"why do I have to go?" A strange vocie said. "your the only one of the shadow pony's who has a horn and can change her appreance!" Another vocie told the mare. Life in the everfree forest wasen't easy but when you lived your whole life there to get to know things. The shadow pony headed towrdge a small town by the name of ponyville.

"Hi Im.." Pinkie pie cut her self off after she saw what the unicorn mare was. Pinkie knew what these creatures where her nanna pinkie had told her story after story. The shadow pony's pinkie had learnd about the mares where dark blue and there mane where a purpleish color and there eye's red a blood and they normaly where earth ponys but this one was a unicorn. "hello my name is shadow whats yours?" The unicorn mare by the name of shadow asked pinkie pie."p-p-pinkie pie" Pinkie told her while studering. "whats wrong cat got your tong?" Shadow asked "I know what you are shadow!" Yelled pinkie

"Oh then why don't you tell me Pinkamena Diane Pie?" Shadow said with pleaser. "how do you know my full name?: Pinkie asked her with fear. " I know everything about you Pinkamena" Said shadow. Pinkie pie was on the verge of tears when shadow evily smiled did she relly know everything. "Pinkie there you are!" Twilight said while she was running towger shadow and pinkie. Shadow backed away from pinkie and transfromed into a filly and acted scared of pinkie pie. "twilight thank celestia your here!" Pinkie said while glaceing at the filly. "pinkie what did I tell you about acting all crazy around fillies" Twilight Said and looked in shadows direction "tell me your name little filly" Twilight calmly asked shadow. Shadow jumped up and ran from the scean and towrge and boutique of some sorts.

Shadow hid behind the place and transformed back into her mare from. "Hi are you new in ponyville?" A white filly asked her

"yes I am" Shadow told her. "im sweetie bell and this is applebloom and scootaloo were the CMC That stands for cutie mark crusaders" Sweetie bell to shadow. "im shadow by the way" She told them  "hey whats your cutie mark supposte to be?" Scootaloo asked her. Shadow had never got that question befor the cutie mark she had was normal in her "tribe" A swirl of black smoke with red eye's in them." It syblleizeizes im a gardeion of the night" Shadow told them. She had to make up something she couldn't tell them what it relly ment or who knows what would happen but shadow knew what she would do she would kill the CMC if they found out but with the lie she should be safe.

"Hey have you seen a filly with a dark blue cout?" Twilight asked shadow. "no I can't say I have" Shadow told twilight. "forgive me Im Twilight sparkle" She told shadow. "Im shadow" Shadow told twilight. "Shadow I can since powerfull magic withing you do you mind if I study it later?" Twilight asked her with hope. "Shure twilight I dont Mind" Shadow told her

Later that night shadow had sunk out of the library where she was staying and headed to sugar cube corner. Shadow shifted into a plume of black smoke and went trough pinkie pie's open window. "pinkie.." Shadow said with whispering voice. Pinkie pie slowly opened her eye's to see a plume of black smoke with glowing red eyes."Get away from me you-you hellspawn!" Pinkie shouted at shadow. "aww the poor baby afraid to die" Shadow told her wile pulling a limb that had sharp claws on the edge of the fingers up to pinkies head. " I don't want to die" Pinkie said while crying. Pulling the arm away from pinkie's face "you wont die If you keep you mouth shut!" Shadow was fuerus when she told her that "if you try to tell anypony about me you'll end up like this" Shadow grabed a doll pinkie had and decapitated it "and I will take your body and use it to resurrect the queen of the night nightmare moon". Pinkie was crying now she was basicly stareing death in the face she agreed not to tell anypony about what shadow was.
