Chapters Chapter 2 Who are you?
Snow Day woke up in a white hospital bed and wearing a green hospital robe. He rose from his bed, he found several get well cards on the drawer next to him, as well as two apology cards. He continued to look around the room and found Rainbow Dash sleeping next to his legs. He gently brushed her mane with his hoof trying to not wake up the sleeping mare. Snow Day heard hoofsteps grow louder as he turned around to find a doctor with a box and a few x-ray pictures.
"Ah your awake good. Now I know where probably wondering where you are, the answer to that is Ponyville hospital. Seems you had an allergic reaction to the hot sauce planted on the lemon drop you ate, wonder why you ate it but that's none of my business." The doctor said
"Ok, thanks." Snow Day eyeballed at the rainbow mare. "Why is she still her?"
"Oh, well you've been out for 3 days, the mare stayed by out side no matter what. She confessed to us that she and Pinkie Pie planted hot sauce on the lemon drops. She wanted to apologize but you never woke up in time, so here she is, sleeping. Oh and how could I forget, here are some x-rays of your bones."
"My bones? I thought it was just an allergic reaction."
"Yes but apparently we found that one of your arms felt sloppy as if there weren't any bones, what was fascinated to me is that, your bones look blue. Any reason for that?"
"Ask Canterlot." Snow Day said in a flat tone.
"What?"
"Ask Canterlot." Snow Day repeated. "The science institute of Canterlot. They will explain what I am. Also do you have any ice?"
"Yes, there's a pitcher right there with water and ice." The doctor said pointing at a pitcher full of ice water. "Why do you need ice."
Snow Day reached into the ice pitcher taking one ice cube. He closed his eyes and swallowed the ice cube whole. Monitors next to Snow Day started to change and function rapidly as his health results began to change. The doctor's mouth hung open like a attic door, he was amazed as Snow Day's muscles and results changed rapidly. Snow Day let out a burp with icy breath and leaped off his bed. The Doctor's eyes shrunk like cotton as he was amazed that Snow Day recovered in a matter of seconds.
"What are you?" The doctor asked in fear.
"Ask Canterlot." Snow Day repeated. Snow Day looked over to Rainbow Dash who was still asleep, even after the conversation and ruckus that has happened. He tapped Rainbow Dash on the head, but no response, she was still asleep. Snow Day gave a small chuckle and picked up Rainbow and carried her on his back. "I'll take my leave Doc. Just send me the bill by mail and I'll pay later." And with that Snow Day left with Rainbow Dash still sleeping on his back.
Snow Day was walking along the streets of Ponyville, he didn't know what to do with Rainbow Dash, he figured Twilight would know. Snow Day walked along the roads and found Twilight's house, he took his hoof and knocked on the door. The door opened and Snow Day found Twilight sipping some hot cocoa. "Hello Twilight, Can you help me with this?"
"Snow Day!? I thought you were in the hospital!?" Twilight said dropping her cocoa causing a chocolate mess.
"Read my file." He said in a flat tone. "So can you help me with this?" he said pointing to the sleeping mare.
"Oh well.......I'm reeeeaaly sorry Snow Day, but I can't have her in my house."
"Why not?" He said as he raised an eyebrow in confusion
"Well, I'm expecting a visit from Princess Luna,you know her right?" Snow Day nodded at the name. "And if I have you or Rainbow in my house, I fear that a mess might corrupt the books of knowledge in my library. I'm really sory, maybe you can take her to your house."
"It's okay Twilight, I understand. And yea, I'll take her to my house, thanks for the tip. Oh yea, and one more thing." Twilight raised in eyebrow. "Tell Luna that the crescent moon is the best moon ever." He said as he trotted off with Rainbow Dash on his back.
Moments later Snow Day reached his home, he put Rainbow Dash on his bed and applied a blanket on her, leaving her to her slumber. Snow day went down stairs and went down his basement, he approached the empty basement with his a blue crystal snowflake necklace around his hoof. He dropped the necklace on the floor and crushed it with his hoof shattering it into crystal dust. The dust then circled like a a hurricane and froze the entire basement with ice, ice furniture began to form as well as a chamber cell.
Time for some nap and relaxation, hopefully Rainbow doesn't find me. Snow Day entered the ice chamber and closed his eyes as he lied down and relaxed his muscles in the icy chamber he slumbered. Ahhhhh..... finally an ice nap.
*Meanwhile with Rainbow Dash*
Rainbow Dash woke up with a foggy vision, she looked around to find herself not in her room, where the hay was she? She got out of the bed looked outside the window, gladly she knew she was still in Ponyville. She walked downstairs of the house and looked around for any clues as to who's house this is. She found a single photograph in a picture frame. "So this is Snow Day's house, seems legit." Rainbow Dash then felt a sudden chill on her back, she quickly turn around to find a door with icy mist coming out under the door. As curious as a monkey, she opened the door to find a staircase leading to a basement, she slowly walked down the stairs to find that she was looking at an entire room made of ice. She walked around the mysterious ice cavern thinking to herself. Why the hay does Snowy have all of this? What is he, an alien? . After what seemed like hours but seconds of walking around the ice cavern, she stumbled upon a giant glass ice chamber. Rainbow Dash squinted her eyes in curiosity to figure out what's inside it, all she could see was a white blur. Rainbow dash knocked on the glass not knowing what is in there.
*Back with Snow Day*
Snow Day was asleep in his ice chamber cell, being a hybrid means he needs proper sleep. He was dreaming of a vast landscape full of summer heat, oh how he wished he'd be normal like everypony else. He was walking around in the plain fields of grass, no snow, ice, or chills. Then all of a sudden he found Rainbow Dash in his dreams.
"D-Dash? What are you doing here?"
"Well I'll tell you when I wake up." Rainbow Dash started to kock on Snow Day's head, Snow Day wondered why. "So wake up...wake up...wake up ...Wake Up...WAKE UP!!! Snow Day woke up to the sounds of pounds on his chamber and the screams of Rainbow Dash saying, "WAKE UP!!!" Snow Day opened his ice chamber, he quickly leaped out to find a sobbing Rainbow Dash. "Snow Day!" Rainbow Dash came to embrace Snow Day, she squeezed him tight, tighter than Applejack's lasso.
"GAH... Rain...bow... your...killing...me" Snow Day said trying to wallow words from his mouth. Rainbow Dash quickly let go releasing his torture. Snow Day huffed heavily regaining air. "Thanks..."
"Snow Day, are you alright?"
"Yea.. I-"
"WHAT ARE YOU!?" Commanded Rainbow Dash as she started to shed few tears.
Snow Day remained silent, he gestured his hoof having Rainbow Dash follow him upstairs and into the living room. The two sat down and remained silent, Snow Day was the first to talk. "Alright, lets take this slowly, you got three questions, what do you want to know."
"How did I get here?"
"I carried you here."
"How did you recover so fast?"
"I ate ice, that's it."
"Okay last question. What are you?"
"Well that's a really long story, what I am is-"
*10 years ago*
Royal guards as well as the princesses were on their way into the Antarcolta, the snow was fierce and the the winds were hurricanes. The group of ponies were traveling by carriage through the harsh colds of windigos.
"Princess, are you sure the lab is here?" asked Shinning Armor shouting through the hurricane snow.
"Yes, I am most certain Sergeant Armor, be ready to arrest anypony who is associated with the project."
"Yes Princess" All the guards said in unison. There were about ten to fifty guards, almost as if it was war. The carriages landed on the sugar powder snow, the group of ponies traveled slowly and quietly through the snow, there standing in front of her, was a massive building camouflaged in ice and snow.
"This is it." Said Luna.
"Right, Everpony be careful, we won't know what tricks snow ponies might do."
The group of ponies barged through the doors into the building, royal guards began arresting ponies on sight no matter who they were. Scientists were arrested, guards were either killed or arrested, and even the research was destroyed. In a matter of moments almost everypony involved in this project, the two princesses were walking past all those who were arrested. "Guards, we must split into two teams, Sergeant Armor you take the guards and free the slaves, me and Luna will take care of the test subjects. " Celestia announced. The guards saluted and left the two princesses alone.
"Sister, are you sure we must...kill them? " asked Luna
"I don't want to do it either, but they share no feelings towards anything that's not a snow pony. Even their own creator or ancestors. Even my magic can't change their minds."
"But, what if they try to reason, what if-"
"I'm sorry Luna, there's nothing we can do."
The two princesses walked throughout the building looking for a certain room, the two found a massive metal door, above it labeled Ice Caverns . The two entered the cave, inside laid a massive room made with ice, a snow floor, and icicles frozen o the ceiling. Luna and Celestia walked through the think powdery snow looking for the suffering creatures.
"Are you sure they are here sister?" asked Luna
"Yes, be aware that they won't show any mercy." Suddenly, ponies with coats white as light popped out of the sand like snow, they had weapons of ice frozen to their hoofs, from swords, to spears, they all were growling and hissing at the two princesses like savages. "Snow ponies, we wish to-" Princess Celestia was then interrupted by a piece of ice thrown at her. All of the snow ponies charged at the two princesses having menacing looks in their eyes. The two princesses shun their horns and let out a tsunami of heat and sorrow, the wave reached for miles throughout the ice caverns as most of the ice, snow, and frost began to melt into water leaving only small parts of the ice. The snow ponies fell to the floor and screamed violently in pain as they slowly melted away and died. "I am so sorry." Celestia started to shed tears as she had no choice but to destroy creatures meant for war. Soon the princesses were joined by Shinning Armor and his guards were had a jet black pony in a lab coat and glasses in restraints.
"Princess, we have found the man behind this. Men bring Dr. Insanity forward." The guards nodded and brought the stallion forward facing the princesses head on, he looked around to find that his work had been completely obliterated. He shook around violently to break free but was restrained by stahlirium, a strong metal that can block magic.
"Doctor Insanity, you have committed crimes against Equestria, you have kept slaves, tortured ponies and widigos, and led an illegal research beyond Equestrian law, what do you have to say for yourself."
"I give up, do what you need to do."
"I understand that you now know you have done the wrong, but also have done the right. To give in, but there will be punishment for your crimes. I'm sorry but since you have committed crimes almost worse than Discord, you will have to be turned into stone."
"Then at least leave me here." he said whimpering through his voice.
"Is this your final request?" asked Luna
"Yes."
"Very well. Guards hold Insanity until further notice from us."
(Just a quick note, these snow ponies are based upon the Snow elves and the Falmer from Skyrim.)
The guards saluted and took the jet black stallion away. One of the guards screamed towards the princess. "Princess, I have found something."
The two princesses walked towards the guard, the guard found a lone snow pony colt against an end of a small cave curled into a ball of fear. The closer the princesses got the farther the small colt tried to move away from the ponies. "I will take care of this princess." The guard said as he drew the spear close to the snow pony making him scream in horror. "Get ready to die savage." The guard thrust his spear towards the snow pony, but was stopped by a magic grip from a white unicorn. "S-Sergeant Armor? What are you doing?"
"Don't you see, this snow pony is different. He show's no savagery, nor fight. He is only a colt and is acting the way we would if we were about to die. Don't you see, this one actually has feelings." Everypony took a good look at the colt, he acted just like a normal pony. Shinning Armor approached the feared snow pony colt, he took off his helmet and put out his hoof towards the colt. "Shhh, it's okay, we are here to help you. Are you okay?" The colt's mouth slowly opened and began to speak in a weak voice.
"Y-Y-Y-Y-Yes." he said. Everypony was shocked as they heard the first snow pony to speak.
"You can speak, but can you move?"
"Y-Yes." answered the colt.
Shinning Armor sat down next to the coat and gently brushed his snow like mane with his hoof. "My name is Shinning Armor, what is yours?" asked Shinning Armor.
"S-S-Snow D-Day, me be oh- kay?" the colt asked in fear.
"Yes." The stallion looked to his fellow guards. "Men, take this colt to the carriages, nurse him with anything he needs."
The guards took the colt and brought him towards the outskirts of the building. Shinning Armor was alone with the two princesses, he looked at the two princesses as if he was staring death head on. "Shinning Armor," started Celestia "You are the best guard we've ever had. But I have one question, why would you care for this colt?"
"Oh, that's easy for me." The guard said chuckling. "He reminds me of my sister."
*5 years later*
Shinning Armor walked inside a massive building known as the Canterlot Science University, he came to check upon his friend. He approached a few scientists. "Ah Shinning Armor, good to see your here. Here to check up on Snow Day?"
"Yes how is he Eureka?"
"Well we are still currently working on the pills to stabilize his coat when out in the sunlight, we wanted to make the pills work 24 hours, so long as he doesn't stay in blazing heat, or eat anything hot or spicy."
"Understandable, how is his studies?"
"He is getting the fundamentals of math, science, and health. The only problem is his english, he speaks as if his brain was made with syntax juice."
"I can see that, he had nopony to teach him proper english when he was young."
"It's amazing how he is the last of his kind, and that he shows mercy."
"Yes, yes it is. May I see him?" asked Shinning Armor
"Of course, he would be very much delighted to see you."
Snow Day was sitting inside a room like a freezer, he was playing with a few toys he had made himself from ice, he heard knocking from his door. "Come...in." The door opened to reveal Shinning Armor with a winter jacket on, Snow Day ran towards Armor and hugged him. "Shinning Armor, you hear, he is happy."
"Yes, how are you Snow Day?"
"Me okay, only not okay is english. Hard to learn, but I like it."
"I'm glad, now I have a present for you?"
"Present is what?" asked Snow Day Shinning Armor slowly reached into his jacket pocket, but instead he reached for the snow floor and threw a snow ball at Snow Day. Snow Day simply laughed and counter attacked with another.
*5 years later*
Snow Day had finished his education, he later began to mature and become more intelligent as if he was Albert Neighstien. Snow Day was in his room, the same room he has been in for years. A knocking came from his door. "Come in" announced Snow Day. The door opened to find Eureka with a beaming smile on his face. "Eureka, is something the matter? Why are you smiling?"
"Well I have some good and bad news for you."
"What's the bad news?"
"The bad news is that you cannot stay here any longer, or at Canterlot. You'll have to move out by the end of the day." He said still smiling...weird.
"And the good news?"
"Princess Celestia recommended a small town popular for peace and harmony known as Ponyville. We will give you the proper bits for a cottage that is on sale their now. Also, we have finished the special pills for you, you must make sure not to eat anything that's hot nor spicy, and try to stay out of blazing heat. Or else you'll end up like your kind."
"Don'y worry, when I was young, I remember that snow ponies could heal themselves anywhere by just eating ice. Even after they ate something hot." Snow Day mentioned as Eureka immediately pulled out a clip board and rapidly wrote down notes.
"Okay thanks for the new notes. Now another thing is that you'll need proper sleep in an ice chamber, so we've created a special reusable amulet." Eureka pulled out a small necklace with a crystal snowflake pendant. "With this you can turn an entire room, into this room, everything will be exact."
"I understand, anything else?"
"Well, it's been good doing research under your name, I give you my best wishes." Eureka put out his hoof and Snow Day followed by shaking his own.
"It's sad I have to leave you so soon. I'll be sure to write to you. And y'know something, you're like the father I've never had."
"And I'll take that title, I wish you the best of luck."
*Present*
"-and then I took the train to Ponyville and then you probably know the rest." Snow Day concluded as he looked at Rainbow Dash who had a speechless expression on her face. "Now you're wondering, what can I do as a snow pony, I can pretty much make anything out of ice, to furniture, to weapons, to even small houses."
"I-I'm-I'm just speechless, I'm so sorry that you had to suffer all those years ago."
"No, I should be sorry for my people, who died under their own will, that their minds were plagued by a virus of violence. I am sorry for my people." Snow Day said as he started to shed a few icicle tears. Rainbow Dash wrapped her hoofs around the stallion embraced him with sorrow. "Thank you Rainbow, for everything, for having me get this off my chest."
"I have one question though. Who was this Insanity?"
"Well I guess you can say that he invented me. He took prisoners of ponies of any kind and windigos. He took DNA from both creatures and created the perfect creature for war and bloodshed, he wanted power and control. He was mad, from what I heard, he held both pony and windigo slaves and forcefully injected DNA into females causing them to give birth to snow ponies. He was known as to being a monster, a mad pony. He would hold us snow ponies in a special chamber made of ice, my kind would only trust my own, anything else we saw that wasn't a snow pony, they would be killed, even eaten. For me, I didn't want that, I was different, though everyday I would get beaten and battered like trash, I found myself lucky to have found a infinite supply of ice to eat, but it was torture. Insanity didn't like me either, he would sometimes send guards out into the ice cavers to execute me, but I hid and disguised myself as the snow, waiting for my kind to kill them instead. Long story short, I pretty much hid the day I was born."
"Did you have any parents?"
"Well, when Insanity created enough snow ponies, he had no need and wanted to let nature and reproduction occur on my kind. He kept the imprisoned ponies and windigos and sold them one by one for money. As for me, well my father was a windigo and my mother was a pegasus, obviously I could never see them, nor talk to them. I barely got a glimpse of what they looked like, all I know is that my mother looked like a red pegasus."
"I'm-I'm so sorry for you."
"Don't be, it's the past now."
"No I mean your the last of your kind. Doesn't that bother you in the slightest?"
"I try not to think about it." Snow Day walked to his kitchen and pulled out an ice cube. "Y'know wanna know something cool ? I can turn this single ice cube, into-" Snow Day turned the teeny tiny ice cube into a snow board completely made of ice. "-anything I want." He continued to change the ice into different objects, to a sword, an action figure, and even a sculpture. "So, yea. that's what I am basically."
"I'm just speechless."
"You said that like 4 times already."
"I know but it's amazing that you survived, how did you survive the princesses' heat wave?"
"That still plagues my mind, guess I was lucky." Snow Day turned to his living room and sat down on the couch, Rainbow Dash sat next to him, closer than before. "Y'know Rainbow, I have to thank you for letting me get this off my chest, it feels good to share my past, helps me feel better y'know?"
"Yea, I know that feeling. But y'know what else I'm feeling?"
"Wha- Ummp!?" Rainbow Dash leaped forward and pressed her lips against Snow Day's, his eyes widened as he felt back laying down on the couch while continuing to kiss Rainbow Dash. He didn't fight back, he returned the kiss making it more blissful than chocolate cake. Rainbow Dash was the first to break the kiss, quite fast actually. "What's wrong Rainbow?"
"I just realized that I need to clear the cloud for tonight, Princess Luna is coming for a visit and Twilight wants it to look nice for Luna."
"I understand go, I'll wait for the next kiss." He joked to himself as Rainbow Dash let herself out and zoomed into the sea of clouds. "Well that went well." Snow Day thought to himself as he went back inside his cold home. Before he walked inside he noticed a bush next to his front door. "Was that there before?" he asked himself. He shrugged it off and ignored the bush and walked inside.
The bush ruffled and three little fillies came out with a tape recorder, a video camera, and a notepad.
"Did'ja get all of that girls?" asked one of the fillies
"Yea, I can't believe he's a snow pony, not only that but he's Rainbow Dash's coltfriend, he's with THE Rainbow Dash." exclaimed another
"Wah I can't wait to tell mah sis about this. Lets go tell the full press, they won't believe what we found, we otta get our real cutie marks for this." The third said one said as the three fillies zoomed off to Town Hall.

Chapter 3 The big news
The week had passed quickly after Rainbow's... first move . Snow Day remembered like it was just yesterday, oh wait it was. Snow Day was sitting in his living room blinds shut, he was sipping a cup of iced tea and heard a knocking from his door, he found that the mail slot from his door swung slowly as he found a newspaper, he thought that he might enjoy the morning with something new to read. He picked up the paper and sat down on the couch, he started to drink his tea until his eye spotted a particular article causing him to spit out his tea and to also cause the snow pony to sweat icicles down his head.
Ponyville Full Press.
Recently our news team found a certain pony with a vile past, his name is Snow Drop and he had a interesting past. He is a snow pony, an abandon project and has the powers of ice, and this is, he's not a unicorn, he's an earth pony. Apparently he was created by a nasty doctor known as Insanity. He has the powers of ice and snow and can do pretty much anything he wants to, we have video proof evidence about himself. Apparently snow ponies are ponies that are hybrids of windigos and ponies, they were scientifically made from this doctor and were to be used as an army against Celestia. These snow ponies would kill anything that wasn't one of them, Snow Day is different and shows mercy. We secretly got his story and now the real question is, is this stallion a monster or a pony like us?"

Secret Paper
Snow Day gritted his teach as he crumpled up the newspaper in his hoofs. "Whoever this Secret Paper is, she is one heartless whorse." Snow Day violently threw the paper ball at the trash can, but missed as he was blinded by frustration. He ran down to his ice room and sat in his ice chamber, he couldn't face the public, they'll view him as a monster. He slowly closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep, forever.
Rainbow Dash was flying along the sea skies of Ponyville, she was on her way to Sugar Cube Corner to have lunch with her friends. She landed in front of Sugar Cube Corner and entered to find all of her friends reading the Ponyville press. "Hey guys, what's with the papers?" asked Rainbow Dash
"Apparently there's this pony known as Secret Paper with a juicy gossip article." Exclaimed Pinkie
"Here lemme see." Pinkie handed Rainbow a newspaper article, she looked at the image to find hew new coltfriend Snow Day on the front page. "H-Hey what's Snow Day doing here?" Asked Rainbow Dash
"Read the article." Said Twilight Sparkle
Rainbow Dash read through the article at lightning speed, what she found there was what she found out about Snow Day. She dropped the paper and flew off out of Sugar Cube Corner towards Snow Day's house.
"What's with her?" Asked Twilight
"Hmmm, Pinkie Pie, do ya know anypony bah the name of Secret Papah?" Asked Applejack
"Hmmm........Nope." Said Pinkie
"Then ah think ah know who wrote this." Exclaimed Applejack
Snow Day was in his own world, he was laying on grass, warm soft grass under a fake version of Celestia's sun, like a normal pony, though in a dream he couldn't feel it, just imagine it. He lied on the grass as he shed tears, tears of sorrow and monstrosity, he couldn't face the public, he had to think. He then felt a slight tap on his shoulders, he rose up to find a unfamiliar red pegasus mare standing in front of him. "Who are you? How did you get here?" asked Snow Day. He took a closer examination at the pegasus, she looked familiar but Snow Day couldn't find the answer.
"It has been a long time Snow Day."
"Huh, how do you know my name?"
"Because I gave it to you."
"What do you mean?" The red pegasus raised a hoof, she cause the grassy field to become an icy cavern, Insanity's icy cavern. "This place. Why. WHY HERE!?" Snow Day began to become timid from this pegasus, who was she, and how does she know his past?
"Calm Snow Day, calm. I am a peaceful one, I've come to aid you in your time of fault."
"What do you mean?" Snow Day began to sweat bullets of blue copper.
"Rainbow Dash. You like her, do you not?"
"Yes but-"
"But, you are going into isolation again, you are going to put a pony who you love in pain? Why, why do you want this isolation?
"What do you mean?"
"I'm saying I don't want you to be isolated anymore, you can't keep hiding from the public or any other pony. You must be free from your prison of solitude. Rainbow Dash is on her way, if she found you in here and if she is to discover your isolation, her heart will shatter like ice. Do you wan't that to happen?"
"Well no, I love her but what will everypony else think of me? I am ruined, my secret was shown to everypony that I know magic, even though I'm not a unicorn."
"But you never told your secret, in fact, I see that you want this secret to be revealed."
"But-"
"Now let me finish, you never told anypony yet. You've been here for a week and the only ponies that knew before your exposure was Rainbow Dash and Twilight. I saw that you were glad that they knew. I could easily tell that you were happy they knew who you were."
"Y-*sigh* your right, I feel happy, but I'm still sad for myself, everypony will think I'm a monster."
"Not precisely." The red pegasus popped out a few screens showing what is happening now in Ponyville, ponies were reading the newspaper, Snow Day could hear comments on the article such as "cool", "awesome", and "amazing.". He looked at the screens to find that almost everypony had smiles on their faces when they found out he has the powers of ice and snow. He looked over to the red pegasus who closed the screens of the truth.
"T-Thank you stranger, I'll never forget your kindness. But please, tell me, what is your name?"
The strange pegasus giggled at the question. "Well, my name is Burning Skies." The mare then punched Snow Day causing him to shoot his eyes open from his chamber. He opened his chamber and walked back upstairs with a smile on his face, he heard a loud pounding on his door. He opened the door to find that Rainbow Dash fell through the door falling over Snow Day causing them both to nuzzle their noses. Rainbow quickly got up with a rose colored blush on her cheeks and pulled Snow Day to his hoofs.
"Snow Day are you okay?"
"Yea, perfectly fine." He said with a happy tone.
"What?" Rainbow Dash asked with a surprised expression.
"I said I'm fine, what's wrong with being fine?"
"Y-Your secret, it's out!" Exlaimed Rainbow Dash as she ran over to Snow Day hugging him in comfort.
"That? That wasn't a secret, who said that it was a secret, not this stallion." Rainbow Dash opened her mouth to object, but was defeated, he was right, he never did say it was a secret. Rainbow Dash let out a fear tears, Snow Day put both hands on her shoulders. "Rainbow look at me." The weeping mare kept crying, looking at the floor. "Look at me." Snow Day said in a commanding tone, Rainbow looked at him straight in the eyes, they were likes snowflakes in a mirror. "Why do you still cry when everything is alright?"
"Everypony will *sniff* think of you as a monster."
"I~ think not." Snow Day said as he opened the door to find a crowd of ponies, flashes before his eyes, and sheets of white and sticks with black tips in front of his face. He had a crowd of ponies cheering his name as he was surprised himself that almost half of Ponyville was cheering for him. "Huh, didn't see that coming...kinda."
Rainbow Dash giggled at his little joke and wiped away her tears. Ponies began to run up to him with papers and with the same question. "Can I have your autograph?"
After hours, and hours of signing many items, Snow Day took the night at a small hill at Ponyville park. He was laying down on the cold grass, he saw Luna's moon being risen as he relaxed in the cold winds. He heard wings flap and he rose up to find Rainbow Dash landing towards him, he waved to his marefriend and the two were close together. "What took you so long?" Asked Snow Day with a smirk across his face. The couple took a rest as the lied next to eachother staring at the arts of the stars.
"Sorry I was just looking around."
"For what?"
"I don't know didn't pay attention, there was some crisis and I basically had to look around all day."
"Heh, it's aight, as long as your here, then I'm alright."
Rainbow Dash giggled at his soft thought. "Hey, you wanna know something?" Snow Day looked over to Rainbow with an eyebrow raised. "Me and my friends found out who this Secret Paper mare is."
"Oh? Who was she?"
"Well, apparently she is actually three little fillies, they are known as the Cutie Mark Crusaders. They all don't have cutie marks and will literally do anything to get their cutie marks."
"Huh, so who are these fillies?"
"Well, there's Applebloom, my friend Applejack's kid sister, then there's Sweetie Belle who is Rarity's kid sister, then finally, there is Scootaloo."
"Lemme guess, she's your sister?" He said with a grin on his face.
"No, but she looks up to me like one."
"Ha, I can see that. Do you know where I can find them?"
"Yea, why?"
"I still need to talk to them about privacy."
"Yea meet me up later tomorrow, I can show you where they always hang out."
"Sure" Snow Day looked up upon Luna's moon, signifying midnight had crept upon the couple. "Hmm, it's getting late. You have a place to stay at right?"
"Yea, I got my cloud home."
"Aw cool, can I check it out?"
"Yea, but your an earth pony."
"Yes but I'm also a windigo, so since I have the powers of ice and frost, I can stand on cloud."
"Ohhhh that makes loads more sense. But there's one more problem, how are you going to go well...up?" Rainbow Dash said as she pointed upwards towards the sky. "I don't think I'm strong enough to carry up a stallion."
"Oh I have the solution to that." Snow Day got up and walk along the edge of the hill. "Alright, this is probably my favorite part of my ice magic." Snow Day jumped off the hill, Rainbow Dash rushed over to the edge to save Snow Day but was interrupted as she saw Snow Day forming paths of ice in mid air as he slid on it like a slide. Rainbow's mouth hung wide as she say winter take upon the Stallion's hoof. As Snow Day slid across the skies on ice, he landed in front of Rainbow Dash who's mouth hung open at the sight. He gave a small chuckle as he tapped his hoof vaporizing the ice path he made. "Pretty cool huh?"
"Cool? There is no description due to how AWESOME that was!"
"Figured you'd say that, now lets go to your house."
"Right." The two flew and slid across the skies as they reached Rainbow Dash's house. Her house was massive along with a rainbow waterfall, pretty cool right? As the two landed on the cloud home, Rainbow gestured Snow Day into her home, along with a tour to go along with it. "And there's the bathroom, so any questions?"
"Well, I've noticed that you've got a shelf full of Daring Do books, your a fan?"
"Yea, I've got like all of the books, as well as a costume."
"Heh, a little loony if you ask me?"
"Hey shut up, I'm just a fan." Rainbow exclaimed with a joking smile on her face.
"Heh, alright well I think it's getting late. Got any place I can sleep?"
"Well the only places are my bed and the couch."
"It's aight, I'll sleep on the couch."
"A-Are you sure, I can just-"
"No it's aight."
"Well, if you say so."
The two went to bed at the stroke of Luna's high moon, Rainbow was fast asleep on her cloud bed as Snow Day slept on the couch with a snow cloud blanket. He struggled around the couch, he couldn't sleep, something kept flooding his mind with pictures. Who was Burning Skies, how does she know Snow Day, and why did she look so familiar? Snow Day rose up from the couch and walked to the bathroom, he dipped his hoofs in the rain cloud sink and washed his face with cold water. Snow Day walked into Rainbow's kitchen, he looked around her drawers and found a pencil and paper, he wrote a quick note and slid his way out of the house and onto the crust of the land. He walked down the dirt path towards Ponyville, wondering what to do to pass the time, suddenly a flier slammed across his face, he picked from his annoyed face as he read the flier. "The Tea House huh? Open late past 12 pm? Sheesh, this guy must be dedicated, but looks like a good place to pass the time and help lure in some Zs." Snow Day said to himself as he looked to the back of the flier to find the address, he set the flier in a garbage can and walked towards the address.
Snow Day reached The Tea House, he entered to find Twilight Sparkle having a cup of tea and reading a book, at this hour? Snow Day approached the lavender mare with a confused look on his face. "Twilight?" Twilight looked over to find Snow Day, she also had the same confused look on their face.
"Snow Day? What are you doing here?"
"I could ask you the same thing."
"Eh...well, I'm just here with my coltfriend, he owns this cafe, plus drinking tea is always good with a book to read. Now what are you doing here?"
"Well I couldn't sleep and I got thirsty, Sugar Cube Corner is closed and I found a flier saying that this place was open super late."
"Yep, Tea n' Tea loves to keep his customers happy anytime." Snow Day bit his lip trying not to laugh at the name. "But you can just call him T."
"Aight, y'know where I can find T?"
"Right Here." Came another voice as a grassy green stallion with a autumn green mane, he came with a list full of names, pictures, and prices. "Here's my menu, just pick any flower, leaf, fruit, etc. Just call me back when your ready to order." Snow Day gladly took the menu and sat down, he looked around the menu to find anything that could help him sleep.
Snow Day walked up to the counter with a grin across his face. "I'll have tea with peppermint, lemon grass, and could you kindly make it chamomile?" asked Snow Day with a nervous smile.
"Yea sure, hot or iced?"
"Iced please." The stallion gave a nod and went downstairs into what looked like a basement. Snow Day looked over to Twilight. "So, how long you been with T?"
"A few months, it's funny how we met actually."
"Really? How funny."
"Let's just say on hearthswarming eve, we kissed and our tongues got frozen." Twilight said with a giggle as Snow Day tried to cover his mouth from a tsunami of laughter, all that leaked out was drops of chuckles.
A ring came from the front counter, there stood a glass of iced tea and a small biscuit, Snow Day walked to his drink, he examined the small biscuit next to the tea. "Uh...I...uh... I didn't order a biscuit."
"It's on the house as well as the tea, been awhile since I've had a customer other than Twilight to come this late." Snow Day gracefully took the tea and pastry and sat in front of Twilight.
"So watchu reading?"
"Well, someone by the name of Crescent lent me a book from another world."
"Really? What's it called?"
"It's called the Hunger Games, I'm already loving it."
The two continued to chat, talk, and snack upon the treats of The Tea House. After nearly half an hour of enjoyment, Snow Day had to departure to head for Rainbow's home. After he left and said his goodbyes to Twilight and T he walked along the streets he heard something strange. He shrugged it off and continued to walk down the streets, but then he heard it again, he could have sworn he heard somepony cry. He walked along the streets following the voice until it grew louder and louder, eventually the sounds of sobbing lead him to an alleyway. He entered the alleyway to find a large box, it had a few crayon drawings and junk to make it look like a real house, he got closer to find a small purple tail hanging out of a door cutout cardboard wall, it looked like it was a filly crying. He tapped the tail making the filly flinch, causing the box to fall apart upon the pony. Snow Day removed the junk to find a purple pegasus crying upon the junk crashed upon her.
"Hey, are you okay?"
"NO! LOOKED WHAT YOU DID TO MY HOUSE!!!"
"Hey, yelling isn't gonna help, here." Snow Day tapped his hooves together making a shelter made completely out of ice, it covered the mourning filly causing some tears to be dammed. "Tell me, why are you here?"
"*sniff* I'm just, *sniff*-"
"Just what?"
"Homeless."
"What!? Why is a filly like you homeless? Do you have any parents?"
"N-No, My mother died when I was born, and my father died before I was born."
"Shniekies, we gotta get you out of the cold, c'mon." Snow Day picked up the filly and carried her on his back. "Who are you?" The filly remained silent at the white stallion. "C'mon, I can't help you if you can't tell me your name."
"M-My name is Scootaloo." Wait...Scootaloo? Snow Day continued to carry to filly towards his home.
So this is one of the fillies that wrote that article about me. Somepony's gotta give her a home, might as well be me. HAH look at that, I'm like Shinning Armor! He thought to himself as he noticed a soft snore coming from Scootaloo. He continued to carry the sleeping filly until he reached his home. He was ready to give the lesson of his life to a fellow sad little pony.
Chapter 4 The Mysterious Pegasus
Scootaloo woke up on a massive soft bed, she couldn't remember the last time she was sleeping like this. She rose up from the bed and looked around, the last thing she could remember was meeting Snow Day and fearing for her life that he would be angry, but last night was the opposite. She walked downstairs to find Snow Day reading the newspaper with some iced tea, she tried to sneak past him slowly, but-
"Nice try Scootaloo."
Scootaloo froze up when he said her name, he set aside the paper and walked towards her, she shriveled in fear as Snow Day approached her. "Please don't hate me."
"What? Hate you? What do you mean? I should thank you."
"T-Thank me? Why?" The pegasus said as she was shocked beyond lightning.
"Well, ever since you and your friends wrote that article about me, everypony's been treating me with respect and kindness, that brought me joy, and it also made me feel normal. I have to thank you Scootaloo."
"Y-Your welcome, but why are you being so kind to me."
"Heh, well you remind me of...well...me. When I was young I hid in exile almost all of my childhood, I don't want you to do the same."
"Thanks"
"But down to the main problem, promise me something."
"What is it?"
"Never do this to me again, privacy is personal. Also, wanna like...I don't know...live here?"
"Wait...what? A-Are you sure?"
"But of course, I can't just leave a filly outside in the cold. If you do I'll give you that room you just slept in."
The orange pegasus jumped for joy fluttering her wings as she shouted for joy. "WOOOHOOO!!!" As she landed on the floor, she ran over to the stallion and embraced him with tears of joy flowing down her face. "Thank you."
"Alright Scootaloo, consider yourself adopted." Snow Day exclaimed as he embraced the filly back. A knocking came from Snow Day's front door, Snow Day opened it to find Rainbow Dash with a concerned look. "Ah there you are Rainbow, what's wrong?"
"Well I was looking for you, I mean I found your note last night but I thought you were coming back."
"Well I was but look who I found living on the streets." Snow Day moved aside to show Scootaloo who's mouth was hung wide open as she was looking up upon her hero. "Y'see she was actually homeless, so I took the liberty of adopting her and well, yea now she's like my sister or something."
"Heh, bet the squirt is happy as Twilight when she got that new book." Said Rainbow Dash
"Oh yea Scootaloo, who was your mother and father?"
Scootaloo hung her head low in depression, Snow Day wrapped his arm around her for comfort. "Well, I didn't know who my dad was because he died before I was born, but I think I remember my mom's name."
"Oh who is it?" asked Rainbow
"Her name was Burning Skies." Snow Day flinched for hearing that name again. Burning Skies? Wasn't that the red pegasus that visited Snow Day in his dream. Rainbow Dash looked at Snow Day who looked like he was hit with one of Fluttershy's stares.
"Snow Day are you alright?"
Snow Day regained consciousness and shook his head, he gave a sheepish smile as he ignored Burning Skies' name. "Huh, oh yea I'm okay."
"Well, alright." Rainbow Dash shrugged off her concern and flew outside the house. "Well gotta go guys, gotta clear the skies." The two ponies waved goodbye as Rainbow Dash flew off into the clouds.
"Snow Day?" Snow Day looked to the orange filly. "Why did you flinch at my mom's name?"
Snow Day let out a heavy sigh, he sat on the couch and hung his head low. "Well it's a long story, might as well get this out now. I had a dream right after I found your article, in my dream I saw a red pegasus mare, she showed me part of my past but I had no idea how she knew. She gave me her name, her name was Burning Skies, but she never told me who she really was."
"Wow, I had no idea." Scootaloo scratched her head and jumped as she had an idea. "Wait, is it possible that she might be your mother?"
"Hmmm, I haven't really thought about that, but if she could be my mother, then that means you could be my sister."
"Awesome, I have a real brother!" Scootaloo exclaimed as she rapidly fluttered her wings gaining small levitation.
"Wait wait, I'm not even sure if we're related, we need to make sure." Snow Day scratched his chin. "Hmmm, I got an idea, can you pluck a strand of hair from yourself?"
"Why?"
"Well, I can mail our hair samples to the Canterlot Science Institute and see if our DNA matches. If it does, then that means that we are siblings." Snow Day explained as he plucked a piece of hair from his head. Scootaloo did as he asked and handed her strand of hair to Snow Day. Snow Day placed the two strands of hair in different plastic bags, he placed them in a package and wrote down a note to Dr. Eureka, he folded up the letter and taped up the package. "C'mon, let's bring this to the post office." The two ponies made their way through the streets of Ponyville they saw Rainbow Dash soar through a massive wave of clouds along the way. As the two reached Ponyville they heard a scream calling out Scootaloo's name.
"SCOOTALOO! LOOK OUT HE'S RIGHT THERE!!!" Two fillies screamed as the popped out of a push but sunk back in as Snow Day gave a confused look at them.
"Girls it's okay, he didn't mind the exposure, just a little ticked that's all, you can come out now." The two fillies came out of the bush, both had nervous looks on their faces. "Girls, I'd like you to meat my new brother. Snow Day."
"Y-Your Brother!?" Both exclaimed as they heard Scootaloo's announcement
"Wah this ice stallion's yer brother?" Asked the yellow earth pony.
"Now hold on Scootaloo-" interrupted Snow Day. "we need to see if the test results are positive, if they are then we're siblings, if not then I'll adopt you as my daughter, or sister if you'd like."
"Oh, alright." agreed Scootaloo.
"Now how about you go on and play with your friends." Scootaloo joined her friends, she stood in the middle of the two as they all faced toward's Snow Day.
"Future brother or dad, I'd like you to meet my best friends, Applebloom and Sweetie Belle. And we are-" The three fillies pulled out capes and immediately wrapped them around each other's necks and screamed.
"THE CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS!" Snow Day dropped the package to the floor as he shielded his ears with earplugs made from ice, but there was no use since the chant was so loud, it broke through his ice.
"Ugh, my poor eardrums." Snow Day picked up his package, he gave a small smirk as he looked at the fillies who had confused looks on their faces. "Hey crusaders, how's about you become some package deliverers?" The three gave a long gasp as they swiped the box with beaming smiles on their faces.
"Thank you, thank you Snow." Applebloom said as they took the package and screamed.
"Cutie Mark Crusader Package Deliverers!!!" Snow Day covered his eyes in a stronger sheet of ice, this time it only made a crack. Snow Day turned to Scootaloo.
"Scootaloo, you can stay out as long as you want, as long as you come back home at around 8 o'clock. Okay?"
"Yea, I'll be back by then."
"Cool, see you at home." Snow Day walked along the streets of Ponyville, he found most of the citizens waving to him or asking him to do a trick with ice. He felt like a clown, but the good kind of clown, or is that a street performer? Well for Snow Day he had no problem with it, as he walked his stomach crumbled in needs. "Eheh, guess I forgot to eat, I gotta find something to snack on." Snow Day spotted a nearby apple cart and walked towards it for a quick snack before he would head for Sugar Cube Corner. He stopped to find a orange mare running the apple stand. "Hello, do you run this apple stand?"
"Wah sure I do?" The mare put out her hoof in greetings. "M'names Applejack, you must be that Snow Day pony everyponys been talkin about."
"Yea, that's me. You're Applebloom's sister right?"
"Huh? How'd you know that?"
"Take a wild guess pardner." Snow Day imitated in a cowpony accent.
"Oh right, the accent. Is it really that noticeable?"
"Yea, about 80 percent of the time. But back to the main subject, can I have an apple?" asked Snow Day
"Yah sure, that'l be 2 bits." The snow pony hands the mare two bits and receives an apple in return, he took a bit out of the juicy red apple, full of flavor. "So, I take it your Rainbow's coltfriend." Snow froze up and coughed out his apple as she figured out what's going on between them.
"N-N-N-NO, ugh... we are just friends."
"Uh huh, so tell me mister snowy guy, when Rainbow first read that article about you, she hurried her tail off like she was stung by a bee, care to explain?"
"Uh..." Snow Day's cheeks turned scarlet red, he bit his lip looking for an excuse.
"Eye's front, cause there's no where your lookin around for an excuse." Snow Day was dead, he had no other evidence to lie to Applejack.
Snow Day let out a long sigh as he hung his head low. "Yes you got me, we're dating."
"Ah knew it, now lemme just tell ya one thing." Applejack leaned in closer to Snow Day's ear. "If ya hurt Rainbow in anyway, I will tie you up and barbecue you until ya caramelized like the inside of an apple, ya hear me." She said as if her voice was as dark as Celestia's shadow.
" *Gulp* C-C-Crystal." Applejack spit on her hood and stuck it out, she glared at Snow Day forcing him to shake her spit covered hoof.

Snow Day was sweating icicles down his head, he was slightly shaking with fear as soon as he shook his hoof with the cowpony. He quickly let go of her hoof and looked for something to change the subject. "SNOW, APPLEJACK, HELP!!!!" Snow and Applejack looked to two fillies running towards them with scared looks. It was Applebloom and Sweetie Belle, they reached the two gasping for air as they tried to talk, Applebloom was the first to talk.
"Scoot...is...ice...fall..ing...well..."
"Woh, woh, woh take it easy Applebloom, take a breather." Snow Day instructed as Applebloom did what he asked. "Alright, let's start over, what happened?"
"Scootaloo fell into a well. And we can't get her up, she's also got a sprained ankle."
"Show me." Said Snow Day as the two followed the two crusaders to an old well. "What where you three doing there?" Asked Snow as they were leading them to the well.
"We tried to be Cutie mark crusader wishers, but Scootaloo tried to balance on cobblestone walls and fell down the well." Sweetie Belle explained as the four reached the well. "Scoots, are you still there?" asked Sweetie Belle as she yelled down the dark well.
"Yea, I'm okay, but my ankle still hurts a lot." Scootaloo replied as her voice echoed from the bottom of the well.
"Don't worry Scoot, we got mah sis and Snow here. Sis do you have ya rope?" asked Applebloom
"No, sorry AB, but Ah left it at home."
"I might have an idea." Snow Day suggested. He climbed in the well and froze the walls solid into ice. "This might get a little dangerous, so stay back." He collided his arms and legs to the frozen walls of the well and slowly slid down the hole. Hmmm, I can't use my ice slide, this place is a little too small for that. Time for the picks. Snow Day thought to himself as he reached Scootaloo at the bottom of the well. "Scootaloo are you okay?"
"Y-Yea, but my ankle still hurts."
"Alright, I have a plan, but your gonna have to wrap your hoofs around my neck, okay?"
"Yea." Snow Day picked up Scootaloo and brought her to his back, she wrapped her hoofs around Snow's neck. Snow Day closed his eyes as he brought up both his hooves as they began to freeze solid, sticks of ice began to form from Snow's hooves as they curved into a form of a crescent moon. He began to stick the ice picks into the ice walls he had formed, he started to climb up the walls of frost as he began to breath harder. He started to sweat real sweat as he started to lose strength, he gave all the stamina he had left until he finally reached the top. He climbed over the cobblestone wall and slowly put Scootaloo down to the ground.
"Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, take Scootaloo to the hospital."
"Right." The two fillies said as they carried the injured Scootaloo to the hospital. Snow Day slumped to the side of the well, he felt weak and warm as he started to loose strength.
"Snow, you okay?" asked Applejack.
"N-No, Applejack can you get me some water?"
"W-Why?" asked a concerned Applejack
"I used too much ice power and strength, I just need some water to regenerate my strength, if I don't in a matter of time, I'll melt like an ice cube in Saddle Arabia." Snow Day explained as he glared at Applejack with a beggar's look.
"Sure, stay here ah'll be right back." Applejack ran off to Ponyville park as Snow Day created a small shelter against the cobblestone wall of the well made from ice to stay out of the sun, he sat against the wall to gain some rest after spending so much energy. Snow Day started to doze off as he waited for Applejack's aid, he looked around to find his ice melting, but not producing water, he was running out of time. He started to see darkness as he saw an orange blur galloping towards him, but he couldn't make image of it. He was gathering as much strength as he could until he couldn't hold his eyes anymore, he closed his eyes, to rest.
Suddenly he felt a small cold splash hit across his face, he shot his eyes open to find Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and the CMC all with worried looks on their faces. Rainbow Dash rushed over and embraced Snow Day, she sobbed all over his shoulder as she missed him, a lot. Snow Day hugged back and brushed her mane to comfort her. "Shhh, it's aight Rainbow, I'm aight now."
"I know, I just...I just thought you were dead."
"It's gonna take more than exhaustion and dehydration to kill me. Anypony got water?" Applejack nodded as she walked towards Snow Day with a canteen, she handed him the canteen as Snow Day swiftly took the canteen and chugged it down whole. After he chugged the whole canteen, he returned the bottle back to Applejack and stood up, he stretched his entire body and let out a wide yawn. After his revival, he leaped into the sky and slid around the sky in ice, after his exercise he landed in front of his friends and smiled at them with impression. "Thanks girls, even though my pills keep me from dying in the sun, doesn't mean that it works permanently."
"I'm just glad your okay." Rainbow Dash said as she leaped in and kissed Snow Day, he returned the kiss as he wrapped his hoofs around her and pulled her in for a more passionate kiss. Applejack smiled at the new couple, Applebloom and Sweetie Belle awed at their kiss, while Scootaloo made a sick expression on her face. As the two released their kiss, they looked to the other ponies with an embarrassed look on both of their faces. "Eheh, sorry guys."
"Wah it's okay, s'long as your happy. Now c'mon girls, ah need your help on the farm."
"YEA!!! Cutie Mark Crusader Apple Farmers!!!" The three fillies screamed as they followed Applejack back to Ponyville.
Snow Day and Rainbow Dash looked at each other in the eyes, Snow Day saw clouds and rainbow's in her eyes, as for Rainbow she saw snowflakes in Snow's eyes. The two leaned in closer to each other as they exchanged another kiss, they stayed together for most of the day. The night had struck as they cuddled together near the well, Snow Day stood up and smiled at Rainbow Dash as she had an eyebrow raised in confusion. "C'mon, I wanna show you something." Rainbow stood up and followed the snow white stallion, Snow Day led Rainbow to Ponyville lake, he took off his necklace and placed it on the ground. "Let's skate."
"W-What? But the lake is just... well, a lake."
"Oh I can fix that." Snow Day said as he approached the lake, he dove in head first and swam towards the bottom of the lake, as he reached the bottom he sat down at the lake floor and closed his ice, solid ice began to form in the water around him, the frost grew as the lake froze solid. Outside, Rainbow's eye's grew wide as she saw what was once a lake is now an ice rink. She slowly stepped on the frozen lake as she started to slide around, she noticed that Snow Day was swimming, yes swimming in frozen ice. Rainbow's mouth dropped as she saw the snow pony moving around in solid ice, Snow Day popped his head out of the ice and gave a smirk at Rainbow. "Pretty cool huh?" he said with a smug on his face.
"I've said this before and I'll say this again. There are no words to describe how AWESOME that was." She said as her face was amazed more than becoming a wonderbolt.
"Well, wanna go for an ice swim?" He asked as Rainbow had a confused look on her face. Snow Day answered her confusion as he swam over to Rainbow and grabbed her hoof, she pulled her into the watery ice until she was under the surface. She held in her breath and closed her eyes to prefect suffocation, but was interrupted as Snow Day tapped her awake. "Don't worry you can breath under the ice, trust me, snow pony magic is reeaaaaly complicated. No time for me to explain, and don't worry, this ice may be cold but you won't gain hypothermia or a cold." He said as Rainbow Dash opened her mouth, she breathed air is if it came out of a tree, she swam around looking around the mirrored beauty among the lake, Snow Day followed along as she had a playful look in her eyes. She began to swim around in the ice, she did most of the time as Snow Day swam peacefully in the ice, he began to grow weary of swimming and swam to the icy surface. As he reached the surface, he reached his hooves out and planted them on the ice as he pulled himself out having him stand on the ice he just swam in. Snow Day looked inside the ice as he signaled his hoof telling Rainbow to get out, she swam towards the surface as Snow Day stuck a hoof inside the ice and help her up and out. The two walked over to the grassy fields as they lied down and gazed upon the stars of the night.
Rainbow Dash looked over to the stallion she was next to, she took her hoof and wrapped it around Snow Day's hoof, he turned to Rainbow's sparkling eyes. Rainbow Dash opened her mouth to speak, "I love you Snow Day."
"And I love you too, Rainbow Dash." He said as the two leaned in for another blissful kiss.
*Meanwhile in a nearby bush*
"Oh my gosh girls, I think that Rainbow's going to be my sister!" whispered one filly as she had a beaming smile on her face.
"Oh mah gosh, ya may be raght." said one with a western accent.
"Y'know, maybe she might marry him." Suggested another filly. "C'mon, you need to go home."
"Yea your right, or else Snow will freeze me." The filly said as the three split their ways and walked to their homes.
Epilogue
The week had passed and Snow Day had gotten to know almost most of Ponyville, he escpecially got to know Rainbow Dash's best friends including Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Twilight. Everything was perfect and nothing could make it any better, or could it? Snow Day was in his home writing up a letter to his father figure Eureka. As he was writing down his letter, he heard a knock at his door. Snow Day got up from his chair and walked towards the door, he opened it to find the local mailmare Ditzy Doo.
"Hiya Snow." Ditzy greeted
"Why hello Ditzy, whachu got for me this time?"
"Well this one is special, apparently it's from Canterlot. I can't believe that somepony from Canterlot knows you." Ditzy said as she took out an envelope and handed it to Snow Day. As he took the envelope, Ditzy stuck a clipboard with a pen right in front of his face. "Please sign here." Snow Day nodded and took the pen from the clipboard with his mouth and wrote down his signature. As Snow Day finished Ditzy placed the clipboard back in her mailbag and saluted off at Snow Day. "Well see ya." Ditzy said as she turned around to leave.
"Wait" Ditzy stopped and turned to Snow Day who took out a few bits and placed them on Ditzy's hoof. "There ya are Ditzy, go ahead and buy yourself a muffin." Snow Day offered as Ditzy happily took the bits and embraced Snow Day.
"Thanks, now I gotta go. Being a mailmare is hard work. Seeya!" Ditzy said as she flew off into Celestia knows where. Snow Day took the envelope inside, he took out his letter opener and cut open the envelope, inside he found a letter and another piece of paper. Snow Day took the letter and read it to himself.
Snow Day, it's me Eureka, it's good to hear from you again boy. Now I have good news and bad news, the bad news is that I lost my new bow tie, it was cool. Now to the good news, since you sent me those hair samples, I took the liberty of examining these strands of hair. I am happy to tell you that this Scootaloo's DNA matches with yours, looks like you got yourself a sister. Here are the results if you want to take a look yourself, anyways that's all.

Snow Day shed a icicle tear down his cheek, he put the letter aside and looked at the test results, yep they tested positive. Snow Day took the results and placed them in his saddle bag and headed outside to spread the word. He found Scootaloo practicing flight as Dash barked at her like a drill sergeant, Scootaloo looked like she had no problem with Dash's harsh words. Snow Day shrugged it off and approached the two, nearby he could see Applebloom and Sweetie Belle cheering Scootaloo on. They looked like Cutie Mark Crusader Cheerleaders. Snow Day thought as he paused Scootaloo's training with a small gust of wind he blew from his mouth. The two pegasi stopped to find Snow Day with a warm smile on his face.
"What's up?" asked Rainbow Dash
"Aight girls, I got good news." Everypony especially Scootaloo all came in close to Snow Day as they wanted to hear his announcement. "The good news is, the test results were positive, Scootaloo is officially my biological sister." Everypony became joyfully ballistic as they heard that Scootaloo and Snow Day were officially family. They began a sun warming group hug, everything was perfect. Scootaloo and Snow Day started to cry as they finally had some family, having one piece is better than none.
10 years later
Snow Day was inside his ice chamber, the same one he's been using for all these years. He opened the door and got out, as he walked upstairs he found his pegasus dughter Frostbite trying to make a strange face. "Frostbite what are you doing?" Asked the concerned father.
"Oh hi daddy, I was practicing my puppy dog look."
"And who taught you that?" Asked Snow Day as hey glared at the filly.
"Aunt Scoot and her friends." Snow Day dropped his head in disappointment.
Why somepony would teach a young pony how to get away with this is beyond me.
"Dad, can I please go on aunt Scootaloo's scooter?" Snow Day began to glare at the filly, it was a stand off. But the filly's look was too cute and Snow Day began to sweat icicles.
DARNIT SIS!!! You are so dead for doing this, it's too cute! Snow Day let out a heavy sigh and dropped his head in defeat but smiled in impression. "You win, go ahead."
"YES!" The filly ran outside and picked up an polished wooden scooter, on the bottom had a carving of the name Scootaloo on it. She stepped on the wooden plank and wrapped her hoofs around the handle bars, as she began to flap her wings Snow Day objected stopping his daughter.
"Don't forget your helmet and pads." His daughter nodded and quickly got her helmet and knee pads, as she applied both safety items, she zoomed off leaving a white trail behind her. Snow Day looked up in the sky to find his wife Rainbow Prism Dash flying above along with her co-workers, she was in a blue jump suit with a yellow lightning bolt stipe in the middle of her suit. She noticed her husband as she stopped and waved goodbye to her co-workers, she flew down to her husband with a cocky smirk across her face. "Hi honey." Snow Day said as he approached the pegasus and kissed her on the cheek. "How was work?"
"Well being a wonderbolt is hard and intense. I had to fly infront of thousands of ponies today, you know how it feels right?" She asked as the two ponies went inside their house.
"Yea I bet. So any gossip going around the HQ?"
"Well actually now that you mention it-"

Look I know this story was short and I'm sorry. But I wanted to finish this as soon as I could so I can do one more fic and finally the one fic that will involve pretty much all of my OVs (minus Strum).
Chapter 1: Arrival
Snow Day, an unusual white earth pony stallion with a icy blue mane was in a train heading towards a town called Ponyville, he was next to a white unicorn stallion with purple armor, one of his closest friends, Shinning Armor. The two waited on the train as Shinning Armor went close to his friend. "Are you sure about this? Celestia said to chose any town to move on."
"Yes, I'm sure. You said that your sister lives here right?"
"Yes, I would recommend seeing her and tell her about your... magic so you'll have someone to talk to. Don't worry, she is Celestia's personal student, she may also help you find a home in Ponyville."
"Thank you Shinning Armor, you've been a great friend to me, especially at... the institute. You've been like a teacher and brother to me. I'll never forget you Shinning Armor." The train stopped in a town of Ponyville, the conductor came into the cart.
"Last stop Ponyville." The conductor announced
"Well this is it Shinning Armor. This is goodbye for now."
"Send me a letter if you need anything. And remember about your....magic, keep it under low profile."
"Right, and again thanks for what happened back there." The two collided hoofs and shook. Snow Day grabbed his luggage and exited the train, he looked back and waved his final goodbye to Shinning Armor. As the train left Snow Day walked along the small town known as Ponyville, a great quite town. He walked around for town hall, he saw a tall building, it looked like the tallest one in the town, he figured it'd be town hall, he decided to walk there to find himself his first home. As he walked he was interrupted by a cyan colored pegasus bowl him over as the two tumbled and fell to the floor. Snow Day was laying on the floor and the only thing he could see was a blue cyan mare pegasus kissing him on the mouth, Snow Day's eye's widened as the mare's mouth collided with his. The mare woke up to kind she was kissing Snow Day, she let go of her kiss and brought up her hood slapping Snow Day in the face, leaving a hoof print on his cheek.
"OW! What was that for?"
"For kissing me!" The mare barked
"Well excuuuse me princess, you crashed into me causing this accident."
"Well I grrrr..." The pegasus mare sprayed her wings and flew off into the distance. Snow Day grunted heavily as he gave a sour look towards the fleeing pegasus.
"What an attitude she has." Snow Day walked along the road towards Town Hall. Snow Day shortly arrived at Town hall, he saw to it that the desk mare would be of assistance. As he approached the desk mare, he placed down his suitcase and opened his mouth, but was stopped by a hoof from the desk mare.
"Sorry honey, the cottage is already taken. But if ya want, I could offer you a regular house in Ponyville."
"Well that answers both of my questions, I'll take you on your offer." The desk mare brought out a file with a contract, Snow Day signed the contract and took out the right amount of bits for the house. The desk mare filed his contract and said her goodbyes as Snow Day left with the keys to his house. But before he could leave he needed to ask one more question. "Excuse me, do you know where Twilight Sparkle lives? I'm a friend of hers."
"Oh yea, here let me give you a map." The desk mare brought out a map of Ponyville and marked a red circle. "Here ya go, Twilight should be here, she's Ponyville's librarian, and by the way, her house is literally a tree. Good luck!" The desk mare exclaimed as Snow Day happily trotted out of town hall, a few minutes have passed as Snow Day arrived at his destination. He trotted in front of the door and knocked.
*knock knock knock*
The door opened to reveal a purple lavender unicorn standing in front of Snow Day. "T-Twilight Sparkle?"
"Speaking."
"I'm Snow Day, I'm pretty sure Shinning Armor told me about you."
"Hmmm.....Oh yes, I'm sorry please come in, come in. He sent me a letter saying that we should chat and get along." Twilight Sparkle gestured her hoof and let Snow Day in, but Snow Day refused. "Um Snow Day, you can come into my house now."
"Did you read my file?"
Twilight scratched her head trying to remember the file. "Hmmm..... oh yes, I'm sorry, let me arrange the house, can you wait out here?"
"Please hurry, the sun is not good for me, literally." Twilight nodded and quickly shut the door, a loud bang and zap of magic had passed and Twilight opened the door with a few layers of winter clothing, odd enough it was spring.
"Okay I'm ready." Snow Day nodded and hurried inside, away from the burning sunlight. "Alright, go ahead, all of the books are put away." Snow Day nodded as he stomped his hoof at a slow pace three times of the floor. Then, faster than a blink of an eye, the entire room except the floor turned to solid ice. "Wow, this is amazing, so it's true how you poses the power of winter." Snow Day gave a heavy sigh, he looked around the icy room and shed a solid icicle tear. "Snow Day, what's wrong?"
"Hard to believe, I was made by such a creature."
"Yes, I know. I'm awfully sorry that had happened, but the past is the past."
"Yes but the past can leave scars."
"That may be true, but anything can heal, wounds, cuts, and even scars. Even if it's only a little bit."
"Thank you Twilight."
"By the way I've been meaning to ask." Snow Day raised an eyebrow in confusion. "What about your uh... candy ?"
"Ah, the... Institute already gave me one today before my train left, I'll need to take one tomorrow and the day after that and so one, long story short, I take one everyday and at the beginning of every month the school sends me another supply." Snow Day explained. Snow Day got up and stomped his hoofs three times again, this time turning the ice into thin air, the ice was gone. "Goodbye Twilight Sparkle."
"Please Twilight is just fine."
"Okay then, goodbye Twilight."
Snow Day left Twilight and her library, he walked around Ponyville checking his map to find his new house. He walked around looking at the address for his house but couldn't find it. After a few minutes he decided to stop and ask for directions, he found a cafe labeled Sugar Cube Corner, he hoped that they had air conditioning. He entered inside the cafe and sat over at the bar, a tall yellow stallion introduced him.
"Hi welcome to Sugar Cube Corner, what can I getcha?"
"Some iced tea please."
"What kind?"
"Surprise me."
A few minutes have passed, Snow Day's tea still hasn't arrived yet. He looked around and found a pink mare who's mane was like cotton candy, she was chatting with- oh gosh it's her. Snow Day found the same pegasus mare who crashed into him earlier, Snow Day heavily sighed and looked away from the mare.
"Here you are, crystal berry iced tea. You said you wanted a surprise."
"Thank you, also do you know where this address is?" Snow Day showed the stallion the address of his house.
"Ah, yep. When you exit turn right and you'll find the house in about 10 minutes."
"Thank you." The stallion nodded and left Snow Day to his drink. After a few minutes of drink (not alcoholic drinking) Snow day left a few bits on the counter and left the cafe, on his way out he just so happened to bump into the pegasus mare that he accidentally kissed.
"Hey it's you again!" The mare barked stopping Snow Day.
Snow Day stopped at the door step. "Look, I don't want any trouble."
"Neither do I, I came to say sorry, I shouldn't have accused you for... kissing me ugh...." A shiver traveled across her back. "And I'm also sorry for slapping you in the face."
"It's okay, I'm sorry for not moving out of the way when I could." Crescent looked at his the clock on the wall, he started to sweat a few bullets. "Look I'm sorry but I really need to go, he grabbed his back and galloped to his house."
"Wait, what's your....name..." The pegasus mare stood at the door wondering what his deal was. "What was that about?" the pegasus mare asked her friend. The pink mare shrugged as they saw Snow Day gallop off.
Moments later Snow Day found himself at his new house, basic as he could imagine it. He entered the house, very basic, two floors. The bottom floor had a small living room, kitchen, and bathroom, along with a basement for storage, while the upper floor was the entire bedroom. Snow Day set down his bags and entered the upstairs bedroom, he dropped on his bed and relaxed his muscles. But he didn't like his bed, not yet at least, he closed his eyes and concentrated hard on the bed as it started to turn into solid ice, along with his floor. "Ahh much better." Snow Day looked to his left out his window to find that three little fillies in the trees with cameras all saw what he just did, he quickly got out of his bed and shut the blinds, he froze the binds so that nopony could see him. "Celestia, I hope they didn't see me." Snow Day got up from the bed and opened his brief case, he pulled out a small black box with a pad lock and key, he also pulled out a few essentials such as, clothes, toothbrush and paste, and the bag full of bits. He spread them out differently, he took the bag of bits and put the string around his neck. His stomach growled with pain and starvation. "It's feeding time!" Snow Day thought that he might as well go to Sugar Cube Corner to grab a quick bite to eat.
After a few minutes of walking Snow Day found Sugar Cube Corner again, he opened the door but everything was dark. It looked to early to close, he walked around aimlessly looked for a light source, but then he tripped over some object, he couldn't tell due to how dark it was. As he got up from the floor, he walked around more aimlessly until he found what felt like a light switch. He flicked it open and then.
"SURPRISE!!!"
Suddenly Snow Day jumped as he say a train full of ponies having a party, he looked at a party banner which said, "Welcome to Ponyville Snow Day". A pink mare zoomed over to him with what looked like a red velvet cupcake.
"Hi there I'm Pinkie Pie. And welcome to the "Welcome to Ponyville" Welcome to Ponyville party."
"What?" Snow Day was confused, what did she say?
"Just ignore her ways of making sense." Snow Day turned to find the cyan pegasus. "She's just Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie."
"Right and....sorry I didn't quite get your name."
"The names' Rainbow Dash, and don't forget it."
"Right, well my name is Snow Day."
"Nice ta meetcha Snowy." Snow day flinched at the pet name. Rainbow Dash pulled out a place of yellow treats. "Here have a lemon drop." Snow Day reached out for the lemon drop, he placed it in his mouth and started to chew. Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie started to snicker menacingly as Twilight Sparkle approached the two.
"Hi you two, what are you-" Twilight paused as she saw Snow Day eating a lemon drop. "SNOW DON"T!"
Snow Day's eyes shot open, he started to sweat, but he sweat actual sweat. He couldn't breath, his vision started to become fade and become black, he fell to the floor as everypony watched his reaction. Snow Day was on the floor, he was about to meet his end.
