Dark waited in the office, nervously. The higher-ups had called for some sort of physical exam, and of course that meant everypony had to get poked and prodded. He fluttered his wings shyly as several uniformed ponies filed in and several more uniformed ponies filed out of the waiting room. He didn't really like exposing himself around other stallions, they tended to stare.
Dark was big, even for a palomino, and the rest of the nurses had told him to wait for a specially trained nurse better able to cope with ponies his size. He felt quite conspicuous as many others were seen to first, and hid behind his chestnut mane.
Finally, a piebald nurse with a long black mane trotted into the examination room and walked around him appraisingly. "Oh, yes, I think you're the one," she said to him. "Please put your flank through the privacy screen and we'll begin."
"Yes Ma'am," replied Dark, nickering in surprise as she unbuttoned his pants and pulled them down.
"Ooh, you are a big boy, aren't you?" whispered the nurse, just loud enough for only Dark to hear. "I bet all the stallions are jealous of these foal-makers."

He blushed as he saw other ponies look his way, and tried to grin. Soon enough they looked away, and he tried to get a glance behind the curtain.

Dark couldn't help it as his cock extended due to her tender ministrations. Shivering in delight, she gently kissed and patted each one and placed them reverently in a silver bowl. Next she trimmed and tidied up the cords of the newly-gelded pony and then sutured the wounds on his scrotum, and all with him none the wiser.
His majestic foal-makers were hers now. It was almost a shame that nopony else would get to experience them like she would, but that made them all the more special to her. He would never again be the alpha stallion, always now second or third below the mares and the real stallions as his symbols of masculinity had been ever so neatly removed, quickly and permanently.
Fixing two small butterfly plasters on each tiny wound of his now-empty and flaccid sack, she deftly pulled his trousers back up and slapped him on the rump. "That's it, buck, you're all ready. Your tests are done, everything's perfect. Off you go now! Don't worry about it if you feel a little weird for a while 'back there', you'll get used to it."
"I, uh, do feel a little light on my hooves..." replied Dark as he stumbled awkwardly out of the room.
"I bet you do," said LD with a smile, eyes fixed on her two prizes as they lay glistening in her bowl.
