My Little Re-Animator

It was a bright morning in Ponyville and everypony was doing their natural work as always. Except one Rainbow Dash who was taking a nap on a cloud dreaming about how awesome she is and cheering fans. Suddenly a newspaper hit her in the face and she read the headline.

Coffins of Legendary Parents of Princess Celestia and Luna disappear. Grave robber to blame.

Just last night the gravedigger noticed that two of his headstones had been dug up. He blames a graverobber did it to sell to an enemy country. The only clue that could be found was a syringe with a strange green liquid in it.

'A graverobber? That's a first. And stealing the graves of the king and queen? That's crossing a serious line. I gotta tell Twilight about this.' Dash thought to herself. She then dashed off to the library.

Herbert West took up refuge in an old abandoned house and set up shop in the basement of his experiments. He placed the coffins on a silver table and then got a crowbar to open up the coffins. Surprisingly the dead bodies were of ponies with wings and horns. And surprisingly the bodies were still in good shape. Normally by now the corpses would have rotted by now. West then felt some dust on the bodies and then saw the dust was sparkling.

'Magic dust? This is a scientific impossibility. And how can the bodies be ponies? I must have been brought into an alternative universe. ... This is going to be more fun than I thought.' He thought to himself. He then sprinkled some of the dust into his syringe with his re-agent formula into it. Suddenly it started glowing and then he injected the formula into the queen first. Suddenly his formula grew back and then he injected the formula into the king. Then he hid behind a book case as to not get spotted. He then saw that the dead bodies didn't scream in craziness when they got up. They seemed to be completely normal. He could hear them saying about royal duties and how they're daughters were doing and that they were going to have some sort of reunion. Then he witnessed they're horns glow and then completely disappear.

"It worked!! The magic dust not only made it so it couldn't run out but also fixed the crazy side-effect!! Now there's no stopping me from re-animating all the dead corpses in this world and giving them a second chance at life! I'll be world famous. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!! Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha *ahem* Phew. Laughing like a crazed scientist: not what I like." West said to himself.
