After that mix-up with the royal guards, I’ve headed to the meeting area in the Everfree Forest, just outside of Ponyville. I fly down to the spot the cave where we said that we would meet up. After I found the cave I entered it to see if they have arrived yet
“Hey guys! you here?” I shouted, but then I realized that I should be more careful, so I began to speak at a normal tone, just in case anypony was listening near by.
“If you are here, give me a sign, maybe a rock drop, or a small noise or a-“ I was cut short by the feeling that somepony was behind me, but moving quickly. I turn just in time to catch a green hoof right before it hit me in the head - they had jumped me from the roof of the cave - I grabbed the hoof and swung it and it’s pony right into the floor of the cave with a loud *THUMP*. I turn to face anypony else, but I immediately regret that decision as the pony I had just flipped had tripped me, and I fell onto the ground as a red pony dropped from the roof and landed on top of me, just missing my chest. I kick him off and he falls onto the ground in front of me. Remembering the pony on the ground, I turn around at blinding speeds, grab him, and toss him onto the other pony.
“Owch, man you didn’t have to go that hard on us!” Said the green pony.
“Yea, I guess you still haven’t lost your skills.” Said the red pony.
“Sorry bout’ that guys. Scorch, your back ok?” I had asked. The two ponies that had attacked me were none other than my two best friends, Scorch, a colt with a dark red coat and a bright red mane, and a large flame as a cutie mark, and Camo, a mare - yes I said mare - with a deep green coat and beautiful brown, green, and black mane, and some leaves as a cutie mark. We are all pegasi. They have been my great friends ever since I was young, we lived right next to each other in a nice town on the outside of Manehatten, and we would go exploring in the forests behind our houses.
-Back to the present-
“Yea, I’m fine. You know that we can take a beating Shade, but next time, don’t use your ‘special magic’ on us, ok? I will never know how or where you learned that. Hey Camo, you good? Almost forgot about you, hehe.” Said Scorch.
“Yes I’m perfect, in more ways than one. Now can we get to the point of why we came here?” Asked Camo.
“Alright, lets get down to business.” As I said this, I opened a map of Ponyville and all around it. “This is where we are,” I point to a spot in the Everfree forest, directly to the right of Ponyville. “This is where we will enter, remember our makeshift identities everyone?” I asked them, they nodded together, but they did want one quick recap. “Ok, we are traveling storytellers. We are wandering about Equestria when we end up there, out of food, water, and supplies. We are going to find a place to stay somewhere for about a week or longer, depending on how long we are going to wait to put our plan into action. From there we are going to try to make friends with Twilight’s friends. Becoming close with them, makes us close to everyone on top - the princesses - and Twilight herself. Then we will plan from there, got it?” They nodded.
“We got everything, so, when do we leave for Ponyville?” Asked Scorch.
“We leave tomorrow morning, until then, get some sleep.” After I said this, we all flew up to the roof of the cave, found a ledge, - just in case any wanderers or enemies come into the cave - took out our sleeping bags, and fell asleep. Me snuggled in with Camo, and Scorch across the way. Tomorrow, our journey into Ponyville begins.
chapter 2 - an unexpected turn
*Yawwwwwwn* It appears that it is morning, Camo is still cuddled next to me, and I notice Scorch flying around outside, stretching his wings. I go out to join him and he smiles at me.
“Mornin’ bro you good?” Scorch asked as I flew to him. "I woulda’ woken you earlier, but I thought twice when I saw you were with Camo, I didn’t want to wake both of you cuz’, you know.” Scorch lifted his eyebrows at the sentence. I fly close to him and hit him on the shoulder in annoyance. “What! It’s not like you would’ve actually liked it if I woke you up.” Scorch yelled while rubbing his shoulder.
“Just don’t mention that again, what I do with Camo is for me to know, or whatever I can keep from you.” I said, realizing that I can’t keep anything from Scorch.
“Alright bro, but for now, we should just fly over Ponyville, maybe get a look at the basic where-to-go kind of thing, search for a hotel.” Said Scorch.
“Yea, alright, lets go.” I start to fly, then I remember Camo. But I realize that she can take care of herself, and she could wait until we get back, she knows we wouldn’t start the journey in without her.

Me and Scorch just got done looking over Ponyville and we were heading back to the cave, when we saw Camo flying towards us.
“Hey guys! Whats up? I see your flying over Ponyville. Did you get a good look of the town?” Asked Camo.
“Yea, We even found a nice looking hotel to stay in called the, Horseshoe Hotel, seems nice.” I told Camo. “I think that we should go back to the cave and get our stuff so that we can start our mi-“
“WAAAAATCH OOOOOOOOUUUUTTT!!!!” *CRASH!*
I look up to see a cyan mare with a rainbow mane looking at me. “Hehehe, Sorry about that, just trying a new flying trick and I went out of controll, again.” Said the mare. “Hey, I haven’t seen you three before, who are you?” Asked the mare.
“Well, I’m Shade, this is Scorch, and that’s Camo.” I said as I pointed to them. “I just want to know though, who are you?” I asked.
“The name’s Rainbow Dash! Best young flier in Equestria and soon to be member of the Wonderbolts.” Said Rainbow Dash Proudly. “Oh, and who could forget, Element of Loyalty, saved Equestria from Nightmare Moon, Discord, the Changelings, and other threatening creatures.” Rainbow said even prouder.
This is one of Twilight’s friends! How to get on her good side..... “Well we were just flying over Ponyville and we thought we would stop in, we are traveling storytellers, do you mind if you can help us out, Rainbow Dash?” I asked with hope.
“Well considering I just smashed into you guys, I owe you one. Why don’t you chill at my place until you have to leave, or until you can find a place to stay in Ponyville.” Said Rainbow with a friendly smile.
“Perfect! Where is your home?” I said, “and thank you, Rainbow Dash.”
“It’s no problem at all, and my home is the floating cloud one over there, come on!” Rainbow flies us to her house and gives us the tour. Her main bedroom, two Guest bedrooms, - how convenient - the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. “Well thats it, Make yourselves at home.” Said Rainbow, obviously happy to help.
“Thanks again Rainbow Dash. And one question, are these walls very sound proof?” I asked.
“They are made from the puffiest of sturdy clouds, they are quite good at keeping the sound in a room.” Said Rainbow with a tone of question. “Why you ask?”
“Maybe to talk about personal things, just a question though.” I said.
“Alright. Hey, it’s getting late, we should go to bed, see you in the morning!” Rainbow said with a yawn.
“Ok, good night Rainbow.” I said “Good night Scorch.”
“Night” Scorch replied.
As Scorch and Rainbow go to their own rooms, me and Camo go to ours. After we get in bed together, I smile and say, “goodnight Camo.”
“Goodnight Shade.”
We share a small kiss and go to bed.
I am running as fast as i can through the streets of Canterlot, my name is Shade, I am the head of a resistance made up of skilled assassins and my greatest friends, our goal is to rid this world of the people that rule over us, but what really got us started was my rage when Twilight Sparkle became princess. The way that she could just become princess for making magic is unreal, so I decided to fix that, but I can not explain everything now, now I am running. I turn to see who is chasing me. I gasp as I see Shining Armor himself chasing after me at top speeds through the crowd. As I am looking for a way to escape through the crowd of ponies, I notice a small alleyway behind the castle. Without thinking, I bolt down the alley, around curves, and over homeless ponies, only to come up as a wall with a small hole in it. I look through the hole and see that there is nothing but the edge of Canterlot, a sheer cliff. Shining Armor turns the corner, along with 3 pegasi.
“Ah, so we finally meet at long last, but I don't recall that you ever gave me your name, mind shedding some light on that subject?” Said Shining Armor with a large grin on his face. He comes closer to the point where we could almost kiss.
“I don’t think I ever did give you my name, my name is-“ Just as quickly as I said those words, I ran up one of the buildings to the left side of the wall, and quickly hopped over it. I feel the wind rush past my face as I shoot towards the ground at blinding speeds, then when there was only a few seconds left to my free-fall, I let my wings expand and I shoot straight out over the grounds.
“After him!” Shining Armor yelled at the top of his lungs as 3 pegasi jump over the wall and take flight after me. Once I see my perusers, I throw 3 knives at impossible speeds and with precision accuracy, they impale the guards in their throats, causing them to fall straight down towards the ground, blood going everywhere with them. As I fly towards the place where my next kill will be, I remember that I have to meet up with my gang. After that we head straight to the final destination, our final job, our final kill....
