My Name is Nightmare

My name is Nightmare.Many ponies shun me not only because of of my name which many fear. But for my striking jet black hair tinged at the ends with what i can only describe looks like some pony dipped my mane and tail ends in blood. my light grey coat only makes my green eyes so bright that it looks unnatural. only you loved me as i loved you and your beautiful moon. You took in a lonely Pegasus and cared for me and for that i am thankful. i hear you on some nights blaming your self about why my name frightens many. About how you should have never been born. Its times like those that i looked into your beautiful blue eyes and told you, "Its ok i don't blame you whats happened. its not your fault". If only you listened to me if only i got there earlier and wasn't late. Leaving you to wait under  the large oak. Then i wouldn't have broken your already fragile heart. and i wouldn't be lying here with my blood pouring on the road life flashing before my eyes. As i spend my last moments staring at your sky i felt water splash onto my hoof and as i turn to look at you i see you crying saying "i'm sorry. I'm so so sorry". My last words i hope you remember to the day you die because i'm not sure i said it before or you even knew but "I love you Princess Luna. More than i ever loved anything." and you not caring about staining your lovely coat held me and said the words i always wished i would hear       "I love you to".
