I pulled my glass sword out of the Falmer's head, I opened the door to the grand occulatory, I walked up the path to the controls, I put the square into its slot and the sphere into its own. I started mashing buttons in what seemed like a random pattern, but what really was a very intricate puzzle. I covered my eyes getting used to the grand brightness that now filled the room as the diamond opened to reveal, the Elder Scrolls. The Scrolls looked like they were giving off light, and I felt a large sense of vertigo as I picked it up. I thought back to what Paarthurnax said, "Once you have found it, make sure to bring it back, and do not read it yet.", I thought for a moment, "nah, greedy bastard probably wanted it for himself, I didn't just fight all those guys to not have a reward." I thought to myself.

I left through a side door, opening my map, I set a location, it was a few hours of slicing, dicing, and chopping until I finally got to the 7000 steps. "Yeah, I definitely deserve something for going through all this." I thought bitterly. I walked up the stairs, which seemed agonizingly slow, I sat down to catch my breath, I really hated high altitudes, this was no exception. I got back up when I heard a howl, I instinctively pulled out my bow, notched an arrow and got one in-between the eyes of the one out of five wolves. I swapped to my sword and fireballs, I launched a few fireballs only killing three, which only left one. I charged with a battle-cry, I slashed at its leg, then I got a lucky hit in its neck. It dropped dead as soon as my sword left the wound.

I continued up my long journey, reading the historic statues set up on the path. I kept on walking until I found a frost troll, the fight was uneventful, I killed it with dual handed electricity before it could even get close. I finally reached the training grounds where I first learned how to whirlwind sprint. I nodded respectively to Master Arngier as I passed him. I used the shout clear skies on the giant wind funnels blocking the path up. By the time I reached Paathurnax, I was already bone-tired and just wanted to get this over with. You have no idea how tiring it is to continually shout at wind. I climbed and reached where Paarthurnax lay, I walked into the floating lights where a ghost was standing and read it, I of course being tired as I was, I read it before I was supposed to. I felt my eyes burning, my body started shaking as Paarthurnax shouted "Dragonborn!!" I just stood there staring at the intricate lines, while my face felt like it was being melted.

I felt like I was being tugged by some great force, then all I saw was blackness, I heard silence, I tasted a hint of metal, my head hit something hard. Then I lost consciousness.
