A comet fragment exploded over Ponyville, showering the town and surrounding countryside with shards of crystalline iron and stone. Trapped in the comet's ice was an ancient life, perfectly tailored to its role and mechanically efficient. It has no concept of mercy, no concern for the native population, no sense of right and wrong.
