In Manehattan, the HMS Harmonious, the largest airship ever built, has finally been completed. It is set for its maiden voyage to Canterlot, to receive none other than Princess Celestia herself.

In that same city, two unfortunate souls find themselves in need of an escape. As luck would have it, an extra passenger or two can easily go unnoticed on the newest and greatest addition to her majesty’s fleet.

But when the ship is caught in a storm, it is blown off course and forced to make an emergency landing. Upon taking off once more, however, the crew only checks for the passengers who were on the ship’s manifest. So two stowaways who had abandoned the ship in the throes of the storm are forgotten.

Far away from home and with only each other, Babs Seed and Gilda the griffin must survive the northern mountain ranges that lie just outside of the peaceful land of Equestria. And together, they must somehow find their way home.
