One day on her way back from Zecora's hut, our favorite purple unicorn finds a very strange tome lying on the grass in the middle of a dark clearing in the Everfree Forest. Always the curious one (and obsessed with books) Twilight decides to bring the thing home with her, and after giving it a read, soon finds out that this book must be something out of legend. It grants her power and knowledge that could rival Celestia herself. But at what cost?

This isn't really a crossover to anything in particular, but certainly does contain elements of myths and other such things that have been collaborated together from many sources.
