There was not a singal noise, nor a singal sound. Luna's moon was shining brighter then any of the stars in the sky. The wind blew a gental breeze for a moment. Suddenly there was an explosion that sent me flying through the window. My vision was blurry, but I looked at my surrounding until I found my partner, Scarlet who laid a foot away. I began to crawl towards the pure white earth pony. When I came to her I looked pass her red, and dark red mane to see she was unconscious. Also her shoulder was wounded from what I believe was the explosion. I wrapped my hoof around her and began moving back. I look over to my right to see a light from something being shined in my face. I quickly raised my hoof and brought it to my eyes to shield them from the blinding light. A moment later I hear a rain of bullets ripping through the walls. I looked back to see a hallway, and at the end of the hallway there were stairs going what looked like down.The odds of making it were low, but I had lower odds before. I don't know how, but I managed to get Scarlet on my back. I stood up on my hooves, and started galloping down the hallway.When I came to the stairs I had to make a hard turn, and continued down the stairs. When I came to the last step it was pitch-black. I tried to light up the area with my flashlight, but it provided little help. The batteries were nearly dead. I used the little light it gave me to see. (Let me guess, you're wondering who I am? I am, Six. I'm a changeling with my own free will. If I start explaining that it'll take to long. I'll tell you this instead. I'm a member of the Wings. A group made to take back Equestria from the Changelings. I left the Wings to stop the changeling activity in this city. While doing this I ran into Scarlet who had the same goal. We decided to work together. I'm currently disguised as an earth pony so she doesn't try to kill me. We should get moving) "Scarlet?" I asked while setting her on the ground, "If you can hear me say something." "I might be down, but I'm not out." She said before she began coughing. "We need to get you help." I placed her hoof around my neck, and started trotting through the dark basement. "You don't have any herbs, or a first-aid spary?" "No I don't. We're going to have to find one. I don't know why, but I have a feeling theres one nearby." "Theres a trapdoor to your left. You could go check that that." She began to cough again. "We need to hurry." Its been a few minutes since we left the basement. I think the trapdoor lead to another building. Moonlight shined in the building from a chunck missing from the ceiling. I left Scarlet with her back against the wall near the door. I began my sreach for a herb or a first-aid spary. A minute pass before I found a herb. It was in a glass cabinet, but knowing my luck it was going to be locked. I pull the handle, and to my surprise...It's locked. I'll feel bad for whoever owns it, but you can replace glass. I broke the glass and grabbed the herb. "Six?" A voice said. "Captain." I said bringing up my tacpad. It was my captain/father, Darkstar. "Whats your status, Six?" "I'm fine, but Scarlet needs medicinal attenion." "Do you have any herbs on you?" "I only have one. Will that do?" "You at least need one, so she'll be fine. Do you remember how to make herbs into powder?" "Its been so long since I did it that I forgot." "Hold on. I'll send you the instructions. I'll check back in later." I read the instructions and quickly turned the herb intp powder. I brought the powder to her, and to my surprise she reached out for the powder. I placed the powder in her hoof, but she kept her hoof out. Something told me she was telling me to turn around. I turned around to see a figure of a pony. It came closer and closer with each step it took. I got my pistol sword and waited for it to come closer. I don't know why, but I always held the halt of my sword in my mouth. When the pony was visable I stared at the pony for a moment to see the pony was a normal pony, but a zombie pony instead. I hurried and pointed the barrel to it. It still kept coming as normal. I pulled the trigger landing a perfect headshot. Like always the first shot didn't kill it. I fired the five remaining shots that hit it in the head. I was surprised to see that it was still alive. I think it loved the taste of bullets because it ate the bullets like they were candy. Before I had the chance to swing my sword the zombie pony jumped onto me and pinned me to the ground. I pushed it's head away, and waited for a chance to counter attack. The moment I was going to buck it off somepony shot the zombie pony in the head. I looked over at Scarlet to see her pistol in her hooves. "Now we're even," She said lowering her pistol. I pushed the zombie off of me, and gave her a friendly smile. I went back to her, and applied the powder to her wound. I ripped off a long piece of fabric, and tied it around her shoulder. "Do you feel any better?" I asked as I watched her get up on her hooves. "I feel a lot better, but it will be a while before my strength returns." She said while stretching. "Shall we get moving?" "Yeah, let's get moving. We're almost there." It took a while before we found a way out the building. We slowly opened the door, and found ourselfs standing on a balcony that was a few away from the ground. We began to look around, and to our right we found the Tower of Shadows. In front of the tower was an army of changelings, and zombie ponies. "Wow." Scarlet gasped, "Thats a lot of enemies, but nothing we can't handle." She quickly grabbed the halt of her sword with her mouth, and unsheathed it. "This is a big welcoming party." I said getting my pistol sword. "And we're their honored guest. Let's not keep them waiting." (It can never be easy) We jumped down from the balcony, and land in front of the welcoming party. As soon as one changeling saw us it let out a sreech. All the other enemies turned towards us, and began to charge at us. Scarlet, and I charged towards, and met them between where we started and the tower. We began to fight our way to the tower. We cut down everypony in our path. They might have had strength in number, but we've been through a lot. When we were halfway to the tower there was another sreech, but this one was a low-pitch sreech. We turned around to see a Raven on top of a building behind us. "I'm not in the mood to deal with another one of those," Scarlet said. "Same here." I said quickening my pace, "Let's rush the door before it gets too close." We began to gallop for to the doors as while we cut them down. When we came to the doors the Raven was halfway from where we started. We opened the doors, and dashed through the lobby to the desk. We leaped over the desk then Scarlet looked at me. "Why did we go here," She asked. "Look for a button." I said looking around the desk, "There should be a button to seal off the lobby somewhere on the desk." "Oh! You mean this button under the desk?" I looked at her to see her looking under the desk. "I don't know, but give it a try." I guess she pressed the button because when she came from under the desk an alarm went off. We looked at door to see that the door, and window were getting sealed off with bulkheads. We heard glass shatter behind us, and turned around to see the Raven down as the bulkhead was halfway closed. "Now thats just wonderful. It's in the lobby with us." We began to look for a way to get off the floor intil we found stairs on opposite sides of the desk. I started for the stairs on my left, and Scarlet went to her right. The Raven do a little sreech then it took off after one of us. I came to the stairs, and made a hard turn left. I ducked as it's hoof-like claws went over my head. I conutined up the stairs intil I reached the next floor. When I came to where the stairs left off onto the floor I turned to my left then slid as the Raven ran into the wall. I saw a hallway on this floor that lead into another part of the tower. I noticed a bulkhead on sealing off the hallway. That button didn't just seal off the lobby, it was sealing off this whole part of the tower. I noticed the closing of the bulkhead, and saw that I had enough time to get to the bulkhead, and slide under it. I got back up on my hooves, and hurried to the bulkhead. When I came to the bulkhead I slid under it before I wasn't able to. I heard the Raven ran into the bulkhead. It did an ear raping for a minute then stopped. I looked to my left to see Scarlet laying by me. "I hope thats the last of those Ravens." She said getting up on her hooves, "Come on. I think I see a way out." I got up, and we began trotting towards the exit. As we came to the exit there we saw a stone statue of a pony in the middle of what we believe the square. We were on a balcony that was a few inchs off the ground looking down on it. There was some kind of symbol on the ground, but we couldn't tell what it was. "Hey,look!" Scarlet said with joy, "An elevator! I hope your friend found a way to get out of here." She jumped off the balcony then I jumped down. We both began moving towards the elevator then something jumped down in front of us. "Back for seconds?" All of a sudden something slapped me across the face. "Wake up, Six!" I shook my head then opened my I eyes to see Captain staring at me. (It was just a dream? It felt so real... I will say that, Scarlet looked pretty nice.)
