Here, she was free Energy coursed her, wing to knee Scoot flew a long arc, making passersby stare A great flier she was, that much was fair The dream continued 'till the filly came to She sighed and huffed, she had practice to do Scootaloo's Awakening It was a frequent dream for Scootaloo One that held her feelings true Falling through the dark's embrace Tears streaming down her forlorn face Her broken shattered wings Being not much more Than crumpled pathetic things What did she have to live for? Waking up, covered in sweat Greeted by the sun This day was diff'rent, that she'd bet Out to her friends, she runs St. Scootaloo's Hymn They say she was a bird of peace! Full of good! Soul white as fleece! Full of life! Never a sin! Now everybody sing this hymn! (insert awesome chorus) Scootaloo ain't no aaaangeeeel! But she could have foooOOOooled me! (mmmhhmmm) She has the soul of Gaaabrieeel! Through her, our souls set free! (OW!) (insert awesome chorus again) Banishing fear with a soul so dear! Never gonna leeeeet us DOOOooown! (that's right!)
