilight, "It is okay girls. We have the Elements in our hooves. Nopony can defeat the Elements!" said Twilight. "F-fine, I-I'll go, but-but, if I die and one of you guys live- take-take good care of Angel for me-me o-okay?" asked Fluttershy.
Applejack sighed and took her hat off her head. "If I die from this pony killer, I will die with honor and I will die for Celestia and Luna." Pinkie Pie sighed, too, but she said nothing. Rainbow Dash went in anger. "Come on, guys! Death is not an option. We will capture this murder no matter WHAT!" "She's right, and when I catch him, I WILL TOTALLY RIP OFF HIS HEAD AND HOOVES AND SHOVE THEM DOWN HIS THROAT AND TAKE OUT HIS EYES AND SHOVE THEM UP HIS ASS!" growled Rarity. Everypony looked at her in shock. "Uh, okay then..." said Twilight, "We will leave tonight, when Trick Or Treating starts." said Twilight. Everypony nodded in agreement. They will find him. They will kill him.
It was the night before Nightmare Night, Princess Luna was wearing a pitch black hood, galloping through the cold rain that has been brought to Equestria.She sobbed and sobbed as she trudged through the Everfree, when she finally stopped. She continued crying, but brought out a book she hid in her hood. She used her magic to rest the book on the ground, and then she stopped crying. "No.." she said. Her eyes turned pure yellow- no pupil. "Celestia, you shall be assassinated by my servant!" She shouted in her Canterlot Voice. Luna's horn glowed. She would attempt Witchcraft spell she learned from the book she brought. "MAY I HAVE MY SERVANT'S ULTIMATE SUCSESS TO HAVE THE CELESTIAL PRINCESS BE DESTROYED! KILL ALL WHOM DARE TO FIGHT. KILL ALL WHOM WHO CROSS YOUR WAY. DESTROY THE CELESTIAL PRINCESS!" shouted Luna in anger.
She shot a laser at the book. The book vanished into thin air. It then formed into a monster: A male Earth pony as white as Celestia, no mane, no tail, it had a black tuxedo on. It's cutie mark was a circle with an X in it. Lastly, the most frightening part about this pony. He had no eyes - no mouth - no nose. Luna's eyes turned to normal. "What is this creature I summoned?" she said in fright. The pony disappeared. "What?" said Luna. Then suddenly, the pony appeared right behind Luna. Luna screamed like a little filly. Then she got angry. "AS PRINCESS OF THE NIGHT, I DEMAND YOU TO STOP!" The pony said nothing, like he could. The pony seemed to glare right into Luna's eyes (even though he doesn't have eyes!) Then Luna's vision started to get fuzzy, she felt dizzy. Luna suddenly got in so much pain, everywhere in her body, she collapsed to the ground. Her breathing got slower and slower. "Help..." she gasped. The pony suddenly grew extra hooves out of it's back. It looked Luna right in the face again. It seemed like it wanted to say something, but it couldn't. A message came to Luna's mind. "I will grant your wish. I will kill the celestial princess. But every other pony will die, too. And so will you. You are my first kill. Die, lunar princess." Slendermane wrapped his extra hooves around Luna. Luna gasped for air. Help! Help! The grip got tighter and tighter every time she tried to cry. The grip was so tight, she couldn't even cry. But it got even tighter and tighter. And the Lunar princess lay there, dead.
