Nightmare Moon examined all her forces from above a cliff top. This is it. Where her army would meet Celestia's in battle. She puffed her chest out with pride, overlooking her magnificent army. Celestia's army approached from the plains. Above ten thousand ponied all together. They were all equipped, and some weren't trained. Nightmare Moon's army was fully equipped in black and blue armour, along with matching yet lethal weapons. The metal that made their armour was enchanted with the moon's blessing. It would take about 10 hits from them in the same place to break through. Nightmare Moon's army weapons cam slice through their armour like butter. She stomped a hoof when Celestia's army came into vision of the night army.

"CHARGE!" she roared.

The army ran forward. Pegasi flew over their ranks, speeding towards Celestia's ponies. Pegasi rose up into the air to meet Nightmare Moon's challenge. They clashed. Nightmare's most trusted army of Pegasi, Moon Sky, were unstoppable in their air. Their speed was unmatched. They led the ponies to their demise; into what they thought was a cave. The cave was pink and full of saliva. The captain's eyes widened, and before he could say 'I' the mouth shut. Unlucky Pegasi who were standing by the sword like teeth were crushed. Their horrific screams filled the inside of the dragon, echoing off the walls of his mouth. The dragon, Ryios, was enjoying their screams of horror and fear. The captain grimaced as their mangled bodies were mashed into flesh, blood and bones. He could no longer recognise them, and their screams died down as they were tore apart but the merciless dragon. The dragon swallowed. It was like trying to go against the current. With all his might, the captain managed to stay put with a few other ponies. Screams of horror and fear became quieter and faded away as they were swallowed by the dragon.

He opened his mouth to chew another round of ponies. Blood stained his teeth and spurted everywhere around his mouth. The ponies tried to cover their ears from the shrill sounds of the mangled, unrecognisable ponies. They were broken far beyond repair. He chewed again, the screams dying out. They were swallowed yet again. The Pegasi inside gulped, and tried to fly out. He snapped his mouth shut to trap them between his sharpened teeth. Only the higher class fliers made it out alive. The others however, were not so lucky. Their blood stained the inside of his mouth. Ryios licked his lips to savour the metallic, coppery taste of pony blood. He enjoyed crushing their weak bones and easily torn flesh. Their pathetic screams are what satisfied him most. To hear them beg and pray for merry as they desperately clung into life getting crunched up by the dragon.
