The Diamond Dogs, now the core of the criminal underbelly, say otherwise. Those with influence are corrupted, morality painted a bulls-eye on the others. Organized crime happens almost out in the streets, and even the honest cops can't do a thing. Turf wars between various factions cause the city streets to turn into war-zones.

Many ponies are tired of the oppression, and a few are willing to do something about it. Taking justice to the crime lords could save the city, but forever brand them as outlaws.

Note: This is our first collaboration. Depending on it's success, more opportunities for such joint projects should be possible.
