Jack the Ripper, the psychotic persona of the cyborg ninja, Raiden, has taken over Raiden's mind and body and cast him down to the deepest pits of his subconcious; the Ripper now free to wreak bloody mayhem in the real world. Waking up in a strange, colorful, yet familiar land, Raiden must now embark on a quest to escape his "adorable" psyche and destroy Jack the Ripper before he does any damage in the real world.
