The Survivor
In what was once a majestic city now in ruins the once proud buildings now with broken windows and the streets overcome with wildlife. Atop the tallest building of the city was a lone figure that over looked the once proud city with very grim of how dire the situation was for him. This figure sighed as he continued to look over the streets and just on the horizon he could see the end of the barrier that held him in this city.
"Come on out bastard!, All i want to do is kill ya." Ricardo herd one of the other tributes call out from the door that led to the roof of the building.
Ricardo just remembered why he was up on the roof of this building, Sighing Ricardo began to look around on the roof of the building for away down that didn't involve certain death. after about ten minutes the pounding on the door began to become increasingly worrying.
"to bad for him ill already be gone." Ricardo thought with a grin before he aimed his flare gun high as he could reach and pulled the trigger sending the flare high into the sky letting all the other tributes know were he was.
Ricardo then began to get ready for the jump he was about to make to most he would appear insane but to him he was logical, Ricardo began to sprint towards the edge of the building once he reached the edge he made a powerful lunge towards the other building and just before he was about to hit the roof of the next building, He curled into a ball to move his momentum and prevent from breaking his legs.
Once Ricardo was sure he was fine he went to the buildings entrance to the stair well and began to Make a quick decent down the stairs, Once he reached the bottom he began to run down the cracked streets witch had the occasional bush or patch of grass protruding from its cracked surface, The sounds of shouting and fighting were now making them selves apparent but as he ran further and further away the began to grow dim and he was soon consumed by silence he sighed.
"Cutting it close again cant be doin that shit." Ricardo thought as he began to walk into an alley and sat on the ground propping his back against the wall of the alley, After a few minutes he began to hear echos of cannon fire as he counted each round.

He waited briefly before adding the number of rounds to the total of rounds he had heard over the two weeks he had been in this accursed city.
"Okay so 6 plus 12 that's 18 so there's 6 of us left time to use my game changer." Ricardo thought as he grabbed the hilt of the hunting knife he preyed from the hands of a dead tribute, He unsheathed the knife and set it on his lap as he pulled the left sleeve of his jacket up so he could the the skin of his fore arm. He then grabbed the hilt of the knife again with his right arm and stabbed the knife into his left arm, It hurt but it was required for his plan to work, after making a decent sized incision on his left arm he set the knife back on his lap, He then reached into the open wound and began digging soon he found what he was looking for, He pulled his hand out of the wound to see the small tracking beacon that was implanted into his arm at the beginning of the hunger games, He crushed the small beacon and soon after he herd one round of cannon fire, grinning though the pain he began to wrap the wounds in what few medical supplies he had and took to pain killers then drifted off to sleep just as the sun diapered from the horizon.
"Now look what we have here." A unknown voice scared Ricardo form his almost unconscious form, Ricardo opened his eyes to see two tributes in front of him both armed, Ricardo immediately began to try and plot away out of this situation but it proved to be fruitless and Ricardo accepted his fate.
"Make it quick." Was all Ricardo uttered.
"My pleasure." The tribute before him placed his sword on Ricardo's shoulder before taking his swing and blackness soon consumed Ricardo's vision.
