THE TROTTING DEAD

As I wake up full of joy and cheer I steeped out side taking a deep breath of fresh air thinking to my self that this would be a  great day. Oh but I was wrong so terribly wrong. Trotting on down a dandy little path through the forest I noticed an unusual cart by a small tree. Curiously I decided to investigate. As I went around the tree a trail of blood caught my eye. I followed it for a minute only to find somepony on the ground."Oh dear are you ok sir." No response i crept closer only to see that he had been bitten multiple times. I felt sick to my stomach to this ghastly seen. He then began to shake for a while he then eventually got up."Sir might I take you to a doctor?" He then quickly turned around his face was all chewed up his eyes all white breathing deeply he then crept closer he then jumped on me trying to bite me!''How are you what are you?'' not knowing what to do with all I could I  tried my beast to keep him off. I then noticed a small pocket knife next to me. quickly I grabbed it stabbing him or it in the head I then got back up backing up to the tree. I saw somepony up the hill I then yelled ''Help someponys died get help.''

the figure then came closer I was shocked to see that is was another one of those thing. In terror I quickly turned an ran thinking to my self ''What in equestria is going on?'' I then began to wonder if this was all an accident or if this terror was meant to be. Quickly arriving to my home i saw that a window had been broken. I opened the saying ''I'm coming in don't hurt me.'' As I closed the door behind me while at the same time I heard somepony witch sounded like a female say ''You aint taking my muffins!'' I the gave a small chuckle ''Its ok Derpy I'm not gonna take your muffins'' she then came out of a small door. as she put her muffin bag down she gave me a friendly smile I asked her ''Do you have any idea on how this started.'' she just shook her head. ''Well lest go look for some help before it gets dark.'' she nodded her head. As we stepped outside we noticed the whole place had been abandoned. Grabbing a bat that had been lying down we began to go search for some help. I wondered if this was a waste of time or if we might find others.
