The life of Dreamcatcher wasn't particularly the greatest.

She never was an outcast in school, but never really resonated with any of the other children. She couldn't soar through the sky or conjure spells like the other ponies, and felt inferior to the wealth of useful talents the other earth ponies exhibited.

She was different.

When life couldn't get any more complicated, the troubled mare's father passes away, and the traumatic experience leaves her stranded sans seatbelt on a psychological rollercoaster.

With her cutie mark constantly messing with the world she lives in and slowly erasing the line between reality and fantasy, the pony must frantically piece together forgotten memories and uncertain events before insanity leads her to an untimely and tragic end.
