Screw is better known as "the pony with the clocks" in his hometown of Manehattan. "It's quite the city," he'd say.
While he has some customers from time to time and earns his money, nopony seems to know why is he wearing a cloak most of the time. Why is he always repeating the same phrase? Why is he never in the same spot twice? And, most of all, why can't he actually make a clock that doesn't break down later?
