A rocky start

Tape #1

"Testing, one, two,  okay whatever. Well! I'm a unicorn. I can use fire magic, but I don't use it all that much, cause’ it sets things... well... on fire... I got my cutie mark when I was still a little colt. I liked burning things when I was little...  I set half of my school on fire in Manehattan. I was born and raised there. Anyway, my cutie mark appeared when I started burning my stuff. The fire looked amazing, my toys melting away, everything burning... I burnt my hoof a few times, but I got use to it after I start using my magic a little better. I always used to think that Celestia was playing with fire when she raised and lowered the sun, so that made me want to play with fire too! I always tried and tried again, trying to move fire around. I always made sure water was nearby.” *blush* I'm able to create fire on my own. Also my moms a unicorn, and my dad is a pegasus. I moved to canterlot to get some work on my magic. but a year later then a big wave like rainbow came by and a dragons head burst out of the school. My mom don't like dragons, or want me around dragons cuz they ate her cat, when she was on a trip, while she was young. But after that, we moved down to ponyville. Cuz’ manly I was getting picked on a lot at school... I really hated canterlot pony’s, but not all of them..  And don't worry i'm not stuck up. Well I can be stuck up sometimes, but i'm not snooty... so  i'm--"

Tape#2

" OKay this is really cr--um.. the last tape died on me when I was still talking for the last five minutes and this is just very STUPID! *I toss the video tape out of the bathroom window.* Why the hay do I need a Video diary? *looking into the  mirror showing my brown colt-like body, black mane, and cricket yellow glasses. (Since I sleep with them on sometimes)  checking myself out, I looked at my cutie mark.* Fire. Pure fire. It's awesome as always, fire magic isn’t the only spell I use, but you don't need much when you're this hot and awesome! With that, I try not to boast about it. Half of ponyville already knows this, being the most powerful magic user in town! ..Besides Lyra and Twilight...

But besides that, I got to find some work for today.. I've been running really low on bits lately. I don't have a real job. So there's only a side job. I help the spa open up, depending if I wake up that early, and how early I go ta sleep. But for the day, i'm going over to Fluttershy's place. Fluttershy, and her pet bunny, Angel bunny.. heh..."Angel" is an ironic name.

After a good walk over to Fluttershy's place, I can hear all of her animal friends. It’s always lively, and kind of soothing really. I walk up to her front door and open it. I don't know WHY everypony leaves their door unlocked. Anyone can really just walk right on in like me for one. But Fluttershy knows me, so she won't mind. She never does, she's to kind for her own good. With that, it’s good for me anyways. "Fluttershy?  Ya home?" I called out for her but no answer. " FLUTTERSHY!" Forget this. I went up to the next floor looking for her myself. Well... at least her door room was locked. "Fluttershhhyyy-YE!!" Fluttershy pushed the door open, and the next thing I know, we're rolling down the stairs. Hitting the lower floor on my back, and Fluttershy in the motion got flinged on her couch backward. ."Owww.."

Sitting up and rubbing my bumped head, Fluttershy clings to my neck tightly, cutting off my air.

"Rahsaan!" She cried my name, shaking alot. "Oh th-thank goodness s-somepony’s h-here. Yo-you have to h-help me! P-p-please!"

"Fluttershy! let go of me!" I coughed, trying to breathe. She's either  a stronger then she look's, or i'm a lot more fragile. Thankfully she let go, and started apologizing to me over and over again...she better

"Fluttershy." I turn to face her, then asked her to calm down. "What has you so spooked?"

"Th-there's a m-m-mice!"

.. . Not really understanding. or maybe I missed heard her. But a mouse?...

"Can you..repeat that?" There no way. Fluttershy was scared of an Animal! I mean she has a way with animal's, and she knows how to really take care of them. Hell, she even LIVES by the Everfree. I just don't get this mare.

"Ye-yes! It’s a big one too! A-and he was so angry, I-I tried to talk to him, but it didn't listen to a thing I was saying! I don't understand. A-and it attacked me, a-a-and Angle is t-trapped down there! And i'm to-"

"Stop talking" she's to panicked to really give a crap at all. So she started saying she's sorry for talking to much. But I asked about the attack, and what happened to Angel, and where is down there?

Fluttershy pointed to a hole dug up in her kitchen floor. How did I not notice that?

"A-angel stop's it from h-hurting me. C-can you please get the girls f-for me? I don't want to leave, knowing Angel is still down there. A-and..."

I cut her off holding a hoof to her face "Fluttershy. It’s a freaking mouse. I'm not gonna get the girls when I can handle this myself.. " I get up off the door and make my way for the hole, but Shy grabs one of my hind legs.

"N-no! You can't! It's too dangerous!"

"My magic is more dangerous!" I shook her off of me, and looked deep in the hole. “What ever made this, might of not got far.”

"Don't hurt it.. a-at least.. try not too?..please..?"

I looked back at her with a blank stare. Even if she's being attacked by an animal, it's still an animal geez's Fluttershy.."Sure" I give her a reassuring answer before I started going down. Making sure I don't step on a edge or something, I start crawling with my lower hooves, laying on my back and pulling my self down. There was some space around me, and I didn't have to go that deep under. Lucky for me,  I stood in this dark tunnel and moved on lighting up my horn to get's some light in there...

"Angel?" Why i'm calling a bunny? Bunny's don't talk. Why am I even thinking about that? I got to find that rat, it didn't take me long to find it. This...small thing what was Shy scared of..?.. it looked more scared of me.  I turned to the left, seeing Angel hiding in a smaller hole in the wall, or ground? The ..wall-ground? He's hiding! I asked Angel, or tried to ask if this thing was what got Shy so worked up? He shook his head and ran right past me. I picked the rat up with my magic, by the end of it's tail, wondering what’s the deal? "Does it have rabies? No, no rabi--AAAHH!!!!!! My thoughts were interrupted by a burning sensation. It started off from my back to the rest of my body! It’s hot! Hot! Turning around, I found out it was a very big, rat! And I tried to put this fire out, but it didn't go out! I'm burning alive here in green flames! I got out of there as fast as my now roasting fur can take me! "FLUTTERSHY!!!!!!" Desperately calling her name as I shot out of the hole covered in HOT green flames.

Fluttershy looked at me in surprise. She can stand there all she wants, but I need water! " GET OUT THE WAY DAMN IT!"

Covered in flames, that's eating away at me I jump right in her river.

"Um.. I told you it’s dangerous."

said Fluttershy from on top of her bridge. I looked up at that damn rabbit, Angel. "You knew what was in there! You used me as bait your long ear Rat!"

"Don't talk to angel that way!..Please?" Fluttershy defended  him, as always.... Fine she can do whatever she wants. I got out of the river this time, ready to give that rat a world of hurt...If it don't burn me alive again. No matter. But before I made my way back, I looked back at Angel.

"You better hoped I cooled off  by the time I get back or your next!"

After descending back down, That rat, was still where I found him, or was it where he or she found me?... That don't matter all that much... I didn't get to close this time   I got to think of a way to get rid of this rat. or kill it. but with one sound better.. fluttershy don't want me to hurt it. but she didn't get burnt alive like I was a few minutes ago...maybe if I attack it from far away?. OH! Idea!

with a smile I  concentrate my magic letting my horn glow  a dark oranges. I looked at the tip of my horn seeing the flames forming around it

"just a little more...aaaand...." I'm gonna hold back a little on this one. fluttershy asked me not to hurt it..wait.. she didn't tell me not to kill it.... it a huge ass rat! that breathe green fire! who knows where this thing even came from?! I take back the whole holding back thing. i'm gonna rust the rat bastad. i'll make sure it won't feel too much pain!

with that! the  flame forms into a orb with let up this cage. the rat nouted me. and it didn't like to see me.

"Take it!"

i'd  let the orb stay in the air. turning back I bucked it hard as I can as . speeding for the rat. there was no place for it the move. it was a little narrow. so all it can do is die for me.

  in the impact when the fire orb hit em in the face it bust around it whole body. it start screaming.. ahh. just looking at that rat twist in agony made my day.it started to  sqrem around alot  . sure taking a while to die. as soon i'd said that it slump to the ground and started to melt. the skin...gross. I don't want to see that!. I didn't want to stay here any longer. so I turn my back on the burnt rat the next things happened the cave start rumbling. like..

"Oh carp!"

got ta go! well rat. at least you get a grave. i'd turn tail and ran back getting out of here  Running and tripping over my self a few time in this rubble. I made a safe travel back. huh.. I was thinking I was in trouble there.. well i'm not out of the hole yet! Dinging my hoof into the dirt and started to climb up with was a little solid. so after making it up to the top  I grabs on to Fluttershy's floor and start pulling myself. first thing i've saw was Fluttershy standing on her hind legs. and holding a bucket of water

"Flutte--"

she meeps and rise the bucket over my head and dumped it on me. nearly drowning i'd try to pull myself up but slipped from the water  on the floor. tumbling down hitting the dirt ground below. the water already empty out the bucket. I can just barely hear Fluttershy saying

I'm sorry i'm sorry! a-are you okay?!" What do you think?! i'm wet. cold. and dirty you dumb as--

in my train of thought. I felt the ground crumbled under me

What just happened...?my whole body hurt. manly my neck and my back.. Trying to open my eyes. there was nothing but black. where am i?. I can't see a thing and I can't breathe either, well I can but I hard... but then i realized  it. I still had a bucket over my head...

Coughing hard and yanking this damn tin-can off my head  I looked myself over. I didn't seem to have any cuts or broken anything.  wait..aww damn it! "Fluttershy!!" I start calling out her name.   I didn't see any light at the top and my voice echos back at me. WHat the hell was she thinking?! "FLUTTERSHHHHHHHY!!! ANSWER ME DAMN IT!" once again only echos answered my calls. is that still counts as a call? whatever. celestia damn it I can't see a thing.

i start trying to use my magic and suddenly my head start hurting

what!? wait no don't do this now!

why did my head have to hurt now?! oh celestia did I bust my skull open?! i don't know I can't see!

okay. maybe that a bit to much!. maybe I hit my head on something in the fall when I had the bucket over it. my head might be bleeding too. but how i'm gonna tell? I felt around to find any blood. but yet it too dark to see anything. even if I did felt any wet spot. my whole body freaking wet! i'm cold, wet, dirty, and hurt like a poor homeless colt out in the rain dying of hunger only thing is i'm not hungry...

might as well wait..in the darkness...no that pointless. i'd start to wonder around seeing maybe I can find something to burn if   my horn let me..

" I can barely see my hoof in front of my face."

can't really do much if I can't see anything...

i squint my eyes. and damn, looks like this is as adjusted as my eyes are going to get, and I can see is vague shapes

I think I just stepped  on something. I look down at it..

" I think there's some sort of...Weird...red...pattern. Can't make it out though... Too dark."

but it look like I can pick it up. it felt hard. made of stone? a skull? don't know...

This start to feel really  unsettling. I don't know where i'm going. I feel like a blind old man without a seeing eye dog.and I could use one right now...  even. maybe a pet timber wolf  or even an...manticore?..They mostly come at night.... Mostly.

after what felt like an hour as pass I start to noted something...

"It's really dark in here.... Yup...."

then more relazgason hit me as I hoof a hoof in the air

" This place is hella dark!"

The darkness is thick and almost Tangible, like dust or an old shower curtain... I start swinging my hooves around  there something here maybe my sinuses got better being in the dark for so long! it telling me. calling to me. that there something over here!

I Start running to that weird feeling   I think... I KNOW there something i'm bound to run into. befor my forehead explode in pain

"AHH! DAMN IT!SHHHH--" Fucking.. hit my..celestia damn horn!..FUCKING HELL!  out of sudden rage I  swing my hoof at the part of the wall sticking out. with was pointless. I graze my hoof on the thing. hurting my self....i'm starting to really hate this place..... I mean. like..it's dark in here, like, Double-night dark.

Like if Nightmare Moon  dim the sun like or turn the sun into a moon. then  an eclipse. That's like two nights on top of each other.

  I duck under the wall I hit my head on. and start clawing under it. hoping I find a smaller cave...but...

"i can't see anything..."

I think i'm starting to lose it... I never did like the dark  that much. and here I am alone in the dark...wait.. oh celestia why did I even start thinking that.. what if i'm not alone.  what if someone is right there. right next to me.. I had to assure myself. I hold still for a few minutes. trying to hear out for anything... and I hear nothing. not a sound.. the only sound that bean really heard was coming from me... and only me.i..think that's good...

i leave that little corner of a cave I think it was a -It was something!. Where is this darkness?! where am i?! I can't even look or hear anything but my own voice!... but when i'm silent.. then there's no sound. not a whisper.. Am I real? do I exist?

Does this place even exist? does anything exist?!

Am I Even thinking these thoughts?!

LIGHT! I NEED LIGHT!i start to Run around blindly around looking everywhere! I have to find a light around here! where is it?! where's the way out?! I just want a way out of here

"CAN ANYONE HEAR ME?! SAY SOMETHING IF YOU DO! I WONT HURT YOU IF YOU'RE HIDING! AND MAYBE HOOF ME SOME KIND OF LIGHT?!"

I said as loudly as I can then  then my leg slip into a small hole in the ground. scaring the hell out of me. . or maybe it was something trying to drag me down to hell. how long did I fall? anyways?!.

Man it sure is dark. to bad I can't see the top. but darkness...

This darkness is starting to piss me off all I been doing is picking up little rocks.  whenever I see a weird shaped one. my mind haven falling to that much madness to start talking to them. and my eyes won't get use to the darkness anymore then this..

"can darkness itself be dark?"  I had start talking to my self more. I can't stand the dead silent. if i'm gonna hear something. might as well be my own voice. with I don't mind in the slighted

"Maybe Fluttershy try to kill me.. what i'v done to her.? I mean. i've been stuck here for a while. did she even tell anyone i'm down here.."

I start to yawn a little. getting a little sleepy... And layed down on the dirt.

"Maybe she got Rainbow dash..no.. she's bean here by now.. maybe helping me up to the top.. ahh.. maybe if i'm lucky i'll be found by the time I wake up.."

I start to slowly drift off to sleep. got to think good things.. i'm the best out of everyone. like i'm the star.. nothing happen to the star big ego or not. it fate that i'll get out of here..yup..because  i'm that..awesome..

"zzz..”

" fools gold.. damn it"the blue unicorn toss away the joke of a gold. wondering why he's even wasteing his time down here it's bean hours under this cave finding alot of old and useless shit that'll only maybe get one 1 bite or none at all.. he sighs and turn away with his long bane covering the right side of his eye " shit.. welp. better make a short cut here and back--

"  he was cut off by a diamond bulldog longing above the holes uptop.. he reacted and cut down the  hound with his broud sword  . the bull dog split down the meddle. he start to wonder why they even bother.he kills them in one blow after he put in the force needed to cut pass there iron armor . fact he killed about5 more on his way down here... but they was all in diffrent sectors in this huge ass tunnel  . when ever there a damnind dog near by it means they have something really voluble. but he only killed scotch.. so he might fine himself on the wrong track

"I've found him  I FOUND HIM!" one of the hounds called out. more of them start coming his way, this was noting. he can spend all day sheading dog blood.. but dog smells just as bad when there dead. so this was a waste of his time. but in away he's not board

as more diamond dogs rush him from all around and above him in this maze. he ran and slides right under them with his sword cuting there hand legs clean off,but one of them jumps up and attempt   to crush him with there mass body size

"Nope"

the blue unicorn horn lit's up, and cast a spell on the mid air falling diamond dog. frizzing him . he move his leg up and with one buck. the hound shatters into little fragments

"got ya!" one of them grab his head holding it with a deadly grip  diamond

"shit!" he  needed his focus to cast any spell but this asshole is crushing his skull. his magic forms around his sword . but the next diamond dog grabs it taking it far away from it's owner

" your  gonna  regret coming down here intruder."

"  oooh plese don't hurt me! i'm so sorry please give me a chance to make up for every thing!"

the diamond dog's growls at his display of asking for forgiveness after he killed so many of them he pulls him close face to face.

"what you've done is not--

the blue unicorn move his lower body  twisting  is lower hafe for a good swift kick at the diamond dog's nose .the  diamond dog hwole  in  pain droping the blue unicorn, he dash's away as soon he found an opening

" don't let him get away!"

* i woke up in a shock! feeling something pushing down on my neck. i didn't know what was going on. but struggling didn't make it any better

"wait s-stop..h-hold on....!"

i just berly got to say a word coughting

" hrum?.."

what ever it was had a lantorn with it. it bight light get hold right in frount of me slightly blinding me. it sucked  i asked for light and it get shot right into my eyes like a filly letting  a firework blow up in her face

" your a different unicorn "

my eyes start to adjust to the light. when it did. it turns out it was a  diamond dog sniffing me

"Smells different too"

"what...?"

i'm still a little confused on what's going on..but i don't like it..

"can you get off my neck..please?"

he did just as i ask but he picks me back up holding me upside down by my tail

"Oi! What're you think your doing?!"

"Did you come to steal our  diamonds?
