Harrow, the King of Rubies and draconic ruler of the Argenite Reaches, is coming to the end of a very long, prosperous rule. It's a reign that stretches far, with it's roots in the mists of time, when Discord ran rampant and Harmony did not yet exist.
A time when he did his part by slaying an unjust king and contributing one sixth of the Elements of Harmony.
