The sun was out, school was about to open, nothing out of the unusual. Ben Foster slowly got out of bed, which was a lumpy mattress in an old store, he lived there. "Kushal?" he said. The boy next to him, on another mattress woke up. "Huh, what do you want?" he said. "Just to know if you could be bothered to look through the bins today, might be something useful" said Ben. "Ben, we look in the bins every day, it's not like we have a choice" Kushal answered. A few hours later, they had properly gotten up, and left the shop. "Which bins today?" said Kushal. "Let's see, the ones on Slate Street have food usually, and I think I saw a TV being thrown out just after we left" he said. Kushal nodded. After they had arrives at Slate Street bin department, which is what they likes to call it, they had indeed found a TV, some cold chicken strips, but they had a working microwave. The previous day, Kushal had stolen an eight pack of soda from another shop. Ben had been scolded by the owner, but after realizing it wasn't Ben, he let him go. "Kushal, I need help with this TV dude, it's really heavy!" shouted Ben. He was about to drop it, then Kushal jumped in, and grabbed it. Suddenly a tape shot out of the TV's VHS slot. They put the TV down, and Ben picked up the tape. It had "Ponies" written on it. "What. Ponies? Ponies are beautiful creatures…" he said. Ben was the environmentalist side of the duo, and Kushal was the all for cool side. When they arrived home, Ben still carrying the tape in his pocket. They plugged the TV into a socket, the only socket that still worked, and it was luckily right in front of their beds. Kushal turned the TV on, there was only static. "NO! Dammit, I thought we could watch something good, not just static!" he shouted. Ben remembered the tape. "We could always try this?" asked ben, motioning for Kushal to put the tape in. "Fine, you and your girly ways!" he said in a playful tone. Kushal put the tape in, and all it had on it were pictures of animated streets, with some strange markets. Then there was a jump scare of a pink blur. "JESUS!" shouted ben. "Haha, you shat yourself!" he shouted, leaving his bed. Suddenly Ben felt something under his mattress. "Kushal, do you fell that, it's like-" he was cut off, when he came to the realization that was sinking in to his mattress. "KUSHAL!" he shouted. Kushal looked back, and his eyes opened wide. "OH MY GOD! Hold on buddy!" he lunged forward and grabbed Ben's arms. "Dude!" screamed Ben, as Kushal's grip slipped, causing Ben to let go, and he fell right through his bed. "No!" said Kushal, he backed away from the mattress. But then, like paper was on fire, everything in view burned away, until Kushal and the mattress remained. "Oh, please lead somewhere good…" he mumbled as he was given no other choice than to jump into this portal. He was falling into a green-looking surface. "Wait, is that a field of grass?" he said, but all of a sudden multi-coloured blur appeared next to him, it was going to collide-"Huh?" he said, before getting pummelled in the face by something. Elsewhere, Ben was asleep in a small area, he was unconscious against a tree. He opened his eyes, and sat up, panting. "Huh!" he said. His chest felt like he had just been hit by a car. He hadn't even focused on what was around him. "What…" slurred Ben, unconsciously. He didn't know what had happened, one minute he was walking home, in the shop, next he was waking up sat next to something. But to his surprise, he wasn't in a hospital, or home-he was sat up against a massive tree. The strangest part of this was that the tree wasn't a tree- it was a home of some sort. "Hello?" Ben said. He wasn't sure he should say anything. He looked around a bit. There was a chicken coop, some small dens-what was really exiting was this tree, and it had windows and a door, curtains. Ben stood up, painfully. His legs really hurt-maybe it was because he had ben sat in the same position for ages. That's a point-how long had he been here? He looked through the window carefully, not wanting to gain attention. Inside the tree there was, decorations? Yes, there was a bed, a sofa, usual living stuff. It wasn't any of this which caught his attention the most. The thing that caught his attention was a butter-coloured equine, with wings! It had a smoothie pink mane, and cyan eyes. Whatever it was, it had stopped what it was doing-dusting, and Ben realized that the creature was looking through the window, not at him, luckily, as his face was useable from its position. "It's female, there was no way that was a boy" thought Ben. He heard noises, and the pony inside turned away from the window, and walked up to the door, which Ben had sneaked away from. "Fluttershy?" said some female voice. Fluttershy? That was a weird, but cute, name… "Hello?" she said. Ben looked around the bark a little bit, where he saw two other ponies. One was orange, and had a cowboy hat, presumably both girls, she had blonde hair, and apples on her rump. As he noticed this, Ben looked at the other one, which was Purple, with a crystal, or a sparkle, or something like that. Ben looked back through the window to see if 'Fluttershy' had one too, big mistake. For as he looked at the window once more, her face was looking through it, she was right next to it, and she squealed when he appeared. When she squealed, it made Ben gasp, and he fell over backwards. "Oh goodness me!" he shouted. When he got up, he found the other two ponies next to him, away, but next to him. "Who are you?" the orange one said, with a southern accent. "I-I' he was too confused to say anything, so he mumbled his name, "Ben…" Too confused about what was happening, he spoke up again, this time, more confidently. "Ben, I'm Ben. Ben Foster- and you are a pony!" he said. "Yes, and what creature may you be?" said the purple one. "I-I am a human, where am I?" he said. He he, mystical land, with talking ponies, could it get any better? "You're in Ponyville" said the purple one again. "So, I'm probably going to collapse from shock in 3, 2…" he stopped speaking as he keeled over. Wow, probably the most accurate thing he'd ever done. The VisitA few moments of talking about some things that ponies liked to do, Ben had left Twilight's house and gone on his way to Fluttershy's house. It was getting late. "Well, I hope she didn't take a liking to me…" mumbled Ben. He walked a bit quicker. Rather weirdly, he was already here. He walked up to the door, and knocked. "Fluttershy?" he asked. No reply, He knocked again, "Hello?" he asked. "One minute please" said the voice of Fluttershy from inside the house. He opened the door, and looked inside; Fluttershy was feeding a white rabbit, with small beady eyes, and looked to have a short temper. "Hey shy" he said. Fluttershy looked up, startled, "OH, goodness, you scared me" she said. Ben felt strangely weird, as though something was wrong. "Oh, well, I'm sorry, I just thought that you'd be making some tea or something" he answered. "Very well then, but please ask to open the door, if you're ok with that?" she asked. "Yeah, no, I am sorry Fluttershy, I didn't think, I have been living on the street for some years now…" he managed to say before being interrupted by her, "What?! Why didn't you have a home?" she asked. "Well, my mother di-erm, passed on years ago, and I have no other family…" he mumbled. He hated it when he had to start this subject again. "Oh my, I'm so sorry" she said. "Fluttershy, it's fine, I just-" he said, but he could not finish his sentence, he closed the door, and had sat on a couch by now. He had a bad feeling in his gut, something was missing. He had started to cry, "I really miss her…" he mumbled. Fluttershy sat beside him, "It's okay to cry, maybe you can express how you feel because I'm here, and I'm listening?" she asked. Ben looked at her, "Well, yeah, I had no-one but Kushal when she died-" he was cut off again. "DIED?! I thought you meant she just left!" screamed Fluttershy, "You poor baby!" she finished. At this point, Ben had burst into tears, and Fluttershy saw this and decided to give him a hug. "What?" said Ben. Fluttershy finished hugging him. "Well, you have been on the street, which means that you haven't been loved in a long time, right?" she said. Ben looked at Fluttershy with tears in his eyes. "I didn't think you ponies would be that clever…" he said. Fluttershy smiled, "We're very clever" she said. Ben looked at the ground, "Well, thank you-I feel much better" he replied. Finally having someone to talk to felt great, he could finally get rid of the built up grief in his mind. "Would you like something to eat, you must be starving?" she asked. Ben looked at her once more, "Well, don't you just eat hay?" he said, Fluttershy started to giggle, "You have a lot of conceptions about ponies don't you?" she said. "Yes…" MEANWHILE [KUSHAL POV] "Hey, Twilight?" I said. Twilight looked at me, "Yes, Kushal?" she said, although I just ignored her, thinking about my life, but then I stopped, "It's just that I wanted to ask when the rest of your friends are coming?" I asked. "They will be here in about ten minutes, Kushal, I've told you this three times now…" she said. She was right though, I was getting impatient. "Well, erm, Pinkie's here, could she maybe-" I started, but Twilight interrupted me, "Look, they will be here soon!" she said, angrily. Twilight was reading a book. "What ya reading?" I asked. She looked at me, then the book, then me again and her face went red, "Nothing!" she said. "And by the way, I was going to ask if me and Pinkie could go and start the sleepover…" I said, finally finishing my sentence. "Oh" said Twilight. I headed over to the window, and looked outside, "I hope they all get here on time, I wouldn't like it if girls were late…" *smiles inappropriately*. MEANWHILE [3RD PERSON FOR BEN] "Fluttershy, this is delicious!" Ben said. Fluttershy had made him some herbal tea, which tasted like strawberries. Ben had never eaten a strawberry, but he loved it. Fluttershy was laid next to him on the couch, as she had a different bone structure, hence she couldn't sit like a human. "Ben, why didn't you want to stay at the sleepover?" she asked. Ben thought, and came up with, "Why didn't you?" he answered. "I'm staying here tonight, because Applejack is bringing the girls over-" she said, but Ben spoke up, "Girls?" he asked. Fluttershy looked a little bit annoyed, "Sorry…" he said, Fluttershy then looked fine, "No, it's alright, the girls are- Well, they call themselves "The Cutie Mark Crusaders" and one of them is Applejack's sister, one of them is Rarity's sister, and Scootaloo, I'm not sure if she has a sister…" she said agitated, how did she not her ask this already? Ben had finished his tea, "Well, that's finished" he said. He walked into the kitchen, and when he put the cup in the sink and left the kitchen, Fluttershy seemed to be talking to herself. "Fluttershy?" he asked. "Huh, oh, I'm talking to Angel" she said, and she was. Next to her on the couch, had appeared a small, white rabbit. "Oh, can I say hi?" Ben asked. As ridiculous as it sounded, he actually wanted to make as many friends as possible. Fluttershy looked confused, then happy, "Of course you can, but don't scare him okay?" she said. Ben walked over and sat on the opposite side of her. "I promise I won't" he said. Ben looked at the rabbit behind Fluttershy. It didn't seem scared at all, it just seemed a bit-confused. "I assume he can't actually speak?" he asked. "No, although I wish he could, but we get along okay" she said in her soft voice. The bunny jumped off the couch and darted to the kitchen, "Whoa" said Ben. "What? He's just hungry" said Fluttershy. Ben looked from the kitchen to Fluttershy, "So, they do whatever they feel like doing?" asked Ben. That would be a great life… "Well, I do have three rules' she said. Ben looked at her; her eyes seemed to be his point of focus. He couldn't look away! 'One, no animal is to leave without a goodbye. Two, no secrets. And three, most important, have a nice time" she said. Then she giggled, and Ben could now look away. "What was that? I couldn't look away from your eyes!" Ben shouted. Fluttershy looked appalled, "Oh, I'm sorry, I may have used the stare on you, sorry…" she mumbled, and then her voice went all squeaky and non-understandable. "Fluttershy it's OK, I'm not mad, I just got a bit anxious. I'm surprised I haven't gone crazy by now, what with all these talking ponies…" he said. Fluttershy looked at him. "What?" Ben said. She was concentrating on something, but what? "Fluttershy-" Ben started, but Fluttershy spoke up, "Ben, did you really mean what you said earlier?" she asked. Ben thought quickly, "Oh, that. I… Erm… Yes?" he spoke, he wasn't sure what to say. "Well, if you want you can ignore me, I just tend to speak whatever I'm thinking!" He said. Fluttershy smiled, "I don't mind, I think it's cute" she said. 'I know where this is going…' thought Ben. "Fluttershy I've been here a day, and me and Kushal, we're like the big news. He's the cool one, he's the one who got girlfriends and loads of money and all the other stuff. I was just in the background, supporting him, although he stayed with me, I regret it a little bit…" said Ben, he'd never admitted this before. "Kushal is the life and soul of the party, I'm just shy, awkward and above all, I don't think many people care about me." He continued. "What are you doing?" she asked. Ben was looking at the ceiling, and hadn't noticed that he had started petting Fluttershy's mane. "Huh, oh, when did this happen?" he said. Fluttershy didn't answer, then she looked at Ben, "What is this? It feels nice" she said. "Well, where I come from, it's called petting, Humans usually like to pet nice things, such as animals or fabrics" he said. Fluttershy really seemed to be enjoying the petting. "Kushal is probably having the best time right now, whereas I'm just having a talk" he said. Fluttershy looked like she was sleeping now, "Fluttershy?" he said, Fluttershy moved slightly, "Yes, Ben?" she said. "Nothing…" and he continued to pet her mane. The SeductionsMEANWHILE [KUSHAL POV] I waited for what seemed like ages. I was told by Twilight that Rarity and Applejack would be late. I went up to Twilight, "When do the-" I said, but I was distracted by a knocking at the door. "Hello?" said Twilight. "It's me, Rainbow Dash!" came the voice of the one and only. I said "Open the door then" and she did. She walked in, and used her hind legs to kick the door back, so it was shut again. "Hmmh?" I said. In my fair opinion, Rainbow Dash was sexy. I respected women though, and unfortunately, that includes mares… "Hello, Rainbow" I said, she just repeated what I said, because of my nick-name. "Pinkie is upstairs, Rainbow, you should join her" said Twilight, I wanted to taunt her because the book she was reading earlier was about biology. And may I say, it wasn't the sciencey biology :3. "So, who's due to arrive next?" I asked. Twilight looked really annoyed, "Well, Rarity or Applejack" she said. I just nodded, then I remembered what I had in my pocket. Whiskey, so I drank it. MEANWHILE [3RD PERSON FOR BEN] After a few moments of calmness, just sat there, petting Fluttershy's mane, Ben was about to drop off too. But a knock on the door stopped him. He said "hello?" and Applejack's voice came, "Fluttershy?". "Hold on Applejack, she's fallen asleep" he said. He stopped petting, and nudged her, "Fluttershy?" he whispered, "Fluttershy? Applejack is here" he finished. At these words Fluttershy seemed to instantly wake up, "Oh, I'll get the door" she said. Ben stood up before Fluttershy, "No, allow me" he said. Ben walked over to the door and opened it. There were six ponies outside, Applejack, her sister, Rarity and her sister, and Scootaloo. The sixth pony was a mystery to him, so far. The three fillies ran in, and starting talking to Fluttershy. "Hello, Applejack and Rarity" said Ben. He looked at the other mare. MEANWHILE [KUSHAL POV [but you already knew that, so no more first person…] ] Kushal walked over to Twilight, "Hey, I'm gonna go upstairs and see what they're doing okay?" he said. Twilight nodded, "Just don't cause trouble, okay?" she said in a more friendly tone. Kushal nodded, but right then a knock at the door. "YES!" shouted Kushal. For the others had arrived. Twilight looked confused, "How did they get here so quickly?" she asked herself. The door opened, revealing not just Applejack and Rarity, but also a dark blue pony, just bigger than the others. "Luna?" said Twilight. "Who's Luna?" asked Kushal. 'Luna is a really cool name' Kushal thought. Luna looked at him, "Thank you". Kushal stared at her. "Did you just read my mind?" he said in a playful tone. Luna stared him, "Yes" she said. Kushal retreated from trying to be funny. "Well you're creepy too, you know" he said. Luna was really freaking him out. "Well, I'll try not to be" she said. Kushal stopped being worried, and said "Let's get this party- Sleepover started, Okay?" he said, everypony nodded. They all went upstairs, where they found Pinkie and Rainbow playing with a bottle. "Finally, we've been waiting for ages…" mumbled Rainbow. Kushal deemed it appropriate to say "We're here now princess", but she looked at Luna and said, "Luna's the princess…". Kushal looked at Luna too, "You're royalty?" he asked, getting nervous. She looked around and said, "Yes". Kushal tried to hold back his worried, anxious self, and released him calm. "Hey, how do you do, Princess Luna, was it?" he said. She nodded. "Well, I think it's time to play now, everypony grab a seat!" shouted Pinkie. So everypony sat somewhere around the bottle, excluding Kushal, who sat on a chair, as he couldn't sit like a pony. MEANWHILE [BEN…] "Fluttershy, who's your friend?" said one of the fillies. "Fluttershy, what is it?" said another. The third one looked at him in awe, for Ben was at least five times the height of a filly. But Ben decided to say something to reassure her, he started by saying "Err, hi?" which worked all too well. Now they knew he spoke, they all asked him questions, but Fluttershy came in, "Girls, it's late enough, don't you think you should be getting to bed now?" she asked. And to Ben's amazement, they all said yes, and dashed off upstairs. "I love this world, and everything in it" said Ben. Fluttershy giggled, "Does that include me?" she asked. Ben pulled a *Oh, ha ha* face. He was not amused. "Yes, actually" he said, and before he could do anything, Fluttershy kissed him! MEANWHILE [this is getting annoying…] Twilight span the bottle. It landed on Applejack, "Truth or dare?" she said, Applejack thought for a bit, "Truth" she said. Twilight thought of "Do you like any other fruit better than apples?" she asked. Applejack simply shook her head. Then she spun the bottle, it landed on Rarity. "Rarity, Truth or dare?" she said, in her Texas accent. Rarity immediately said "Truth", and Applejack asked, "Out of us, who's tha best?" and Rarity looked at Kushal, then the others, then at Luna. "Luna". Rarity spun the bottle, Pinkie looked at it hopefully, "C'mon, me, me!" she screamed. But she pulled a ridiculously sad face as it landed on Kushal. Rarity asked "Truth-" but Kushal said, "Dare!" he said, no secrets would be taken away from him. Rarity smirked, "Kiss you faveroute pony so far" she said. Kushal blushed, then looked calm again. He looked at all the ponies, then remembered Luna could read his mind, "Which on should I kiss?" he thought. Luna's voice was in is head, "It's not my decision" she thought in his mind. Kushal looked at Twilight, 'Twilight? No. Not Applejack or Rarity. Definitely not Pinkie, But rainbow?" Kushal looked at Rarity again, "On the cheek, or what?" he said, she smirked again, "Mouth" she giggled. Kushal looked at Rainbow Dash, who looked quite curious to see his decision. He stood up and walked over to Rainbow and said, "Hey?", Rainbow Jumped up, and started flying, whilst kissing Kushal at the same time, then she said, "Your my faveroute human". Kushal looked pleased. "Yes!" he said under his breathe. Rainbow continued to fly, "But I'm sure you already have a marefriend…" she said. Kushal stopped drooling *sarcasm* and looked at her, "Marefriend? Oh, no in my world the females are called girls, or women." He said. "And no, I don't have a girlfriend, or a marefriend…" he said, teasingly. Twilight saw this as a chance of study, "What about the males?" she said. Kushal looked at Twilight, "Here I suppose they're called stallions?" he asked. Twilight just said, "Where you come from", and Kushal simply said "Boys, or men. Oh, and the young ones are called babies, not fillies or colts" he finished. Twilight's horn started glowing, Kushal could tell she was writing this down downstairs. "MY turn to spin the bottle!" said Kushal. He spun the bottle slowly, because he wanted it to land on Rainbow Dash. When it stopped however, it landed on Twilight. "Truth or dare?" he asked. "Truth" she said. Kushal asked "Twilight, do you have a crush on anyone?", Twilight blushed, "Do I have to tell the truth?" she asked, shyly. "Yes" said Kushal. Twilight blushed more. "Well, yes…" she said. "On who!" shouted Kushal. Twilight closed her eyes and mumbled. "On Big Mac…". Kushal looked at the others, "Who?", Applejack looked at him and said, "Ma Older Brother". "Well, why haven't you asked him out?" said Kushal. Applejack looked at him, "Well, you ain't met Twilight if ya don't know the answer". Kushal laughed, not at her but at the situation, "Twilight, why don't you ask him, the worst that can happen is he could say no" he said. MEANWHILE "Fluttershy, you know when you kissed me?" said Ben. Fluttershy was laid on the couch, and Ben was in the same position he was when she kissed him. "Yes?" she said. Ben looked at her, and finally sat with her. "Well, even if we did you know- get into some sort of relationship, I want you to know that I'd have to get to know you a little more first" he said. "…" said Fluttershy. Well, she really just sort of sat there. "Oh, well okay…" she said. Ben felt a bit guilty, "Now, Fluttershy, that doesn't mean I don't ever want to have a relationship with you, but it's still the first day here" he said. Fluttershy nodded, looking slightly more happy. Ben Said "I'm going to bed now, okay?" he asked, Fluttershy nodded again, and he went to a spare bedroom. MEANWHILE "See ya later" said Applejack. Rarity had to leave for a very important customer. "I shall see you tomorrow darlings" she said, and she had left. "Spike?" said Twilight, and a small purple dragon with green spikes came out on apparently no-where, "Twilight?" he said. Twilight, Kushal and Rainbow were the only ones awake now. Applejack and Pinkie were in their beds. Twilight and Spike were discussing something about the other Princess. Spike was writing a letter, and then he burped it away in a green flame. "That looked cool" said Kushal. "It's only my way of sending a letter" he said. "Okay then I'm think i want to go to sleep now, it's getting late..." said Kushal as he collapsed onto a bed, and went to sleep rather quickly. The FireKushal made his way downstairs. It was morning, about six o'clock. He got to the bottom step of the stairs when Twilight appeared at the top. "Hi Kushal, did you have fun?" she asked. Kushal looked at Twilight, grinning, "Yes, excellent night" he said, trying his hardest not to make a sexual comment. "Applejack and Pinkie are still asleep…" she said. Kushal looked at her, then walked into the kitchen. "Do you know where Rainbow Dash is?" asked Twilight. Kushal nodded. Twilight looked confused, "so, are you gonna tell me?" she continued. Kushal nodded. Twilight, now getting annoyed said, "Kushal, where is she?" and Kushal swallowed an apple he was eating that Twilight didn't see. "Oh…" she said. Kushal turned to her and said "Twilight, your dear friend Rainbow is in my bed-" he started. Twilight broke in, "What?! What did you do?" she asked, worried. Kushal laughed, "I don't know, I woke up and BAM, she's in my bed" he said. "Oh, maybe it was because of the kiss?" said Twilight. Kushal laughed again, "Twilight, you'd better not be serious…" but she nodded. MEANWHILE There was an atmosphere. It was light, early in the morning. Somewhere around seven o'clock. Ben woke like he usually would, he was tired from yesterday, having been pulled into a different world, being fancied by a pony, and making loads of new friends. "Fluttershy?" he said. He messed the covers of the bed up when he got up. He looked next to him; Fluttershy was curled up in the same bed, looking really cute. Ben imagined his head exploding of cuteness. "Psst, Fluttershy, wake up…" he mumbled. Fluttershy made a very quiet and cute snoring noise. "You deserve to rest" he said. Suddenly, from downstairs he imagined, he could smell smoke? "Fluttershy?!" he said louder. Fluttershy looked at him after waking up rather quickly. "Yes?" she said in her adorable voice. Ben saw the expression on her face when she smelt the smoke too. "Oh, I'll be the girls trying to make toast or something…" she mumbled. Ben got out of bed, and walked to the girls' room. They were still asleep. Ben rushed back into Fluttershy's guest room, "Fluttershy, the girls are fast asleep, there's a fire!" he said. "What?!" screamed Fluttershy. She got up, and used her wings to fly downstairs. A few minutes later, she didn't come back, and the fire grew. Ben rushed downstairs and saw Fluttershy unconscious under a beam. He rushed back upstairs and woke the cutie mark crusaders, and carried them outside. He ran back inside the house, and Fluttershy was coughing, Ben lifted the beam, and carried Fluttershy outside. "She's not breathing!" said Ben, she had stopped breathing and Ben could think only of one thing to do. He put her head in a suitable position, and put his mouth to hers. He breathed. She was technically dead. He did it again, then again, it didn't do any good. By this time, Rarity, Twilight, Spike, Rainbow and Kushal had arrived. Ben gave her oxygen again, and this time she started sputtering and couching. "Thank god, erm, whoever you pray to!" he said. Fluttershy stood up, "Thank you…Ben" she said. Ben stood there looking sad. "Oh god, why would someone ever set your house ablaze?" asked Ben. Fluttershy stood there, looking at Ben and thinking if he really wanted to know. "I-erm, maybe-" she started, but someone stopped her, a rather nasty pony with a vicious attitude. "Oh no…' she said sarcastically, 'I hope you're alright" she finished. Ben was overwhelmed with anger, "Shut up before I kick you!" he shouted. The pony just looked at him and said carelessly, "And you are?" which made him even angrier. "My name is Ben foster, I am a human, and you will not laugh when three young ponies and Fluttershy could have died if I hadn't woken up!" he shouted in her face. Fluttershy started crying in the background. "Fluttershy? More lie Stuttercry!" she shouted, and her friends joined in. "Stuttercry, Stuttercry!". Ben let out all of his rage. "I will not let you stand here and take the piss out of the only pony is this world to look after me so far when she is hardly able to stand up for herself! She may be timid, but she has friends, you hang out with ponies who you THINK are cool, but in fact are all just Pratts! Screw you in the butt with a cactus!" he shouted right in her face. The pony stood there for a few minutes, then a tear appeared in her eyes and she ran away. Fluttershy was crying whilst looking at her burning cottage. "Fluttershy, I'm so sorry about your house" he said, "If there was anything you would like me to do-" he started, but stopped when Fluttershy hugged him. "It's okay" said Ben, but she didn't let go, she was too upset and needed something to hold on to. After all, all of her possessions were gone… Kushal ran over, "Dude, you okay?" he asked. Ben looked at him, there were tears in his eyes. "Kushal, I'm gonna take Fluttershy to a park or something, she needs some time…" he said, Kushal just nodded. Bed lifted the rest of Fluttershy's body into his arms, and cradled her to the nearest park he could find. It wasn't a park really though, it was just a small garden with a bench. "Fluttershy, you can cry as much as you want, we'll find out why your cottage was on fire, and we'll get the… Erm…" he said, he whispered the next word under his breathe so Fluttershy didn't hear him. Fluttershy finally started to settle down, but she was still upset. "Th-th-thank you… so much, if you hadn't of woken up, I might have-have" but she started crying again. Ben did the only thing he could think to do. He thought about when he was petting her hair, and how it had made he calmer and she fell asleep. So, he started to very gently pet her hair. She sniffed a few times, then fell asleep, like before. 'Wow, this works really good' thought Ben. MEANWHILE "Twilight, does anyone have a grudge against Fluttershy?" asked Kushal to Twilight. They had arrived at the police station. Kushal was surprised any crimes would be committed in a pony world. Twilight spoke without looking at him, "No, no-one hated her, or even despised her, she is loved by everyone…" she said. Kushal stared at the ground. "What about that snotty pony who took the mess out of Fluttershy?" he asked. Twilight looked at him, "No, her name is Emerelda, she would never do anything like this, and she's just…" she mumbled. Kushal looked at Twilight, then back at the ground, "I can tell by your expression that this is the most serious thing that's happened in a while" he said. Twilight walked over to a window, "Yes it is, the last thing serious that happened was the changeling's" she replied. Pinkie ran over to them, "Hey Twilight, I need to get back to the shop now, I need to open up. See ya later!" she said. She ran out of the door, and probably towards the shop she was talking about. "Bye…" mumbled Twilight. Kushal looked at Twilight again, she was thinking about something. "Twilight, what's wrong?" he asked. Twilight came out of her trance, "Sorry, I was thinking, and nothing's wrong. Thank you for the concern though" she answered. The TargetBen was still petting Fluttershy's hair. He was thinking about the time he had spent in… What was this place called again? Oh yeah, Ponyville, Equestria. Ben took Fluttershy out of his lap, and carried her to the edge of the park; he was going to take her to her cottage, but… Fluttershy at times made a snoring sound, which sounded really cute. Ben streamed his fingers through her mane. "Oh Fluttershy, why you be so cute?" he whispered to himself. Maybe a relationship with a pony wouldn't be that bad? Then again, she does need someone at this time, but it seems weird if I asked her out now. At that time, the three girls from earlier came around the corner. "There he is!" said the orange one with purple hair. "Scootaloo, was it? I'm just glad you're alright" he said. The girls stood there, looking very happy, "Yeah, but if you didn't wake up, we, erm…" said the yellow one, but Ben laughed, "No, I would have woke up anyway, I have sensitive smell, the smoke would have awakened me" he said. "Cool, do you have any other abilities?" said the last one, a white one, who looked like Rarity. Ben hadn't actually met her yet. "Well, I don't know about Abilities, but I have autism" he said. The yellow one ran up closer to him, "What's autism?" she said. Ben thought, and couldn't remember their names, "First, your names?" he said. The orange one spoke up, "I'm Scootaloo, as you guessed, that's Sweetie Belle, and-" she said, but the yellow one shouted, "Applebloom!" Ben stared at her, "Ok. Autism is a learning disability, it means my brain functions differently to everyone else's" he said. The girls just stood there, smiling. "Cool!" they all said. Sweetie belle looked at a shop of sorts, it looked like a giant cake, and Pinkie was running over to it. "C'mon girls, Pinkie is finally here!" shouted Applebloom, and they ran off. Suddenly Ben heard a voice, "Hey you!" it said. He turned around and was hit in the face by a stone, he stumbled backwards and fell over, blackness coming into view, and he fell unconscious. Before he did, he pinched Fluttershy and she woke up. "Run" he mumbled. She looked up, and a shadow loomed over her. The last thing Ben heard was Fluttershy screaming quietly. MEANWHILE The group had arrived back at the library. Kushal wanted to help someone to take the situation off his mind. "Twilight, where is Rainbow Dash?" he asked. Twilight looked slightly agitated, "Kushal, she went to clear the clouds, Pinkie is really busy, and Applejack has to buck some apples" she said. Kushal looked surprised, "How did you know I wanted to help someone?" he asked. Twilight shook her head, "I didn't" she said. Kushal walked over to applejack who was about to leave, "Mind if I help you out with your job?" he asked. Applejack jumped, "Don't scare me like that! And yeah, the more the merrier, help all ya like" she said. Kushal walked beside her and wanted to talk to her. "So Applejack, what exactly do you do?" he asked. Applejack laughed, "What do ya think? I buck apples at the farm" she said. Kushal felt silly. "Well, I'm going to change the subject to something else" he said. Applejack laughed again. "Yeah, that was a pretty silly question, what do ya wanna talk about?" she asked. Kushal thought about it. He came up with an answer, "How do you 'buck' a tree?" he asked. What is bucking? Applejack thought this was hilarious, as she laughed yet again. "You're a mighty slow learner" she continued. "Well, what is it?" he asked again. Applejack became a bit more serious, "Well, I kick a tree with ma hind legs and collect the apples that fall" she explained to him. Kushal looked confused and felt embarrassed to ask the next question. "So, how do I help? I can't buck apples, and I certainly can't reach them…" he said as they arrived at the farm. Kushal saw the trees and realized how big they were. "I suppose I could run into the trees and hit them with my shoulders?" he asked. "Yeah, maybe-WAIT!" she shouted as Kushal ran off, and straight into one of the trees. About 10-15 apples fell off. "Well?" he said. Applejack looked amazed, "Wow, that's impressive. You've never tried this before?" she asked. Kushal shook his head, and then fell to his knees. "AARGH, my frigging arm!" he said, the pain went through his arm badly. "You know how bad apples bruise?" asked Kushal in an ironic tone. Applejack ran over, "Well, everything has a price…" she mumbled. Suddenly the pain went from his arm. "No, it's better now, I think it was shock" he said. Applejack looked at another tree, and went to buck it. Kushal watched her as she kicked a tree and saw so many apples fall. "Whoa…" he mumbled. MEANWHILE Twilight had told Spike to stay at the library. She had gone to visit Rainbow Dash to ask her precisely why she was in Kushal's bed at the sleepover. Spike was concentrating on putting books in the correct places. He had finished A-V. Luckily X and Z were small. There was a knock at the door and Ben appeared at the window. Spike failed to notice him. He just finished X and started on Y. "Just a second" he said. Ben was outside; he was panting and looking extremely worried. He knocked again, "Just a minute!" shouted Spike. Ben went back over to the window. He thought about how he'd get in because the door was locked. "SPIKE!" he shouted. Spike looked up and saw Ben, he had a blue like mark on his eye, "Spike, let me in!" he shouted. Spike ran over to the door and unlocked it. Ben ran in with a bruise on his face. "Ben? What's wrong?" he asked. Ben looked around furiously. Spike looked at Ben, he was sweating. "Ben, hello?" he said. Ben noticed Spike again, "Spike, someone took Fluttershy!" he shouted. "What?" said Spike, he didn't understand. Twilight appeared at the door with Rainbow Dash. "Twilight, someone took Fluttershy. I think it was the person who set the cottage on fire" he said. She just stood there, looking terrified, "Who? Why would anyone kidnap her?" she said sadly. Rainbow Dash was looking scared though. FLASHBACK [Ben also tells them what happened as the flashback progresses] Screaming is all he could hear. He slowly opened his eyes but found it hard since there were no lights on. He tried to move his hands, but they were bound with rope. "Hello?" he asked. No reply, he could hear heavy breathing. "Who-" "Ah, human, you have awoken", came a voice from somewhere. Ben tried to look around, "Who is that?!" he shouted. "Me? My name is Jackson!" he said. The shape came over, but it wasn't human. Ben assumed that Jackson was a human name. "Why-", The shape hit Ben in the face really hard. "You will stay quiet!" he shouted. Ben assumed he was in some sort of basement. "Fluttershy?" he said, but Jackson came over and hit him again. Jackson was some sort of ghost, or so it seemed. When he hit ben, his hands were dead cold, and he breathed mist. "Where is she you lunatic?!" shouted Ben. From somewhere across the room, which he could not tell how big it was came the squeaky voice of a panicking Fluttershy. "B-B-Ben, p-p-please h-help me…" she mumbled. Ben could finally see her when a light above her flashed. She was strapped to a wheel looking device, like something on a game show. Written behind her on various colour cards were six sections each labelled; death by knife, death by wire, death by dissection, death by friend… At this point, Ben gave in trying to read them. Jackson walked over to Fluttershy, "So pretty' he stroked her face and then laughed maniacally, 'It's a shame you will die, and that your new friend will have to watch. Jackson was black and had strange eyes. He had holes in his legs and hooves. Fluttershy's face became one of sadness and a look that said 'I am going to die and there's no way I can escape!' Ben looked over at a table and saw a small knife he could reach. He looked back at Jackson as he was about to spin Fluttershy. He reached over and grabbed the knife. He hid it behind his Back. "You know, I'm sorry I have to kill you first, but my queen requested it be you first" he said. Fluttershy changed from sad to angry. "You evil changeling!" she shouted, and then spat in his eye. "Vile things, pony's…" he mumbled, and then almost span the wheel but Ben cut the rope tying his hands together and stood up, Jackson turned around to early and hit Ben in the face, but he ran away. "Fluttershy, I will come back! I swear on my life!" he shouted. And with that he left. "Fool, now your girlfriend will die!" he shouted. Ben thought to himself, 'If she dies, so help me I will rip every artery out of your body until you are about to die, then I will crush your skull!' [He didn't tell Twilight about that part]. FLASHBACK ENDS. "I ran through town, and a pony called Bon-Bon helped me to the Library, although she had to go with someone to somewhere. I think her name was Lyra" he said. Twilight was still in the doorway. Rainbow was looking around. Twilight looked at the quick-moving rainbow, "What are you looking for?" she asked. Rainbow stopped, "What do you think? I'm looking for something I can use to protect myself!" she shouted. Twilight had a look of disbelief, "Is that all you care about?" she asked. Rainbow stopped. She had a dead serious face, "Twilight, you may think I am the cool one, and I may get nervous or anxious, but when one of my best friends is in danger…" she stopped speaking as she grabbed a lamp. "I am the element of Loyalty!" she shouted in a 'This is Sparta!' way. Twilight looked around, then smiled whilst looking at her horn, or at least trying to, and ran after Rainbow. "Twilight wait, I know where this place is!" said Ben. Twilight looked back, "C'mon then, we've got to get the others!" she shouted. Ben, Twilight and Rainbow left the library. Spike was stood in the doorway watching them leave. He had an expressionless face, "I hope you find her…" he mumbled after closing the door. MEANWHILE Kushal had collected a grand total of about three hundred apples. He had put them in a cart that was pulled away by a large red stallion. "Applejack, who's that?" he asked. Applejack could not stop laughing today, "That's ma brother!" she said. "You mean the one Twilight has a crush on?" Kushal asked. Applejack stopped, and then laughed again, trying to say yes but kept Stuttering. "Can I tell him?" said Kushal. But Applejack was on the floor laughing, so Kushal thought why not. He marched over to the red stallion, Big Mac. "Excuse me my good sir?" he said. Big Mac stopped and looked at him, "yes?" he said. Kushal was sniggering, "Do you know Twilight?" he asked, but suddenly from behind him came, "Don't you dare!" It was Twilight, with Rainbow and Ben. "Applejack, Fluttershy's been kidnapped by Jackson" she said, at this Applejack became very serious, "Jackson? OH!" and she ran off, Twilight looked at Big Mac who seemed to be staring at her. "Hello" she said. "Ben, what happened to your face?" said Kushal, Ben looked at him and stopped breathing hard, "Sorry, but I've been running for like 5 minutes not-stop" he said, "Jackson punched me in the face" he said. Kushal looked at him, "Now where even" he said. Kushal ran after Applejack and Rainbow, "C'mon Ben!" he shouted, Ben looked at Twilight, he ran over to her, and whispered in her ear, "Twilight, if you really like him, just ask him" and ran off after Kushal. Twilight's pupils got small, "Heh, err, Big Mac?" she asked. He carried on staring at her, "Eeyup?" he said, which made Twilight giggle, "Goodness, it's so cute when you do that…" she stopped at thinking about what she just said, and she felt like passing out, but that would be way too cliché. MEANWHILE Fluttershy was now facing the wheel so she would see what would kill her. "So, Fluttershy, What do you hope it lands on?" Jackson asked. Fluttershy couldn't speak in fear he might hit her. Her yellow face, which was now orange due to crying so hard, was covered in tears. "C'mon, just answer the question. Or do you want to die now?" he asked. "NO!" screamed Fluttershy. Jackson came up close to her face, "Answer then!" he shouted. Fluttershy looked at the options she had to choose, 'Oh Celestia, please hear me!' she screamed in her head. "I-I can't!" she shouted. Jackson raged. "That's it!" he shouted. He jumped over to a metal bench and picked up a knife with a hoof. He marched back over to her, "If you don't choose now, you die now!" she shouted, spitting on her slightly. "I don't know. Death by…' she couldn't think straight. But her thinking was cut short when Jackson raised the knife and slit her throat slightly, just enough for blood to come out. "KNIFE!" she shouted. Jackson had a smile on his face. He then looked over to a curtain, where a scream came from, "Oh, she's woken up…" he mumbled. He walked over to the curtain and behind it was…RARITY! "You fiend!" she shouted, but he simply picked up a needle and stabbed her in the neck. After a rew seconds she mumbled and fell over. He put the needle, which must have just been a knock-out drug, back where he got it from. "Now, for you my dear" he said. Jackson covered Rarity with the curtain again. He walked over to the wheel, and spun it as hard as he could, laughing evilly. "HAHAHAHA!" he shouted. Fluttershy started to cry again. "NOOO!" she screamed. TO BE CONTIUED! The Equines"Fluttershy…House…Ponies…" He mumbled. He immediately opened his eyes and sat up; he was on a sofa, in the house. "Where-no, I've asked that, who are you?" he asked the purple one, who was still here, along with the orange one. "Well, I'm Twilight Sparkle, and this is Applejack-", Ben cut her off, "And that's Fluttershy?" he asked. "How…How did you know that?" asked Fluttershy timidly, and then she stared at the floor, as though she wasn't allowed to speak. "Applejack, can you go the library, and tell spike to write to the Princess, tell her to come as soon as she can…" she was cut off again; Ben started to sing, softly. "You're insecure; don't know what for…" he started. "What?" said Applejack. "Huh, was I singing again? I tend to do that when something reminds me of a song, can I continue? I like that song" he said. "Ah suppose so" she said. "Your turning heads when you walk through the door. Don't need make-up, to cover up. Being the way that you are is enough." He started once again, but soon was interrupted by Twilight, "Uh, what reminded you of that?" she said. "Easy, Fluttershy" he said. Fluttershy reminded him mainly of the part of the song that went "I don't know why, you're being shy, and turn away when I look into your eye eye eyes." He stood up once more. "I hope you don't mind me saying-and you probably do, but-you are amazing" he said, looking at Fluttershy, he didn't just want to get a girlfriend as soon as possible, or anything like that, but she was just beautiful. Fluttershy's face went a pinkish colour, indicating a blush. "Why, urm, thank you?" she said, or rather asked. "No, really, I mean, usually I tend to keep away from people, but- for one, you're a pony, and two-you are really cute, being shy." He said. "Your acting a little weird" said Applejack. Ben replied with "No, it is merely that I find Fluttershy attractive-NO WAIT!" but it was too late. Fluttershy blushed and giggled "Oh my". "Well, that's precisely what I was hoping never happened" he said. Fluttershy giggled some more, and walked into a kitchen type area. "Oh smegging hell!" "What's that mean?" said Applejack. Twilight had been stood in the same area for around five minutes looking so confused she could blow up. "It's a word from… well, a TV series on my planet called "Red Dwarf", it's really funny" he said. He hurried over to the front door. "Can we go outside?" Ben said, he'd not really seen this new world, just a back garden type area. "Sure…" said Twilight, opening the door, god knows how. "Wow, how'd you do that?" Ben said. "It's magic" she said. "Holy smeg! Actually, remind me not to use that word, but magic, you're kidding right? Magic is fake!" he burst out. "I can assure you it's not, see?" she said, using her horn to pick up a vase. "No, no, that's just as real as me kissing you right now, and I'd never do that. Well, maybe?" "Ben?" said Applejack. Ben looked at her. "Have you ever seen a talkin' pony?" he shook his head. "Ah reckon it's shock" she said. Ben looked at Twilight, "Yeah, either that, or I am deeply in love with you all. That didn't sound good, did it?" he said, causing Applejack, Twilight and Fluttershy each to shake their heads, or say no or not really. "Okay, I'm sounding a little pervy…" said Ben. He had been here like what, 2 hours, excluding his nap-time, and he had made himself look like a total smeg-head. "BEN!?" said a familiar voice from outside. "Ku-er, Rainbow?" said Ben, for the boy stood in front of him had burst through the front door, was his good friend Kushal, although he only told Ben his real name. "Who is this?" said Twilight. "Twilight, meet my best friend Rainbow Cow Dragon!" he said. "Ben, what, where-I don't understand, why are we in a world of talking ponies!" he said. "Well, neither do I, which pony did you meet first?" he replied. "Well, I met a Pegasus called Rainbow, lol, and she introduced me to Pinkie Pie, and Rarity." He said. "Oh, so ok, Twilight are they some of your friends?" Ben asked her. She looked at him, and made a calculating" face. "Well, yes. We call ourselves the mane 6, not all the time, just like at… places" she said. *When was the last time we called ourselves that?* thought Twilight. "So, Rainbow, have you managed to make yourself look like an idiot yet?" asked Ben. "No, but Rainbow Dash flew into me, she seems to do that a lot…" he answered. Rainbow entered the house; he looked at the giggling pony in the kitchen. "Why is she lolling?" he said. "Well, you see, I said I found her attractive, and now I look like an idiot!" whispered Ben to Rainbowcowdragon. Rainbow looked at him, and laughed hysterically. "Just like you, eh mate?" rainbow said. He kept laughing. "You haven't made a fool of yourself, showing your emotions are a sign of trust." Said Fluttershy; now that she had stopped laughing. "Well, I think there's a 0 to 100 chance of me being with a pony" he said, sarcastically. "I don't see a problem" said Fluttershy, not understanding the sarcasm Ben had used. Ben face palmed. "Fluttershy, I was telling a joke…" he mumbled. He walked over to rainbow, and opened the door. "Can we go and see some things now?" he asked. Twilight had said yes, as long as they didn't do anything to hurt any pony. So for about five minutes now, Ben and Rainbowcowdragon had been walking through the pony town, getting strange stares. "Racoon?" asked ben. "What?" said Rainbow. "Well, the Ra from Rainbow, the Co from Cow, and the on from dragon, Ra, co, on?" asked Ben, simplifying the statement. "Yeah, no… just call me, uh, Rai-gon for short" he said. "Why can't we know your actual name?" asked Twilight. She focused on Kushal, Studying him [Kushal is Rainbowcowdragon]. "Well, uh, I don't trust some folks with my name, so I only tell people my name that I really trust. Like Ben." He finished. Twilight just looked away and sighed. "It's not that I don't trust you, but I don't really know you…" he said. "Rai-gon?" asked Ben. Kushal looked at him, "Yesh?" he said, thinking what Ben could ask him out of the many questions going through his head. "Well, its just-do you remember anything after the…you know what?" he said. Kushal looked at him regretfully. "NO!, I mean, no… I just woke up in a small pond" he said. "What 'you know what?'" Twilight asked, still listening to the conversation. "Er, Ben, should we tell her?" whispered Kushal. "Well, I suppose it couldn't hurt…" said Ben. "Well, before we came here, we were, erm-let's just saying we were…goddammit-we stole from a shop!" he shouted out. "What?!" screamed Twilight, stopping and looking scared slightly. "You stole from a shop?! What did you steal?" she asked, looking as though a murder had been committed. [Over-exaggeration]. "We stole some drinks, fizzy pop." Said Ben. "Whatever for?" said Twilight. Ben slouched to the ground, laying on the floor now. "We-are moms were good friends, and about a year ago, we were robbed' Kushal also collapsed to the floor' and my mom was…killed." At this Twilight looked more devastated by this than anything she had ever seen in her life. "And Rai-gon's mom?" She asked, as politely as she could. "Well, she couldn't handle life anymore, so she killed herself…our dads fell in love with other people, and they didn't want kids, so- for around 3 or 4 years, we've been living in an abandoned shop…" he finished. Twilight looked as though she had just been told she had cancer, or something worse. She literally had tears welling up in her eyes. "That's terrible!" she said quietly. "Can we pretend I never said that?" asked Ben, Twilight just stood there looking shocked. "S-Sure…" she said. "Rainbow?" asked Ben. Rainbow looked at him, "I think we may have broken her…" he said. Rainbow agreed. There was a knocking at the door. "Twilight?" said Ben. Twilight came out of her depression, and looked at the door, "Oh, right" she said. She trotted up to the door, and she used her magical horn powers to open it. "I still say magic is not real" said Ben. Kushal looked disappointed. "What? But you can see it!" he shouted. "I know it's real, I'm just not used to it yet." He said. The pony who had just entered was Pinkie Pie, looking happy as usual. "Hey? How are you? Who are you? Where did you come from? What's your name?" she spat out. Ben rushed over to her, and out his hand on her mouth. "Please-Pinkie, I assume, one question at a time!" he said. "Oki Doki Loki!" she said. "Question 1…" she said. Pinkie enjoyed the thought of interrogating a never-before seen species. "What…erm, are your names?" she said. Ben decided to speak first, "I'm Ben Foster-" he was cut off, well, he actually just stopped speaking so he could witness Pinkie stand on her hind legs, and shake his left hand with her two front hooves. "Okay defying physics, lovely. Anyway, I'm Ben, and my friend goes by the name of Rainbow Cow Dragon" he said. "What a silly name!" she screamed. 'Was she always this hyper?' thought Ben. "Second question, what animals are you?" she said. She was bursting to shout all the questions at once, but resisted. Kushal answered this next question, "Well, Ben is human, but I'm a Rainbow Cow Dragon!" he shouted. "KUSHAL!" said Ben, "Oops" he said soon after. "Ben! Now they now my name! Ugh, I suppose I'll have to trust you now, and I'm actually a human too…" he mumbled. "Twilight?" she said. "Yes Pinkie?" she said, she looked happier than before. "Have you got everything ready for the sleepover?" she said. Twilight sighed, "Pinkie, I told you everything was ready this morning, before I went to see Fluttershy. 'A sleeper? With girls?' thought Kushal, 'I must be there!' he thought. "Can we come?" he said. "Well, urm, I don't see why not, but it'll be girly…" said Twilight. Kushal thought about it some more… "And? As long as there are girls there…" he said, with a smug look on his face. "Are all six of you sleeping over?" said Ben. Twilight closed the door, as it was starting to get dark. "No, Fluttershy is busy tonight" she said. "Oh, well, I just thought of something, where are me and Kushal going to sleep?" he said. Kushal playfully punched him in the arm, "Silly-head, I'm sleeping here *wink*." He said. "You could always stay at Fluttershy's cottage" she said. "Yeah… I embarrassed myself earlier…" he mumbled.
The TapeIt was an ordinary day like any other. The sun was out, school was about to open, nothing out of the unusual. Ben Foster slowly got out of bed, which was a lumpy mattress in an old store, he lived there. "Kushal?" he said. The boy next to him, on another mattress woke up. "Huh, what do you want?" he said. "Just to know if you could be bothered to look through the bins today, might be something useful" said Ben. "Ben, we look in the bins every day, it's not like we have a choice" Kushal answered. A few hours later, they had properly gotten up, and left the shop. "Which bins today?" said Kushal. "Let's see, the ones on Slate Street have food usually, and I think I saw a TV being thrown out just after we left" he said. Kushal nodded. After they had arrives at Slate Street bin department, which is what they likes to call it, they had indeed found a TV, some cold chicken strips, but they had a working microwave. The previous day, Kushal had stolen an eight pack of soda from another shop. Ben had been scolded by the owner, but after realizing it wasn't Ben, he let him go. "Kushal, I need help with this TV dude, it's really heavy!" shouted Ben. He was about to drop it, then Kushal jumped in, and grabbed it. Suddenly a tape shot out of the TV's VHS slot. They put the TV down, and Ben picked up the tape. It had "Ponies" written on it. "What. Ponies? Ponies are beautiful creatures…" he said. Ben was the environmentalist side of the duo, and Kushal was the all for cool side. When they arrived home, Ben still carrying the tape in his pocket. They plugged the TV into a socket, the only socket that still worked, and it was luckily right in front of their beds. Kushal turned the TV on, there was only static. "NO! Dammit, I thought we could watch something good, not just static!" he shouted. Ben remembered the tape. "We could always try this?" asked ben, motioning for Kushal to put the tape in. "Fine, you and your girly ways!" he said in a playful tone. Kushal put the tape in, and all it had on it were pictures of animated streets, with some strange markets. Then there was a jump scare of a pink blur. "JESUS!" shouted ben. "Haha, you shat yourself!" he shouted, leaving his bed. Suddenly Ben felt something under his mattress. "Kushal, do you fell that, it's like-" he was cut off, when he came to the realization that was sinking in to his mattress. "KUSHAL!" he shouted. Kushal looked back, and his eyes opened wide. "OH MY GOD! Hold on buddy!" he lunged forward and grabbed Ben's arms. "Dude!" screamed Ben, as Kushal's grip slipped, causing Ben to let go, and he fell right through his bed. "No!" said Kushal, he backed away from the mattress. But then, like paper was on fire, everything in view burned away, until Kushal and the mattress remained. "Oh, please lead somewhere good…" he mumbled as he was given no other choice than to jump into this portal. He was falling into a green-looking surface. "Wait, is that a field of grass?" he said, but all of a sudden multi-coloured blur appeared next to him, it was going to collide-"Huh?" he said, before getting pummelled in the face by something. Elsewhere, Ben was asleep in a small area, he was unconscious against a tree. He opened his eyes, and sat up, panting. "Huh!" he said. His chest felt like he had just been hit by a car. He hadn't even focused on what was around him. "What…" slurred Ben, unconsciously. He didn't know what had happened, one minute he was walking home, in the shop, next he was waking up sat next to something. But to his surprise, he wasn't in a hospital, or home-he was sat up against a massive tree. The strangest part of this was that the tree wasn't a tree- it was a home of some sort. "Hello?" Ben said. He wasn't sure he should say anything. He looked around a bit. There was a chicken coop, some small dens-what was really exiting was this tree, and it had windows and a door, curtains. Ben stood up, painfully. His legs really hurt-maybe it was because he had ben sat in the same position for ages. That's a point-how long had he been here? He looked through the window carefully, not wanting to gain attention. Inside the tree there was, decorations? Yes, there was a bed, a sofa, usual living stuff. It wasn't any of this which caught his attention the most. The thing that caught his attention was a butter-coloured equine, with wings! It had a smoothie pink mane, and cyan eyes. Whatever it was, it had stopped what it was doing-dusting, and Ben realized that the creature was looking through the window, not at him, luckily, as his face was useable from its position. "It's female, there was no way that was a boy" thought Ben. He heard noises, and the pony inside turned away from the window, and walked up to the door, which Ben had sneaked away from. "Fluttershy?" said some female voice. Fluttershy? That was a weird, but cute, name… "Hello?" she said. Ben looked around the bark a little bit, where he saw two other ponies. One was orange, and had a cowboy hat, presumably both girls, she had blonde hair, and apples on her rump. As he noticed this, Ben looked at the other one, which was Purple, with a crystal, or a sparkle, or something like that. Ben looked back through the window to see if 'Fluttershy' had one too, big mistake. For as he looked at the window once more, her face was looking through it, she was right next to it, and she squealed when he appeared. When she squealed, it made Ben gasp, and he fell over backwards. "Oh goodness me!" he shouted. When he got up, he found the other two ponies next to him, away, but next to him. "Who are you?" the orange one said, with a southern accent. "I-I' he was too confused to say anything, so he mumbled his name, "Ben…" Too confused about what was happening, he spoke up again, this time, more confidently. "Ben, I'm Ben. Ben Foster- and you are a pony!" he said. "Yes, and what creature may you be?" said the purple one. "I-I am a human, where am I?" he said. He he, mystical land, with talking ponies, could it get any better? "You're in Ponyville" said the purple one again. "So, I'm probably going to collapse from shock in 3, 2…" he stopped speaking as he keeled over. Wow, probably the most accurate thing he'd ever done.
The VisitA few moments of talking about some things that ponies liked to do, Ben had left Twilight's house and gone on his way to Fluttershy's house. It was getting late. "Well, I hope she didn't take a liking to me…" mumbled Ben. He walked a bit quicker. Rather weirdly, he was already here. He walked up to the door, and knocked. "Fluttershy?" he asked. No reply, He knocked again, "Hello?" he asked. "One minute please" said the voice of Fluttershy from inside the house. He opened the door, and looked inside; Fluttershy was feeding a white rabbit, with small beady eyes, and looked to have a short temper. "Hey shy" he said. Fluttershy looked up, startled, "OH, goodness, you scared me" she said. Ben felt strangely weird, as though something was wrong. "Oh, well, I'm sorry, I just thought that you'd be making some tea or something" he answered. "Very well then, but please ask to open the door, if you're ok with that?" she asked. "Yeah, no, I am sorry Fluttershy, I didn't think, I have been living on the street for some years now…" he managed to say before being interrupted by her, "What?! Why didn't you have a home?" she asked. "Well, my mother di-erm, passed on years ago, and I have no other family…" he mumbled. He hated it when he had to start this subject again. "Oh my, I'm so sorry" she said. "Fluttershy, it's fine, I just-" he said, but he could not finish his sentence, he closed the door, and had sat on a couch by now. He had a bad feeling in his gut, something was missing. He had started to cry, "I really miss her…" he mumbled. Fluttershy sat beside him, "It's okay to cry, maybe you can express how you feel because I'm here, and I'm listening?" she asked. Ben looked at her, "Well, yeah, I had no-one but Kushal when she died-" he was cut off again. "DIED?! I thought you meant she just left!" screamed Fluttershy, "You poor baby!" she finished. At this point, Ben had burst into tears, and Fluttershy saw this and decided to give him a hug. "What?" said Ben. Fluttershy finished hugging him. "Well, you have been on the street, which means that you haven't been loved in a long time, right?" she said. Ben looked at Fluttershy with tears in his eyes. "I didn't think you ponies would be that clever…" he said. Fluttershy smiled, "We're very clever" she said. Ben looked at the ground, "Well, thank you-I feel much better" he replied. Finally having someone to talk to felt great, he could finally get rid of the built up grief in his mind. "Would you like something to eat, you must be starving?" she asked. Ben looked at her once more, "Well, don't you just eat hay?" he said, Fluttershy started to giggle, "You have a lot of conceptions about ponies don't you?" she said. "Yes…" MEANWHILE [KUSHAL POV] "Hey, Twilight?" I said. Twilight looked at me, "Yes, Kushal?" she said, although I just ignored her, thinking about my life, but then I stopped, "It's just that I wanted to ask when the rest of your friends are coming?" I asked. "They will be here in about ten minutes, Kushal, I've told you this three times now…" she said. She was right though, I was getting impatient. "Well, erm, Pinkie's here, could she maybe-" I started, but Twilight interrupted me, "Look, they will be here soon!" she said, angrily. Twilight was reading a book. "What ya reading?" I asked. She looked at me, then the book, then me again and her face went red, "Nothing!" she said. "And by the way, I was going to ask if me and Pinkie could go and start the sleepover…" I said, finally finishing my sentence. "Oh" said Twilight. I headed over to the window, and looked outside, "I hope they all get here on time, I wouldn't like it if girls were late…" *smiles inappropriately*. MEANWHILE [3RD PERSON FOR BEN] "Fluttershy, this is delicious!" Ben said. Fluttershy had made him some herbal tea, which tasted like strawberries. Ben had never eaten a strawberry, but he loved it. Fluttershy was laid next to him on the couch, as she had a different bone structure, hence she couldn't sit like a human. "Ben, why didn't you want to stay at the sleepover?" she asked. Ben thought, and came up with, "Why didn't you?" he answered. "I'm staying here tonight, because Applejack is bringing the girls over-" she said, but Ben spoke up, "Girls?" he asked. Fluttershy looked a little bit annoyed, "Sorry…" he said, Fluttershy then looked fine, "No, it's alright, the girls are- Well, they call themselves "The Cutie Mark Crusaders" and one of them is Applejack's sister, one of them is Rarity's sister, and Scootaloo, I'm not sure if she has a sister…" she said agitated, how did she not her ask this already? Ben had finished his tea, "Well, that's finished" he said. He walked into the kitchen, and when he put the cup in the sink and left the kitchen, Fluttershy seemed to be talking to herself. "Fluttershy?" he asked. "Huh, oh, I'm talking to Angel" she said, and she was. Next to her on the couch, had appeared a small, white rabbit. "Oh, can I say hi?" Ben asked. As ridiculous as it sounded, he actually wanted to make as many friends as possible. Fluttershy looked confused, then happy, "Of course you can, but don't scare him okay?" she said. Ben walked over and sat on the opposite side of her. "I promise I won't" he said. Ben looked at the rabbit behind Fluttershy. It didn't seem scared at all, it just seemed a bit-confused. "I assume he can't actually speak?" he asked. "No, although I wish he could, but we get along okay" she said in her soft voice. The bunny jumped off the couch and darted to the kitchen, "Whoa" said Ben. "What? He's just hungry" said Fluttershy. Ben looked from the kitchen to Fluttershy, "So, they do whatever they feel like doing?" asked Ben. That would be a great life… "Well, I do have three rules' she said. Ben looked at her; her eyes seemed to be his point of focus. He couldn't look away! 'One, no animal is to leave without a goodbye. Two, no secrets. And three, most important, have a nice time" she said. Then she giggled, and Ben could now look away. "What was that? I couldn't look away from your eyes!" Ben shouted. Fluttershy looked appalled, "Oh, I'm sorry, I may have used the stare on you, sorry…" she mumbled, and then her voice went all squeaky and non-understandable. "Fluttershy it's OK, I'm not mad, I just got a bit anxious. I'm surprised I haven't gone crazy by now, what with all these talking ponies…" he said. Fluttershy looked at him. "What?" Ben said. She was concentrating on something, but what? "Fluttershy-" Ben started, but Fluttershy spoke up, "Ben, did you really mean what you said earlier?" she asked. Ben thought quickly, "Oh, that. I… Erm… Yes?" he spoke, he wasn't sure what to say. "Well, if you want you can ignore me, I just tend to speak whatever I'm thinking!" He said. Fluttershy smiled, "I don't mind, I think it's cute" she said. 'I know where this is going…' thought Ben. "Fluttershy I've been here a day, and me and Kushal, we're like the big news. He's the cool one, he's the one who got girlfriends and loads of money and all the other stuff. I was just in the background, supporting him, although he stayed with me, I regret it a little bit…" said Ben, he'd never admitted this before. "Kushal is the life and soul of the party, I'm just shy, awkward and above all, I don't think many people care about me." He continued. "What are you doing?" she asked. Ben was looking at the ceiling, and hadn't noticed that he had started petting Fluttershy's mane. "Huh, oh, when did this happen?" he said. Fluttershy didn't answer, then she looked at Ben, "What is this? It feels nice" she said. "Well, where I come from, it's called petting, Humans usually like to pet nice things, such as animals or fabrics" he said. Fluttershy really seemed to be enjoying the petting. "Kushal is probably having the best time right now, whereas I'm just having a talk" he said. Fluttershy looked like she was sleeping now, "Fluttershy?" he said, Fluttershy moved slightly, "Yes, Ben?" she said. "Nothing…" and he continued to pet her mane.
The SeductionsMEANWHILE [KUSHAL POV] I waited for what seemed like ages. I was told by Twilight that Rarity and Applejack would be late. I went up to Twilight, "When do the-" I said, but I was distracted by a knocking at the door. "Hello?" said Twilight. "It's me, Rainbow Dash!" came the voice of the one and only. I said "Open the door then" and she did. She walked in, and used her hind legs to kick the door back, so it was shut again. "Hmmh?" I said. In my fair opinion, Rainbow Dash was sexy. I respected women though, and unfortunately, that includes mares… "Hello, Rainbow" I said, she just repeated what I said, because of my nick-name. "Pinkie is upstairs, Rainbow, you should join her" said Twilight, I wanted to taunt her because the book she was reading earlier was about biology. And may I say, it wasn't the sciencey biology :3. "So, who's due to arrive next?" I asked. Twilight looked really annoyed, "Well, Rarity or Applejack" she said. I just nodded, then I remembered what I had in my pocket. Whiskey, so I drank it. MEANWHILE [3RD PERSON FOR BEN] After a few moments of calmness, just sat there, petting Fluttershy's mane, Ben was about to drop off too. But a knock on the door stopped him. He said "hello?" and Applejack's voice came, "Fluttershy?". "Hold on Applejack, she's fallen asleep" he said. He stopped petting, and nudged her, "Fluttershy?" he whispered, "Fluttershy? Applejack is here" he finished. At these words Fluttershy seemed to instantly wake up, "Oh, I'll get the door" she said. Ben stood up before Fluttershy, "No, allow me" he said. Ben walked over to the door and opened it. There were six ponies outside, Applejack, her sister, Rarity and her sister, and Scootaloo. The sixth pony was a mystery to him, so far. The three fillies ran in, and starting talking to Fluttershy. "Hello, Applejack and Rarity" said Ben. He looked at the other mare. MEANWHILE [KUSHAL POV [but you already knew that, so no more first person…] ] Kushal walked over to Twilight, "Hey, I'm gonna go upstairs and see what they're doing okay?" he said. Twilight nodded, "Just don't cause trouble, okay?" she said in a more friendly tone. Kushal nodded, but right then a knock at the door. "YES!" shouted Kushal. For the others had arrived. Twilight looked confused, "How did they get here so quickly?" she asked herself. The door opened, revealing not just Applejack and Rarity, but also a dark blue pony, just bigger than the others. "Luna?" said Twilight. "Who's Luna?" asked Kushal. 'Luna is a really cool name' Kushal thought. Luna looked at him, "Thank you". Kushal stared at her. "Did you just read my mind?" he said in a playful tone. Luna stared him, "Yes" she said. Kushal retreated from trying to be funny. "Well you're creepy too, you know" he said. Luna was really freaking him out. "Well, I'll try not to be" she said. Kushal stopped being worried, and said "Let's get this party- Sleepover started, Okay?" he said, everypony nodded. They all went upstairs, where they found Pinkie and Rainbow playing with a bottle. "Finally, we've been waiting for ages…" mumbled Rainbow. Kushal deemed it appropriate to say "We're here now princess", but she looked at Luna and said, "Luna's the princess…". Kushal looked at Luna too, "You're royalty?" he asked, getting nervous. She looked around and said, "Yes". Kushal tried to hold back his worried, anxious self, and released him calm. "Hey, how do you do, Princess Luna, was it?" he said. She nodded. "Well, I think it's time to play now, everypony grab a seat!" shouted Pinkie. So everypony sat somewhere around the bottle, excluding Kushal, who sat on a chair, as he couldn't sit like a pony. MEANWHILE [BEN…] "Fluttershy, who's your friend?" said one of the fillies. "Fluttershy, what is it?" said another. The third one looked at him in awe, for Ben was at least five times the height of a filly. But Ben decided to say something to reassure her, he started by saying "Err, hi?" which worked all too well. Now they knew he spoke, they all asked him questions, but Fluttershy came in, "Girls, it's late enough, don't you think you should be getting to bed now?" she asked. And to Ben's amazement, they all said yes, and dashed off upstairs. "I love this world, and everything in it" said Ben. Fluttershy giggled, "Does that include me?" she asked. Ben pulled a *Oh, ha ha* face. He was not amused. "Yes, actually" he said, and before he could do anything, Fluttershy kissed him! MEANWHILE [this is getting annoying…] Twilight span the bottle. It landed on Applejack, "Truth or dare?" she said, Applejack thought for a bit, "Truth" she said. Twilight thought of "Do you like any other fruit better than apples?" she asked. Applejack simply shook her head. Then she spun the bottle, it landed on Rarity. "Rarity, Truth or dare?" she said, in her Texas accent. Rarity immediately said "Truth", and Applejack asked, "Out of us, who's tha best?" and Rarity looked at Kushal, then the others, then at Luna. "Luna". Rarity spun the bottle, Pinkie looked at it hopefully, "C'mon, me, me!" she screamed. But she pulled a ridiculously sad face as it landed on Kushal. Rarity asked "Truth-" but Kushal said, "Dare!" he said, no secrets would be taken away from him. Rarity smirked, "Kiss you faveroute pony so far" she said. Kushal blushed, then looked calm again. He looked at all the ponies, then remembered Luna could read his mind, "Which on should I kiss?" he thought. Luna's voice was in is head, "It's not my decision" she thought in his mind. Kushal looked at Twilight, 'Twilight? No. Not Applejack or Rarity. Definitely not Pinkie, But rainbow?" Kushal looked at Rarity again, "On the cheek, or what?" he said, she smirked again, "Mouth" she giggled. Kushal looked at Rainbow Dash, who looked quite curious to see his decision. He stood up and walked over to Rainbow and said, "Hey?", Rainbow Jumped up, and started flying, whilst kissing Kushal at the same time, then she said, "Your my faveroute human". Kushal looked pleased. "Yes!" he said under his breathe. Rainbow continued to fly, "But I'm sure you already have a marefriend…" she said. Kushal stopped drooling *sarcasm* and looked at her, "Marefriend? Oh, no in my world the females are called girls, or women." He said. "And no, I don't have a girlfriend, or a marefriend…" he said, teasingly. Twilight saw this as a chance of study, "What about the males?" she said. Kushal looked at Twilight, "Here I suppose they're called stallions?" he asked. Twilight just said, "Where you come from", and Kushal simply said "Boys, or men. Oh, and the young ones are called babies, not fillies or colts" he finished. Twilight's horn started glowing, Kushal could tell she was writing this down downstairs. "MY turn to spin the bottle!" said Kushal. He spun the bottle slowly, because he wanted it to land on Rainbow Dash. When it stopped however, it landed on Twilight. "Truth or dare?" he asked. "Truth" she said. Kushal asked "Twilight, do you have a crush on anyone?", Twilight blushed, "Do I have to tell the truth?" she asked, shyly. "Yes" said Kushal. Twilight blushed more. "Well, yes…" she said. "On who!" shouted Kushal. Twilight closed her eyes and mumbled. "On Big Mac…". Kushal looked at the others, "Who?", Applejack looked at him and said, "Ma Older Brother". "Well, why haven't you asked him out?" said Kushal. Applejack looked at him, "Well, you ain't met Twilight if ya don't know the answer". Kushal laughed, not at her but at the situation, "Twilight, why don't you ask him, the worst that can happen is he could say no" he said. MEANWHILE "Fluttershy, you know when you kissed me?" said Ben. Fluttershy was laid on the couch, and Ben was in the same position he was when she kissed him. "Yes?" she said. Ben looked at her, and finally sat with her. "Well, even if we did you know- get into some sort of relationship, I want you to know that I'd have to get to know you a little more first" he said. "…" said Fluttershy. Well, she really just sort of sat there. "Oh, well okay…" she said. Ben felt a bit guilty, "Now, Fluttershy, that doesn't mean I don't ever want to have a relationship with you, but it's still the first day here" he said. Fluttershy nodded, looking slightly more happy. Ben Said "I'm going to bed now, okay?" he asked, Fluttershy nodded again, and he went to a spare bedroom. MEANWHILE "See ya later" said Applejack. Rarity had to leave for a very important customer. "I shall see you tomorrow darlings" she said, and she had left. "Spike?" said Twilight, and a small purple dragon with green spikes came out on apparently no-where, "Twilight?" he said. Twilight, Kushal and Rainbow were the only ones awake now. Applejack and Pinkie were in their beds. Twilight and Spike were discussing something about the other Princess. Spike was writing a letter, and then he burped it away in a green flame. "That looked cool" said Kushal. "It's only my way of sending a letter" he said. "Okay then I'm think i want to go to sleep now, it's getting late..." said Kushal as he collapsed onto a bed, and went to sleep rather quickly.
The FireKushal made his way downstairs. It was morning, about six o'clock. He got to the bottom step of the stairs when Twilight appeared at the top. "Hi Kushal, did you have fun?" she asked. Kushal looked at Twilight, grinning, "Yes, excellent night" he said, trying his hardest not to make a sexual comment. "Applejack and Pinkie are still asleep…" she said. Kushal looked at her, then walked into the kitchen. "Do you know where Rainbow Dash is?" asked Twilight. Kushal nodded. Twilight looked confused, "so, are you gonna tell me?" she continued. Kushal nodded. Twilight, now getting annoyed said, "Kushal, where is she?" and Kushal swallowed an apple he was eating that Twilight didn't see. "Oh…" she said. Kushal turned to her and said "Twilight, your dear friend Rainbow is in my bed-" he started. Twilight broke in, "What?! What did you do?" she asked, worried. Kushal laughed, "I don't know, I woke up and BAM, she's in my bed" he said. "Oh, maybe it was because of the kiss?" said Twilight. Kushal laughed again, "Twilight, you'd better not be serious…" but she nodded. MEANWHILE There was an atmosphere. It was light, early in the morning. Somewhere around seven o'clock. Ben woke like he usually would, he was tired from yesterday, having been pulled into a different world, being fancied by a pony, and making loads of new friends. "Fluttershy?" he said. He messed the covers of the bed up when he got up. He looked next to him; Fluttershy was curled up in the same bed, looking really cute. Ben imagined his head exploding of cuteness. "Psst, Fluttershy, wake up…" he mumbled. Fluttershy made a very quiet and cute snoring noise. "You deserve to rest" he said. Suddenly, from downstairs he imagined, he could smell smoke? "Fluttershy?!" he said louder. Fluttershy looked at him after waking up rather quickly. "Yes?" she said in her adorable voice. Ben saw the expression on her face when she smelt the smoke too. "Oh, I'll be the girls trying to make toast or something…" she mumbled. Ben got out of bed, and walked to the girls' room. They were still asleep. Ben rushed back into Fluttershy's guest room, "Fluttershy, the girls are fast asleep, there's a fire!" he said. "What?!" screamed Fluttershy. She got up, and used her wings to fly downstairs. A few minutes later, she didn't come back, and the fire grew. Ben rushed downstairs and saw Fluttershy unconscious under a beam. He rushed back upstairs and woke the cutie mark crusaders, and carried them outside. He ran back inside the house, and Fluttershy was coughing, Ben lifted the beam, and carried Fluttershy outside. "She's not breathing!" said Ben, she had stopped breathing and Ben could think only of one thing to do. He put her head in a suitable position, and put his mouth to hers. He breathed. She was technically dead. He did it again, then again, it didn't do any good. By this time, Rarity, Twilight, Spike, Rainbow and Kushal had arrived. Ben gave her oxygen again, and this time she started sputtering and couching. "Thank god, erm, whoever you pray to!" he said. Fluttershy stood up, "Thank you…Ben" she said. Ben stood there looking sad. "Oh god, why would someone ever set your house ablaze?" asked Ben. Fluttershy stood there, looking at Ben and thinking if he really wanted to know. "I-erm, maybe-" she started, but someone stopped her, a rather nasty pony with a vicious attitude. "Oh no…' she said sarcastically, 'I hope you're alright" she finished. Ben was overwhelmed with anger, "Shut up before I kick you!" he shouted. The pony just looked at him and said carelessly, "And you are?" which made him even angrier. "My name is Ben foster, I am a human, and you will not laugh when three young ponies and Fluttershy could have died if I hadn't woken up!" he shouted in her face. Fluttershy started crying in the background. "Fluttershy? More lie Stuttercry!" she shouted, and her friends joined in. "Stuttercry, Stuttercry!". Ben let out all of his rage. "I will not let you stand here and take the piss out of the only pony is this world to look after me so far when she is hardly able to stand up for herself! She may be timid, but she has friends, you hang out with ponies who you THINK are cool, but in fact are all just Pratts! Screw you in the butt with a cactus!" he shouted right in her face. The pony stood there for a few minutes, then a tear appeared in her eyes and she ran away. Fluttershy was crying whilst looking at her burning cottage. "Fluttershy, I'm so sorry about your house" he said, "If there was anything you would like me to do-" he started, but stopped when Fluttershy hugged him. "It's okay" said Ben, but she didn't let go, she was too upset and needed something to hold on to. After all, all of her possessions were gone… Kushal ran over, "Dude, you okay?" he asked. Ben looked at him, there were tears in his eyes. "Kushal, I'm gonna take Fluttershy to a park or something, she needs some time…" he said, Kushal just nodded. Bed lifted the rest of Fluttershy's body into his arms, and cradled her to the nearest park he could find. It wasn't a park really though, it was just a small garden with a bench. "Fluttershy, you can cry as much as you want, we'll find out why your cottage was on fire, and we'll get the… Erm…" he said, he whispered the next word under his breathe so Fluttershy didn't hear him. Fluttershy finally started to settle down, but she was still upset. "Th-th-thank you… so much, if you hadn't of woken up, I might have-have" but she started crying again. Ben did the only thing he could think to do. He thought about when he was petting her hair, and how it had made he calmer and she fell asleep. So, he started to very gently pet her hair. She sniffed a few times, then fell asleep, like before. 'Wow, this works really good' thought Ben. MEANWHILE "Twilight, does anyone have a grudge against Fluttershy?" asked Kushal to Twilight. They had arrived at the police station. Kushal was surprised any crimes would be committed in a pony world. Twilight spoke without looking at him, "No, no-one hated her, or even despised her, she is loved by everyone…" she said. Kushal stared at the ground. "What about that snotty pony who took the mess out of Fluttershy?" he asked. Twilight looked at him, "No, her name is Emerelda, she would never do anything like this, and she's just…" she mumbled. Kushal looked at Twilight, then back at the ground, "I can tell by your expression that this is the most serious thing that's happened in a while" he said. Twilight walked over to a window, "Yes it is, the last thing serious that happened was the changeling's" she replied. Pinkie ran over to them, "Hey Twilight, I need to get back to the shop now, I need to open up. See ya later!" she said. She ran out of the door, and probably towards the shop she was talking about. "Bye…" mumbled Twilight. Kushal looked at Twilight again, she was thinking about something. "Twilight, what's wrong?" he asked. Twilight came out of her trance, "Sorry, I was thinking, and nothing's wrong. Thank you for the concern though" she answered.
The TargetBen was still petting Fluttershy's hair. He was thinking about the time he had spent in… What was this place called again? Oh yeah, Ponyville, Equestria. Ben took Fluttershy out of his lap, and carried her to the edge of the park; he was going to take her to her cottage, but… Fluttershy at times made a snoring sound, which sounded really cute. Ben streamed his fingers through her mane. "Oh Fluttershy, why you be so cute?" he whispered to himself. Maybe a relationship with a pony wouldn't be that bad? Then again, she does need someone at this time, but it seems weird if I asked her out now. At that time, the three girls from earlier came around the corner. "There he is!" said the orange one with purple hair. "Scootaloo, was it? I'm just glad you're alright" he said. The girls stood there, looking very happy, "Yeah, but if you didn't wake up, we, erm…" said the yellow one, but Ben laughed, "No, I would have woke up anyway, I have sensitive smell, the smoke would have awakened me" he said. "Cool, do you have any other abilities?" said the last one, a white one, who looked like Rarity. Ben hadn't actually met her yet. "Well, I don't know about Abilities, but I have autism" he said. The yellow one ran up closer to him, "What's autism?" she said. Ben thought, and couldn't remember their names, "First, your names?" he said. The orange one spoke up, "I'm Scootaloo, as you guessed, that's Sweetie Belle, and-" she said, but the yellow one shouted, "Applebloom!" Ben stared at her, "Ok. Autism is a learning disability, it means my brain functions differently to everyone else's" he said. The girls just stood there, smiling. "Cool!" they all said. Sweetie belle looked at a shop of sorts, it looked like a giant cake, and Pinkie was running over to it. "C'mon girls, Pinkie is finally here!" shouted Applebloom, and they ran off. Suddenly Ben heard a voice, "Hey you!" it said. He turned around and was hit in the face by a stone, he stumbled backwards and fell over, blackness coming into view, and he fell unconscious. Before he did, he pinched Fluttershy and she woke up. "Run" he mumbled. She looked up, and a shadow loomed over her. The last thing Ben heard was Fluttershy screaming quietly. MEANWHILE The group had arrived back at the library. Kushal wanted to help someone to take the situation off his mind. "Twilight, where is Rainbow Dash?" he asked. Twilight looked slightly agitated, "Kushal, she went to clear the clouds, Pinkie is really busy, and Applejack has to buck some apples" she said. Kushal looked surprised, "How did you know I wanted to help someone?" he asked. Twilight shook her head, "I didn't" she said. Kushal walked over to applejack who was about to leave, "Mind if I help you out with your job?" he asked. Applejack jumped, "Don't scare me like that! And yeah, the more the merrier, help all ya like" she said. Kushal walked beside her and wanted to talk to her. "So Applejack, what exactly do you do?" he asked. Applejack laughed, "What do ya think? I buck apples at the farm" she said. Kushal felt silly. "Well, I'm going to change the subject to something else" he said. Applejack laughed again. "Yeah, that was a pretty silly question, what do ya wanna talk about?" she asked. Kushal thought about it. He came up with an answer, "How do you 'buck' a tree?" he asked. What is bucking? Applejack thought this was hilarious, as she laughed yet again. "You're a mighty slow learner" she continued. "Well, what is it?" he asked again. Applejack became a bit more serious, "Well, I kick a tree with ma hind legs and collect the apples that fall" she explained to him. Kushal looked confused and felt embarrassed to ask the next question. "So, how do I help? I can't buck apples, and I certainly can't reach them…" he said as they arrived at the farm. Kushal saw the trees and realized how big they were. "I suppose I could run into the trees and hit them with my shoulders?" he asked. "Yeah, maybe-WAIT!" she shouted as Kushal ran off, and straight into one of the trees. About 10-15 apples fell off. "Well?" he said. Applejack looked amazed, "Wow, that's impressive. You've never tried this before?" she asked. Kushal shook his head, and then fell to his knees. "AARGH, my frigging arm!" he said, the pain went through his arm badly. "You know how bad apples bruise?" asked Kushal in an ironic tone. Applejack ran over, "Well, everything has a price…" she mumbled. Suddenly the pain went from his arm. "No, it's better now, I think it was shock" he said. Applejack looked at another tree, and went to buck it. Kushal watched her as she kicked a tree and saw so many apples fall. "Whoa…" he mumbled. MEANWHILE Twilight had told Spike to stay at the library. She had gone to visit Rainbow Dash to ask her precisely why she was in Kushal's bed at the sleepover. Spike was concentrating on putting books in the correct places. He had finished A-V. Luckily X and Z were small. There was a knock at the door and Ben appeared at the window. Spike failed to notice him. He just finished X and started on Y. "Just a second" he said. Ben was outside; he was panting and looking extremely worried. He knocked again, "Just a minute!" shouted Spike. Ben went back over to the window. He thought about how he'd get in because the door was locked. "SPIKE!" he shouted. Spike looked up and saw Ben, he had a blue like mark on his eye, "Spike, let me in!" he shouted. Spike ran over to the door and unlocked it. Ben ran in with a bruise on his face. "Ben? What's wrong?" he asked. Ben looked around furiously. Spike looked at Ben, he was sweating. "Ben, hello?" he said. Ben noticed Spike again, "Spike, someone took Fluttershy!" he shouted. "What?" said Spike, he didn't understand. Twilight appeared at the door with Rainbow Dash. "Twilight, someone took Fluttershy. I think it was the person who set the cottage on fire" he said. She just stood there, looking terrified, "Who? Why would anyone kidnap her?" she said sadly. Rainbow Dash was looking scared though. FLASHBACK [Ben also tells them what happened as the flashback progresses] Screaming is all he could hear. He slowly opened his eyes but found it hard since there were no lights on. He tried to move his hands, but they were bound with rope. "Hello?" he asked. No reply, he could hear heavy breathing. "Who-" "Ah, human, you have awoken", came a voice from somewhere. Ben tried to look around, "Who is that?!" he shouted. "Me? My name is Jackson!" he said. The shape came over, but it wasn't human. Ben assumed that Jackson was a human name. "Why-", The shape hit Ben in the face really hard. "You will stay quiet!" he shouted. Ben assumed he was in some sort of basement. "Fluttershy?" he said, but Jackson came over and hit him again. Jackson was some sort of ghost, or so it seemed. When he hit ben, his hands were dead cold, and he breathed mist. "Where is she you lunatic?!" shouted Ben. From somewhere across the room, which he could not tell how big it was came the squeaky voice of a panicking Fluttershy. "B-B-Ben, p-p-please h-help me…" she mumbled. Ben could finally see her when a light above her flashed. She was strapped to a wheel looking device, like something on a game show. Written behind her on various colour cards were six sections each labelled; death by knife, death by wire, death by dissection, death by friend… At this point, Ben gave in trying to read them. Jackson walked over to Fluttershy, "So pretty' he stroked her face and then laughed maniacally, 'It's a shame you will die, and that your new friend will have to watch. Jackson was black and had strange eyes. He had holes in his legs and hooves. Fluttershy's face became one of sadness and a look that said 'I am going to die and there's no way I can escape!' Ben looked over at a table and saw a small knife he could reach. He looked back at Jackson as he was about to spin Fluttershy. He reached over and grabbed the knife. He hid it behind his Back. "You know, I'm sorry I have to kill you first, but my queen requested it be you first" he said. Fluttershy changed from sad to angry. "You evil changeling!" she shouted, and then spat in his eye. "Vile things, pony's…" he mumbled, and then almost span the wheel but Ben cut the rope tying his hands together and stood up, Jackson turned around to early and hit Ben in the face, but he ran away. "Fluttershy, I will come back! I swear on my life!" he shouted. And with that he left. "Fool, now your girlfriend will die!" he shouted. Ben thought to himself, 'If she dies, so help me I will rip every artery out of your body until you are about to die, then I will crush your skull!' [He didn't tell Twilight about that part]. FLASHBACK ENDS. "I ran through town, and a pony called Bon-Bon helped me to the Library, although she had to go with someone to somewhere. I think her name was Lyra" he said. Twilight was still in the doorway. Rainbow was looking around. Twilight looked at the quick-moving rainbow, "What are you looking for?" she asked. Rainbow stopped, "What do you think? I'm looking for something I can use to protect myself!" she shouted. Twilight had a look of disbelief, "Is that all you care about?" she asked. Rainbow stopped. She had a dead serious face, "Twilight, you may think I am the cool one, and I may get nervous or anxious, but when one of my best friends is in danger…" she stopped speaking as she grabbed a lamp. "I am the element of Loyalty!" she shouted in a 'This is Sparta!' way. Twilight looked around, then smiled whilst looking at her horn, or at least trying to, and ran after Rainbow. "Twilight wait, I know where this place is!" said Ben. Twilight looked back, "C'mon then, we've got to get the others!" she shouted. Ben, Twilight and Rainbow left the library. Spike was stood in the doorway watching them leave. He had an expressionless face, "I hope you find her…" he mumbled after closing the door. MEANWHILE Kushal had collected a grand total of about three hundred apples. He had put them in a cart that was pulled away by a large red stallion. "Applejack, who's that?" he asked. Applejack could not stop laughing today, "That's ma brother!" she said. "You mean the one Twilight has a crush on?" Kushal asked. Applejack stopped, and then laughed again, trying to say yes but kept Stuttering. "Can I tell him?" said Kushal. But Applejack was on the floor laughing, so Kushal thought why not. He marched over to the red stallion, Big Mac. "Excuse me my good sir?" he said. Big Mac stopped and looked at him, "yes?" he said. Kushal was sniggering, "Do you know Twilight?" he asked, but suddenly from behind him came, "Don't you dare!" It was Twilight, with Rainbow and Ben. "Applejack, Fluttershy's been kidnapped by Jackson" she said, at this Applejack became very serious, "Jackson? OH!" and she ran off, Twilight looked at Big Mac who seemed to be staring at her. "Hello" she said. "Ben, what happened to your face?" said Kushal, Ben looked at him and stopped breathing hard, "Sorry, but I've been running for like 5 minutes not-stop" he said, "Jackson punched me in the face" he said. Kushal looked at him, "Now where even" he said. Kushal ran after Applejack and Rainbow, "C'mon Ben!" he shouted, Ben looked at Twilight, he ran over to her, and whispered in her ear, "Twilight, if you really like him, just ask him" and ran off after Kushal. Twilight's pupils got small, "Heh, err, Big Mac?" she asked. He carried on staring at her, "Eeyup?" he said, which made Twilight giggle, "Goodness, it's so cute when you do that…" she stopped at thinking about what she just said, and she felt like passing out, but that would be way too cliché. MEANWHILE Fluttershy was now facing the wheel so she would see what would kill her. "So, Fluttershy, What do you hope it lands on?" Jackson asked. Fluttershy couldn't speak in fear he might hit her. Her yellow face, which was now orange due to crying so hard, was covered in tears. "C'mon, just answer the question. Or do you want to die now?" he asked. "NO!" screamed Fluttershy. Jackson came up close to her face, "Answer then!" he shouted. Fluttershy looked at the options she had to choose, 'Oh Celestia, please hear me!' she screamed in her head. "I-I can't!" she shouted. Jackson raged. "That's it!" he shouted. He jumped over to a metal bench and picked up a knife with a hoof. He marched back over to her, "If you don't choose now, you die now!" she shouted, spitting on her slightly. "I don't know. Death by…' she couldn't think straight. But her thinking was cut short when Jackson raised the knife and slit her throat slightly, just enough for blood to come out. "KNIFE!" she shouted. Jackson had a smile on his face. He then looked over to a curtain, where a scream came from, "Oh, she's woken up…" he mumbled. He walked over to the curtain and behind it was…RARITY! "You fiend!" she shouted, but he simply picked up a needle and stabbed her in the neck. After a rew seconds she mumbled and fell over. He put the needle, which must have just been a knock-out drug, back where he got it from. "Now, for you my dear" he said. Jackson covered Rarity with the curtain again. He walked over to the wheel, and spun it as hard as he could, laughing evilly. "HAHAHAHA!" he shouted. Fluttershy started to cry again. "NOOO!" she screamed. TO BE CONTIUED!
The Equines"Fluttershy…House…Ponies…" He mumbled. He immediately opened his eyes and sat up; he was on a sofa, in the house. "Where-no, I've asked that, who are you?" he asked the purple one, who was still here, along with the orange one. "Well, I'm Twilight Sparkle, and this is Applejack-", Ben cut her off, "And that's Fluttershy?" he asked. "How…How did you know that?" asked Fluttershy timidly, and then she stared at the floor, as though she wasn't allowed to speak. "Applejack, can you go the library, and tell spike to write to the Princess, tell her to come as soon as she can…" she was cut off again; Ben started to sing, softly. "You're insecure; don't know what for…" he started. "What?" said Applejack. "Huh, was I singing again? I tend to do that when something reminds me of a song, can I continue? I like that song" he said. "Ah suppose so" she said. "Your turning heads when you walk through the door. Don't need make-up, to cover up. Being the way that you are is enough." He started once again, but soon was interrupted by Twilight, "Uh, what reminded you of that?" she said. "Easy, Fluttershy" he said. Fluttershy reminded him mainly of the part of the song that went "I don't know why, you're being shy, and turn away when I look into your eye eye eyes." He stood up once more. "I hope you don't mind me saying-and you probably do, but-you are amazing" he said, looking at Fluttershy, he didn't just want to get a girlfriend as soon as possible, or anything like that, but she was just beautiful. Fluttershy's face went a pinkish colour, indicating a blush. "Why, urm, thank you?" she said, or rather asked. "No, really, I mean, usually I tend to keep away from people, but- for one, you're a pony, and two-you are really cute, being shy." He said. "Your acting a little weird" said Applejack. Ben replied with "No, it is merely that I find Fluttershy attractive-NO WAIT!" but it was too late. Fluttershy blushed and giggled "Oh my". "Well, that's precisely what I was hoping never happened" he said. Fluttershy giggled some more, and walked into a kitchen type area. "Oh smegging hell!" "What's that mean?" said Applejack. Twilight had been stood in the same area for around five minutes looking so confused she could blow up. "It's a word from… well, a TV series on my planet called "Red Dwarf", it's really funny" he said. He hurried over to the front door. "Can we go outside?" Ben said, he'd not really seen this new world, just a back garden type area. "Sure…" said Twilight, opening the door, god knows how. "Wow, how'd you do that?" Ben said. "It's magic" she said. "Holy smeg! Actually, remind me not to use that word, but magic, you're kidding right? Magic is fake!" he burst out. "I can assure you it's not, see?" she said, using her horn to pick up a vase. "No, no, that's just as real as me kissing you right now, and I'd never do that. Well, maybe?" "Ben?" said Applejack. Ben looked at her. "Have you ever seen a talkin' pony?" he shook his head. "Ah reckon it's shock" she said. Ben looked at Twilight, "Yeah, either that, or I am deeply in love with you all. That didn't sound good, did it?" he said, causing Applejack, Twilight and Fluttershy each to shake their heads, or say no or not really. "Okay, I'm sounding a little pervy…" said Ben. He had been here like what, 2 hours, excluding his nap-time, and he had made himself look like a total smeg-head. "BEN!?" said a familiar voice from outside. "Ku-er, Rainbow?" said Ben, for the boy stood in front of him had burst through the front door, was his good friend Kushal, although he only told Ben his real name. "Who is this?" said Twilight. "Twilight, meet my best friend Rainbow Cow Dragon!" he said. "Ben, what, where-I don't understand, why are we in a world of talking ponies!" he said. "Well, neither do I, which pony did you meet first?" he replied. "Well, I met a Pegasus called Rainbow, lol, and she introduced me to Pinkie Pie, and Rarity." He said. "Oh, so ok, Twilight are they some of your friends?" Ben asked her. She looked at him, and made a calculating" face. "Well, yes. We call ourselves the mane 6, not all the time, just like at… places" she said. *When was the last time we called ourselves that?* thought Twilight. "So, Rainbow, have you managed to make yourself look like an idiot yet?" asked Ben. "No, but Rainbow Dash flew into me, she seems to do that a lot…" he answered. Rainbow entered the house; he looked at the giggling pony in the kitchen. "Why is she lolling?" he said. "Well, you see, I said I found her attractive, and now I look like an idiot!" whispered Ben to Rainbowcowdragon. Rainbow looked at him, and laughed hysterically. "Just like you, eh mate?" rainbow said. He kept laughing. "You haven't made a fool of yourself, showing your emotions are a sign of trust." Said Fluttershy; now that she had stopped laughing. "Well, I think there's a 0 to 100 chance of me being with a pony" he said, sarcastically. "I don't see a problem" said Fluttershy, not understanding the sarcasm Ben had used. Ben face palmed. "Fluttershy, I was telling a joke…" he mumbled. He walked over to rainbow, and opened the door. "Can we go and see some things now?" he asked. Twilight had said yes, as long as they didn't do anything to hurt any pony. So for about five minutes now, Ben and Rainbowcowdragon had been walking through the pony town, getting strange stares. "Racoon?" asked ben. "What?" said Rainbow. "Well, the Ra from Rainbow, the Co from Cow, and the on from dragon, Ra, co, on?" asked Ben, simplifying the statement. "Yeah, no… just call me, uh, Rai-gon for short" he said. "Why can't we know your actual name?" asked Twilight. She focused on Kushal, Studying him [Kushal is Rainbowcowdragon]. "Well, uh, I don't trust some folks with my name, so I only tell people my name that I really trust. Like Ben." He finished. Twilight just looked away and sighed. "It's not that I don't trust you, but I don't really know you…" he said. "Rai-gon?" asked Ben. Kushal looked at him, "Yesh?" he said, thinking what Ben could ask him out of the many questions going through his head. "Well, its just-do you remember anything after the…you know what?" he said. Kushal looked at him regretfully. "NO!, I mean, no… I just woke up in a small pond" he said. "What 'you know what?'" Twilight asked, still listening to the conversation. "Er, Ben, should we tell her?" whispered Kushal. "Well, I suppose it couldn't hurt…" said Ben. "Well, before we came here, we were, erm-let's just saying we were…goddammit-we stole from a shop!" he shouted out. "What?!" screamed Twilight, stopping and looking scared slightly. "You stole from a shop?! What did you steal?" she asked, looking as though a murder had been committed. [Over-exaggeration]. "We stole some drinks, fizzy pop." Said Ben. "Whatever for?" said Twilight. Ben slouched to the ground, laying on the floor now. "We-are moms were good friends, and about a year ago, we were robbed' Kushal also collapsed to the floor' and my mom was…killed." At this Twilight looked more devastated by this than anything she had ever seen in her life. "And Rai-gon's mom?" She asked, as politely as she could. "Well, she couldn't handle life anymore, so she killed herself…our dads fell in love with other people, and they didn't want kids, so- for around 3 or 4 years, we've been living in an abandoned shop…" he finished. Twilight looked as though she had just been told she had cancer, or something worse. She literally had tears welling up in her eyes. "That's terrible!" she said quietly. "Can we pretend I never said that?" asked Ben, Twilight just stood there looking shocked. "S-Sure…" she said. "Rainbow?" asked Ben. Rainbow looked at him, "I think we may have broken her…" he said. Rainbow agreed. There was a knocking at the door. "Twilight?" said Ben. Twilight came out of her depression, and looked at the door, "Oh, right" she said. She trotted up to the door, and she used her magical horn powers to open it. "I still say magic is not real" said Ben. Kushal looked disappointed. "What? But you can see it!" he shouted. "I know it's real, I'm just not used to it yet." He said. The pony who had just entered was Pinkie Pie, looking happy as usual. "Hey? How are you? Who are you? Where did you come from? What's your name?" she spat out. Ben rushed over to her, and out his hand on her mouth. "Please-Pinkie, I assume, one question at a time!" he said. "Oki Doki Loki!" she said. "Question 1…" she said. Pinkie enjoyed the thought of interrogating a never-before seen species. "What…erm, are your names?" she said. Ben decided to speak first, "I'm Ben Foster-" he was cut off, well, he actually just stopped speaking so he could witness Pinkie stand on her hind legs, and shake his left hand with her two front hooves. "Okay defying physics, lovely. Anyway, I'm Ben, and my friend goes by the name of Rainbow Cow Dragon" he said. "What a silly name!" she screamed. 'Was she always this hyper?' thought Ben. "Second question, what animals are you?" she said. She was bursting to shout all the questions at once, but resisted. Kushal answered this next question, "Well, Ben is human, but I'm a Rainbow Cow Dragon!" he shouted. "KUSHAL!" said Ben, "Oops" he said soon after. "Ben! Now they now my name! Ugh, I suppose I'll have to trust you now, and I'm actually a human too…" he mumbled. "Twilight?" she said. "Yes Pinkie?" she said, she looked happier than before. "Have you got everything ready for the sleepover?" she said. Twilight sighed, "Pinkie, I told you everything was ready this morning, before I went to see Fluttershy. 'A sleeper? With girls?' thought Kushal, 'I must be there!' he thought. "Can we come?" he said. "Well, urm, I don't see why not, but it'll be girly…" said Twilight. Kushal thought about it some more… "And? As long as there are girls there…" he said, with a smug look on his face. "Are all six of you sleeping over?" said Ben. Twilight closed the door, as it was starting to get dark. "No, Fluttershy is busy tonight" she said. "Oh, well, I just thought of something, where are me and Kushal going to sleep?" he said. Kushal playfully punched him in the arm, "Silly-head, I'm sleeping here *wink*." He said. "You could always stay at Fluttershy's cottage" she said. "Yeah… I embarrassed myself earlier…" he mumbled.
