Prologue

Before I start this story I'd like to give some background information.
My name is Flyte, I am a male pegasus,and i have a dark grey coat, a blue and green mane, and aqua eyes. I lived in Stable 76.  i was unpopular when I was a colt, but that changed when the old DJ died. naturally, since he didn't have any children his stuff was raffled, I begged and begged my parents to enter it for me. They did and won, over the next few days I spent my time in my room playing around with it, in the end I came up with a pretty cool song, everypony loved it. With that song i got my cutie mark, a pairof blue headphones. A my songs grew popular so did I, but my first friend, Jinx, didn't care about that. she was a true friend, loyal till the end.  She was also in many of my songs, as she was a beautiful singer. So that's how I started my normal career in the Stable.
Before I go farther I have to explain something, I was a natural markspony, just like my father who left the Stable many years before me, not only that but the Overmare was always paranoid, so much so she hired a special bodyguard, different from security. He didn't need to follow rules, people called him Tartarus, which is the deepest pit in hell. Tartarus also happened to be a pegasus stallion. Tartarus' apparel   included thick leather armour plated in steel, a steel helmet with a full face visor, tinted just enough so you couldn't see his face, the visor has two lighter lines running down over his eyes. Weapons include a silenced assault rifle( with a scope), a combat knife, and two metal talons for holding his weapons, he fires standing on his hind legs with his wings out for balance. Nopony knows who Tartarus truly is except the Overmare and him. I'm Tartarus,  she basically forced me to try firearms shooting. She made me practice shooting with the talons in a secrete area.
When I got my own room, it had a secret room where my equipment was stored, all my armour and weapons.
Well that should be all the info you need for me to start my story.
