Fleeing from some awful fate, Princess Celestia used her magic to send Equestria to another dimension. Once there, along with her faithful ponies, Celestia begins a campaign against the native humans. But all is not as it seems, as Princess Luna soon discovers. Since when did Celestia hate humans? And what exactly were they fleeing from? More importantly, what are these things called Pokemon and how can they threaten the safety of Equestria?

More questions begin to arise as Luna and Twilight dig deeper. Even as the war rages about them, the duo discover a horrible fact. If its true, the very foundation of Equestria will be shaken to the core.

Luna, Twilight and her friends must discover the answer to these questions and do it quickly because the fate of more than one world may lay in the balance.
