SnowBlind
Chapter One
Load Full StoryNext ChapterA dreary afternoon was predicted already across most of Equestria, with flurries of prescheduled snow eminent in Ponyville. Yet a chilled white unicorn was out and about close to sunset. Cursing herself for forgetting her scarf, she quickened her pace as to get out of the cold as soon as possible. “Oh, Rarity. Of course you pick the coldest day of the year not to look fabulous," she muttered through her chattering teeth. Shivering with nearly every step and her head tucked close to her chest she made her journey back to her home.
While collecting gemstones for a new dress she was designing during the warmer parts of the afternoon, she carelessly forgot about the fast-approaching inclement weather that had been forecasted. Laden with the freshly collected gems, her gate was hampered as she struggled against the cold and the weight on her back.
Her eyes, stinging from the frigid air, were tightly closed when the clouds closed together and the first flakes began fall. Feeling the feathery ice land on her nose, tears began to stream down her face. Nearly two miles from her front door, she almost gave into the cold. With emotional and physical discomfort driving her strides she managed to keep a steady pace. As the sun set, the temperature fell sharply and the snow drifts started to grow, Rarity pushed her thoughts to warmer things. Her beckoning fire-place, the bed she longs to be in after a hard day’s work, the cup of tea she promises herself, the soft blue fur she has been casually fantasizing all day over.
Taken aback by her last thought, her eyes open with a jolt, revealing to her the faint glow of candles burning in the windows of homes in the distant town. While still a ways from her home, the snow had now made traversing difficult. Every step meant she had to pull her numb hooves from the two inch deep snow. Still encouraged by the sight of the warmth the town offers, she presses on. Keeping her thoughts on that which had woken her from her trance, she allowed herself a smile.
The pegasus who were in charge of weather duty had done a surprisingly efficient job of encouraging the blizzard. Less than an hour ago, Rarity was faced only with cold and fatigue. Now, with the snow level ever-rising, and the winds picking up speed, her vision was obscured and she had great difficulty walking. Even after losing the warm glow in the distance to the swirls of white blowing up from the ground, the still smiling Rarity continued to trudge on, her mind racing with the thought of the cocky grin, beautiful mane, and the sleek build of the pony that happily haunted her dreams. The same pony that had caused such internal controversy during the past weeks, somehow always brought a smile to her face.
Letting herself be consumed once more by the images flowing in her head, she forgot about the cold and lost all grasp on reality. Going back to the dream she has had for the past week.
Her hooves pressed to the ground above her, a single drop of sweat tracing the edge of her cheek, the warmth of another on top of her, a gentle bite on the side of her neck, a kiss between her hind legs, the shudders that ripple through her body as ecstasy overcomes her grip on reality.
Her cheeks easily became the warmest part of her body as she blushed at the graphic idea. The mental re-cap of her dream now complete, Rarity opens one eye wide enough to check her progress.
Less than a hundred yards away lay the edge of her home-town. Free from her thoughts' mind numbing qualities, she realized she was shivering more now than ever and had lost sensation through most of her core. Scrambling towards the city, she could no longer stand the cold. As the winds howled and tore through her thick mane, icy tremors worked their way down her back. Step-by-step she worked her way clumsily towards her destination. The last few feet seemed to take an eternity as she came to familiar roads and noticed the signs she remembered fondly, although most are now topped with snow and covered in a sheet of ice.
Not forcing herself to stay outside any longer, she forced open the door of the nearest home and threw herself into the warmth and protection from the ice and wind that it so welcomingly offered. While knocking was not on her list of priorities, Rarity did soon begin to wonder whose home she wandered into. As she glanced across the room, she noticed everything seemed to be covered in a fine layer of dust, as if it hadn't been lived in for years. No pictures or memories lined the shelves.
The only sign of life in the room happened to be the slowly thawing body of the exhausted intruder. Rarity took this as a blessing of not having barged into the home of one of her acquaintances. She found the wood and tools necessary and slowly set to build a fire in the cob-web strewn fireplace. She cringed as the sticky webs clung to her mane, but started the fire with skilled precision and warmed her hooves in the glow. Once satisfiably warm, she moved to the well-worn couch that the previous owners must have left, dusting the cushions thoroughly before succumbing to the trials she had endured.
Sleep came quickly for the exhausted unicorn and she found herself back in the erotic dreamland she so desperately loved. Experiencing the same familiar dream she thought back to several times throughout the day.
Her hooves entwined in the colorful mane of the pony on top of her, the slow uncontrollable moans that pass through lips, the warmth growing in the same place she feels the skilled tongue pressing against her, her eyes rolling into the back of her head as every muscle in her body tenses.
Startled by a knock, the still drowsy Rarity awoke with a jolt. Scanning for what made the noise she slowly focused on the door. Another knock, and she is certain of the source. She slowly crept to the door and shakily asked, “Who’s there…?” Another knock, certainly more urgent this time forced Rarity’s conscience into opening the door. As the snow and wind blasted through the open door, so did a Rainbow clad Pegasus, knocking Rarity to the ground.
Pinned to the floor, the startled Rarity peered into the eyes of the pony on top of her. The smiling face of Rainbow Dash stared back.
