The Adventures of Midnight Shimmer
Midnight Shimmer was an alicorn. She was from a distant place, which most ponies probably wouldn't know about. She wasn't really an alicorn though. She was a human in her alicorn form. She had heard of another planet (which was strange to her because she had read a bunch on many different galaxies.) This planet, however, was farther than she had ever heard of before. She learned it was full of ponies! There were the pegasi, who have wings and could fly, walk on clouds and control weather. Then there were the unicorns, who have horns and can perform magic. There were also the earth ponies, who didn't have wings or magic but were still important. But there was still one more type of pony: An alicorn. They had wings and magic. She decided to visit this new place, she would make herself an alicorn, despite the fact that she knew nothing of how their magic or wings worked. She performed her own magic and was there. She appeared in what seemed to be a dark forest, seeing nobody for miles.
"Hello?" Midnight Shimmer eventually called out. She had no idea where she was. She had been wandering around for what felt like forever. Nobody responded. "It's hopeless" she said to herself and kept walking. What if she didn't go to the right place? She had no idea how to use her wings or magic. A few minutes later, Midnight spread her wings out and tried to fly, but it resulted her in crashing to the ground fast. "Ahhh!" she screamed as she hit the ground, now covered in dirt and twigs from the ground. "Oww. Maybe once I find some actual ponies I can get flying lessons. Magic lessons too." she sighed to herself.
Just then, she heard a tiny voice which sounded like only one thing: Her luma. "Lumalee, what are you doing here" Midnight cried out. "I told you not to follow me! Well... I guess you're here now. How am I going to explain to all the ponies what you are though? Ugh. Let's just go..." she started to worry, but then something caught her eyes. It looked like some ruins of an old castle. "Lumalee, wait!" Midnight started chasing after Lumalee who had already started floating over to the ruins. "It could be dangerous!" The two eventually made their way into the ruins.
After a few minutes of walking, Midnight and Lumalee made their way up to the top floor. "Lumalee, stay here." Midnight commanded as she started wandering around. Just then, a flash of blue mist whirled around her eyes. It was all black after that. She had fainted.
"Hello? Are you ok?" A voice said. Midnight opened her eyes to see a purple alicorn in front of her."
"Who are you?" Midnight asked. Maybe everything won't be so bad, she thought to herself. With that, she started to smile.
