Pinkamena Diane Pie is insane. Trapped inside a cold hospital and the walls of her own mind she slips into a fantasy world- a made-up town called Ponyville.
Populated by her fellow patients, visitors to the hospital and the staff who look after her, Ponyville is a place where Pinkamena feels safe and where she literally knows everyone. But what will happen when her therapist, Twilight Sparkle, realises that Pinkamena has integrated her into the fantasy? And how did she create such vivid best friends to have adventures with?
