                                                                                  the colt.

It was another ordinary day in PonyVille. After the whole competition between the apple family and the flim flam brothers, things had more or less gone back to normal. rainbow dash flew over the everfree forest enjoying the sensation of the cool breeze blowing through her rainbow mane. At the altitude she was at she could see the whole expansion of the everfree forest. after a while she continued flying until she decided to start doing some tricks. She did barrel rolls, loops and other professional stunts. She loved doing tricks, even if no-one was watching. She felt like she was on top of the world. she felt like she could take a dragon with just her hooves. This was why she loved flying.  After about 15 minutes Rainbow dash heard something coming from the depths of the everfree.

"HELP! OH,PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!

Without the slightest bit of hesitation, rainbow dash quickly bolted into the everfree forest in the direction of the screams.

"HAVE NO FEAR! RAINBOW DASH IS-"

She stopped her heroic chant as a feeling of pure fear ran through her body. She was trembling in fear for no reason at all! There was nothing around the clearing she had landed in while following the screams of help. She then noticed the feeling slowly deteriorate as if the feeling itself was losing interest in her. Ignoring this she stepped deeper into the clearing to try and spot the location of the scream. Rainbow Dash nearly jumped as something moved in the clearing. Her eyes then fell on what appeared to be another pony. She trotted up to the figure confirming her suspicions. It was another Pegasus that was beaten up badly and was now weeping silently into the ground, before looking up at dash.

"P-please...help me." he sniffled. "get me out of here.

Dash than felt that fear that had made her tremble before and hoisted the colt onto her back and took off, not wanting to stay any longer to find out what was making her so scared. As dash flew she herd the colt stop crying.

"Thank you very much. I thought i was a goner. *sniff* I thought it finally had me." he spoke with a polite tone.

"It was nothing. why where you in the everfree any-way?" she asked, her tone calming to the colt." And who was it?'

"I think we should talk on more solid ground. Can you take me to a hospital?" he asked.

"sure." rainbow dash replied.

After about twenty minutes of flying rainbow dash touched down in front of the ponyville hospital. The colt had trouble standing as he got off of rainbow dash's back.

"Do you need help?" Rainbow Dash asked as the colt struggled to stay up.

"No. I'm fine." he replied.

It was now that Rainbow Dash could get a better look at the colt. His coat was black as well as his mane. His mane was very spiky and had red highlights. His wings were, of coarse black but the tips of each feather where also red. On the colt's back was what appeared to be a sword in a sword holder that was strapped around his back. He was taller than most colts she had met and almost as tall as Big Mac. She then started to wonder how she was able to carry him. His eyes where a bright green and his cutie mark was of a sword and a red lightning bolt colliding. His tail was also black and had the same red highlight. He then started walking into the hospital.

"wait! Aren't you going to tell me what happened to you?!" Rainbow Dash shouted at the colt. "You haven't even told me your name!"

The colt sighed but didn't turn around.

"My name is Blade Blur. Nice to meet you. And you're name is?"

Rainbow Dash flew in front of the colt at a frightening speed.

"I'm the one and only rainbow dash! Fastest flyer in equestria!" she boasted.

The colt's un-expressing face turned into one of pure surprise.

"Y-your rainbow dash?" he stuttered.

"Ya!" Rainbow Dash announced." you've heard of me?"

"HAVE I HEARD OF YOU!?" YOUR THE ONE WHO PREFORMED THE SONIC RAINBOOM!"

He then cleared his throat and regained his composure.

"I'm a big fan." he said. His voice back to its polite tone.

"wow! I have a fan! I cant believe it!" Rainbow dash exclaimed in a happy and excited tone.

"Shall we head inside now?" Blade asked.

"Oh. sure. rainbow dash said calming down.

The two ponys walked inside and checked Blade in and in a matter of minutes had him in the x-ray room. After the x-rays came out nurse red heart brought Blade to his room and looked at the x-rays.

"well, its nothing but a few scrapes and bruises." Nurse Red Heart told Blade who was now sitting in a bed.

"You just need to stay here and rest for two, three days tops."

Thank you mam." Blade said to nurse red heart as she walked out of the room. Rainbow dash sat in a chair next to the one blade's sword was resting on.

"Now I suppose you want to know the full story correct?" Blade asked dash.

Dash simply nodded.

"Well..."
