"Oh crap! Crapcrapcrapcrapcrap!" A brown pony yelled as the blue box he was in caught fire in several places, causing the inside, which was remarkably larger than the outside, to shake and shudder violently. "Oh come on old gal, you can make it!" As if in reply the tardis shakes even more violently, and spins out of control, tossing our familiar hero, with a not so familiar face, into a wall. He jumped up, and pulled several levers, and pressed a button, the tardis stopped shaking and shuddering for a moment, and The Doctor caught his breath. It was then that it began freefalling. "Oh no!" The Doctor ran to the emergency control, and put his hoof to the imprint of a hand. Nothing happened. "No! Come on! Of all the times to change into somebody without a hand!" Quickly galloping over to a chair with a seatbelt, he tried to buckle himself in, but found he couldn't, due to the whole no hands thing. "Ah crap! Brace yourself!" He shouted at himself, and yelled in both excitement and utter terror all the way down to the planet that lay below.

Earlier that day...
Normal day, wake up, take shower, get mail satchel, go to work. This is what was going through Ditzy Diane Doo's mind, and she didn't care one bit. Life was okay, not especially great, but most certainly not bad. It was normal, she thought to herself, and that's exactly how she wanted it to be right? Normal. A life that was so normal, save for the occasional mess up that she caused. Okay, daily mess up. But at least life was normal for her, she had all she could need, a house, a couple of good friends, and a job. Ah yes, if there was anything that Ditzy loved, it would definitely be her job as Ponyville's one and only mailmare, save for the three or four dragons that send and receive there letters via burping. "Yes that's why I have this job, and will never get--"
"Fired!" White letter said angrily.
"What! Why?" Ditzy yelled, her left eye staying on his face while her right eye moved to the bottom left.
"You dropped an extremely important letter somewhere, and now Ponyville is in trouble, that letter was to the mayor of Ponyville! Celestia is coming in three days! Derpy you messed up real badly this time!" White letter said, his white face turning a rather angry shade of purple as his cigar levitated out of his mouth.
"B-but sir! I need this job, it's the only one I have been able to keep for longer than a month! And I've been the post mare for two whole years! Please you can't!" Ditzy said, tears coming from her eyes.
"It won't work this time Derpy. Get your things, and get out!" And with that White turned around and continued to puff on his cigar. Derpy nodded and left, leaving her trusty satchel on the desk. A tear rolled down her cheek as she headed home. jumping in her bed, she wondered what she would do next, and realizing that she had absolutely nothing to do. She stayed like this until nightfall, and then looked up at the sky.
It was a clear night, due to the wonderful weather schedule. not a cloud in sight, and the stars shining brightly, with streaks of them across the sky. It was then that a shooting star started to slowly make it's way down, Ditzy looked at it and began to wish. "I wish, that I could meet somepony who I could help, who I could spend the rest of my life with, and them with me. Somepony that could help me figure out who I am, and somepony that would understand me." She whispered quietly, as the shooting star seemed to get larger, and brighter. She raised an eyebrow, and for a minute, both of her eyes focused on it, until she realized that the shooting star was indeed getting larger, for it was getting closer!
"Uh, I also wish that my previous wish won't destroy my house!" She yelled as the shooting star rocketed down towards her house.

"Ah Hah! pull this here, push this here, and, there we have it!" The Doctor yelled excitedly as the tardis narrowly missed hitting a house and instead landed on a tool shack out in the home's backyard. The tardis groaned angrily, and The Doctor decided that was a good moment as any to get out of it and let it heal. He walked towards the two double doors, and pushed them open.

Ditzy raced out into her backyard, and looked at the smoking shooting star that had landed in her own backyard She examined the flaming box that seemed to be the shooting star. It was large and blue, on the top it had the words POLICE PUBLIC CALL BOX. Ditzy raised an eyebrow, just as the box's doors swung open and a mixture of smoke, steam, and some random alien gas poured out of it, as the figure of a pony stepped out of it. The smoke swirled around as the figure came closer and closer to Ditzy, who began backing away.
"Hm, let's see here, hooves, four of them, no hands, okay, I'm guessing this form is equine of nature, uh, let's see what else, oh hello what is this? A mark on my, er, flank? A rather cute one as well, of an hour glass. Oh, look at that wait, am I ginger? I'll have to ask someone! Ha ha!" Came the voice as the smoke began to dissipate. A tan pony with brown hair trotted up to the shocked Ditzy Doo. "Oh, hello, please tell me, am I ginger?" Ditzy stared at him with one good eye for a moment.
"I, uh, wait what?" Was what smoothly flowed from her lips.
"My hair, am I a ginger?" came the reply.
"Uh, no, brown hair, uh, you must have bumped your head pretty hard in that little box of yours. Why don't you come inside."

"Okay, I got the foods you asked for, quite an odd selection, let's see here, black and green olives, pickles, a dandelion sandwich, beans, toast, some pears, an apple, and hay bacon with fries. Are really going to eat all that mister?" Ditzy asked as the strange brown pony looked at the food.
"I don't know, I personally don't know what I like to eat yet, I just regenerated, oh, and if you could get me some tea as well that would be excellent!" The strange earth pony replied. Ditzy just sighed and nodded heading into the kitchen. She put some water in a kettle and on the burner, grabbing two cups, and getting some tea packets. "Holy crap!" Came a yell. Ditzy charged into the dining area to see the doctor spitting out the dandelions from the dandelion sandwich, and throwing the sandwich out of the open window. Ditzy once again raised an eyebrow and wondered about it, but her thought process was interrupted by the whistle of the hot water. She ran in and took the kettle off of the burner, turning the burner off. She then poured the hot water into the cups and put the tea packets in, letting them hang, while bringing them in.
"I brought the tea, oh, and by the way my name is Ditzy," She said, while balancing the two cups on her wings. She found the strange brown pony poking at the olives. He nodded.
"Thank you Ditzy, I'm The Doctor, pleasure to meet ya!" And with that, the pony popped a black olive into his mouth. His face instantly soured, and he ran outside quickly, and tossed his lunch. He came back in, only to try a pickle and instantly regret it. "Evil! So evil, these little sour cucumbers of death!" He yelled, chucking the whole jar out the window, earning a cat screech. Ditzy laughed. He tried the other foods, and found them fine, save for the pears. Those went out the window as well.
"So, what's your name, really?" Ditzy asked. They had moved to the living room. Ditzy was laying back on the couch, and the Doctor was still trying to find a way to sit down without certain "parts" hanging out. Finally deciding to sit in a normal position, he found that his package was hidden behind a tuft of fur.
"You people are truly fascinating, remarkably so! Oh, what was it you were asking?" The Doctor said with a grin.
"Your name?" Ditzy asked once more.
"I told you, I'm The Doctor. That's my name," and with that he got up, only to pass out.
"Sir? Sir! Are you alright? Oh no, I just don't know what went wrong!" And with Ditzy decided to put him back on the couch.

How the Universe Moves: A Dr. Whooves Story
Welcome to Ponyville, a quiet and (mostly) peaceful town on the world of Equestria. It isn't large, but it isn't small, and ponies around here are always ready for the next day. It's notable features would include Sweet Apple Acres, owned by the apple family and home to one of the elements of harmony named Applejack. She is the element of honesty, and really down to earth. Next would be Golden Oaks Library, which is literally inside a huge tree, home to Twilight Sparkle owner of the element of magic. She is a very studious unicorn, always on top of her work, and personal protege of Princess Celestia. She sometimes stresses out, and sweats the little things, but she always comes through. The other elements of harmony, in case you were wondering are Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie.
Rainbow Dash is the element of loyalty and is always the pegasus to trust to come through for friends. She is also the fastest flier in Equestria. Fluttershy is the element of kindness, and will always try to treat ponies with a good heart, she is very shy and reclusive, to the point of not talking to strangers, but if you hurt one of her friends, she'll kill you just as soon as look at you. Now we have Rarity, the element of generosity, She is always there to lend a hoof to help somepony, or give to them from the bottom of her heart, she is rather overly dramatic when it comes to problems and she seems to be a helpless maiden, but proven by the Diamond Dogs, she can definitely handle herself. Finally we have Pinkamina Diane Pie, the element of laughter, how to describe Pinkie... She is always active, and bubbly, but when she is feeling down she can get,

They are very important, and special, they have power beyond belief, so shy is it that we are going to focus on a pony that is utterly average, and a bit of a klutz, instead of them? A grey mailmare with blonde hair and two eyes that never seem to look in the correct direction? Because she was the one that saved the universe. Meet an average mare, who works from the post office, and delivers mail every day save for Sunday, who always seems to not fit in, who is seriously misunderstood, who always gets distracted, who has always dreamed of travelling with somepony who could understand and accept her for who she is. Who gets her wish granted one fateful night, and changes her life forever.
