GoldenHeart Chronicles - Book 1 Growing up

The wind blew outside GoldenHeart awoke to find Luna gone and Tia sound asleep. Golden got up and decided to go find Luna. He decided to check her room first. As he wandered through the halls guards on duty would give him a crisp salute. Golden nodded to relive them of there salutes. He found him self at Luna's door and he gave it a light knock. The door opened, With Luna standing in front of him.

Luna looks into his green eyes. Golden what are you doing awake should't you be asleep, She looks at him.

Golden smiles, Yes but can't sleep and i awoke and you weren't beside me so i wanted to see if you where ok.

Luna smiles, Yes i am ok Golden, Would you like to come in.

Yes please thank you Luna, Golden enters Luna's room. As Luna walks past him she does a little nudge on him.

Golden can i tell and show you something. She asks him unsure about herself.

Of course you can Luna, Golden looks at her with concern in-case it is bad news.

Luna looks at him. Golden can you close your eyes please.

Ok Luna, Golden closes his eyes wondering what Luna is going to do.

Luna braces herself and tells him, Golden i love you and i wanted to let you know in-case you felt the same in anyway.

Golden opens his eyes in Surprise and goes to speak but is cut off by Luna kissing him. Golden returns the kiss. minutes go past in their kiss till they pull apart.

Luna i had no idea you felt this way, But Luna i do love you and Tia. I haven't chosen yet.

Luna smiles resting against his body, I know Golden mother told us this would happen. Luna licks up Golden's cheek.

Golden blushes, Luna i don't know when i will choose. He holds Luna with his wings wrapped around her.

Luna and Golden spend the rest of the night holding and hugging in to each other. As the sun slowly rises it informs them Tia is awake and is waiting for them in the dining room. Golden and Luna wander to the dining room and sit with Tia and Queen Solar. There breakfast is served to them by the cook.

So Tia,Golden,Luna how was your sleep's. Well Luna how was your resting. Queen Solar asks them.

It was good Queen Solar, Golden replied.

Tia swallows her juice, My sleep was golden mother.

Luna smiles at her mother, my rest time was good. How was yours mother.

Queen Solar smiled, My sleep was fantastic.

Just then a guard runs in.

Queen Solar there is a swarm of changelings heading our way. The guard told Solar on nerves.

Well lets stop them, Guard rally our men and get King Honor. Tia,Luna,Golden you stay here.

Golden cut's in.Queen Solar i have been trained and i can fight.

Queen Solar smiles at him. Just like your father Golden. Very well. She looks at Tia and Luna. Tia,Luna look after each other and protect the people, Gather them into the castle.

Tia and Luna nod as Golden goes with Queen Solar and the guards.
