Chapter 1: Sentient Ponies?... WUT
Slender awoke to the sound of voices in the room next to his. He had a new feeling, one of ... Pain? He didn't know how to describe it, but he could tell his skeleton and body were changed. He gingerly lifted his arms to his face, closing his eyes and putting his face in his han- HOOVES?!
He jumped out of sheer confusion and another new feeling. Fear. He had no clue what had happened, he just knew that he seemed to be a stallion wearing a tuxedo, with extremely long legs. He sent out a telepathic link, hoping to connect to any sentient being in the area. He was greeted by a sweet sounding, caring voice.
"Hello?" the voice said. Slender... Pony, being his old self, immediately gave this thing credit. It had to be extremely smart to pick up his signal. He decided that, for now, he would allow this creature to continue in it's existence. He immediately replied, cautious, but also happy to hear someone talking to him.
"Hello. I am the sentient form of fear itself. I have decided to let you live, as you can actually talk to me." Most likely he just scared the everlasting shit out of this being, judging by the whimper he heard in the other room. "Now, can you please come in here and tell me what happened? Why am I an equine?"
He nearly missed the yellow and pink blur that moved into the room, but immediately snapped to attention, snarled in his telepathic link and whipped out his tendrils. It appeared to be an equine like himself, except a different color. She (Judging by the girly voice he heard in his head) got scared and indirectly caused his hunger to flare. He was stronger though, and calmed his instincts. He made his mouth appear, eliciting a shock out of the small... pony. Yes, that sounds right.
"Hello. I'm sorry, but where am I? This doesn't look like my land." The pony slowly turned to him, and he noticed a small picture on her flank. It appeared to be three butterflies in a triangle, making Slender tilt his head to the side in confusion. The pony caught him, and looked away while blushing. Slender looked at his rump while wearing the suit, and noticed an exclamation mark above a grey corpse. He was approving of it, as it was what happened to his victims after he fed on their fear.
"I'm sorry... but could I please know your name? If it's not to much to ask..." Slender jolted out of his trance, and engaged in conversation with the pony. "Yes, my name is....... Hmm..." He was stumped, as no one usually talked to him, thus, he forgot his name. "Most of my prey call me 'Slender'. Now, may I ask for yours?"
"I-I'm ... I m-mean, my name is F-Fluttershy, Mister .. Slender." She said in a quiet voice, again making him tilt his head. Why was this creature so unnaturally shy? He thought. I'm only the solid embodiment of fea- Ohhhh, right. Fear.
"Nice to ... Meet? Yes that's right! Nice to meet you. I'm still wondering why I'm a ....... Pony." Fluttershy was now confused. A pony that didn't know why he was a pony? That's kind of strange. "Well, y-you were m-most likely b-b-born as one, M-mister Slender."
"Actually, I was born as a hideously tall mutant with no face, hunting humans so I could feed on their fear to satisfy my hunger." He looked at his legs. "Okay, in another world actually, now that I think about it."
The pony looked generally shocked that he did not, in fact, have a face, excluding an outline of features and a mouth. She quickly paused and looked out of the window, before noticing a familiar blue princess walking towards her door with a contingent of the bat ponies that made up the Royal Night Guard, alongside the Elements of Harmony. Her friends, Twilight, Rainbow, Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie looked up in the window, noticed Slender Pony, and immediately started to gallop towards the house, closely followed by the Princess and the guards.
The door to the house suddenly blasted off it's hinges, followed by a streak of blue that was possibly one of the only things to render Slender unconscious.
Introduction: Who's that Pony?!
A man gasped, leaking sweat like a broken pipe filled to the brim with sewage. He had finally found the key, and had wasted 5 hours of running just to find the doors again.
He glanced behind him, seeing a tall man wearing a suit. He has been made legend, due to the many people who have dared to search for him, some surviving, most meeting a horrible fate.
The man suddenly screamed and put on an extra burst of speed. He was only ten feet from the exit. He could taste freedom as he shoved the key in the lock, turned it, opened the door, and started to feel happy. He could see a colorful land, and he suddenly remembered the man behind him. As he turned, he felt something filled with loneliness shove itself into his stomach. He was lifted to the non-existent face of the man, trembling in fear as he coughed up blood. A mouth suddenly started to appear on the face, as if concealed by a medical mask. The frightened man felt his fear being sucked out of his body, while his other emotions tried to get it back. The man became a husk, not alive, but not dead either.
His body was flung aside carelessly into the maze. This tall man, given names along the lines of “Slenderman” stared into the open doorway. This was the closest someone had ever gotten, and he wondered what was on the other side. He stepped through the threshold, feeling his hands and feet disappear, and watching his face become a muzzle. His skeleton was changing, there was no doubt. He passed out from the pain, but not before hearing multiple screams.
