Spike has an unhappy life in Manehatten. His love life has turned to ashes, he is despised and hated and has no one to turn to. But when he meets a certain blue maned DJ, he wonders if maybe he can have a shot at happiness one last time.
Being in Manehatten for five years with his older sister, Twilight Sparkle and his marefriend, Sweetie Belle, Spike learns that evil, dark shadows dwell in the streets and that his love for his mate is eventually fading.
As he goes to a bar to drown out the source of his pain, Spike meets the legendary DJ Pon-3 and questions if it’s even possible to find love in the wild and blunt mare that many would turn away.
