My Little Re-Animator

Rainbow Dash was unconscious for two weeks, the shovel was pretty hard with steel. When she finally awoke she found herself in Twilight's place and she was watching over her.

"Finally your awake Dash." She said.

"What the hay just happened?" Dash asked.

"We were having a stakeout and the graverobber knocked you out cold with a shovel. You've been out for two weeks." Twilight explained.

"Two weeks?! I've missed a whole bundle of work and stunts!!" Dash said shocked.

"Take it easy. Somepony filled in for you. And better the mysterious graverobber seems to have been disappeared. Ponies are suspecting he was captured or died." The lavender unicorn explained.

"Good for that hay-bag." The blue pegasus said grimly.

"Oh... I almost forgot there's somepony else for you to see. While you were out cold I seemed to have gotten a roomate." Twilight said.

Then on cue Herbert West came out of the shadows and said,

"Greetings. My name is Herbert West. And you must be Miss Sparkle's friend Rainbow Dash am I correct?"

"Yes that would be right. But what the hay are you supposed to be?" Dash asked.

"I'm a human being. We happen to be very smart and advanced in technology and I happen to be a doctor." West answered.

"He already told me how he got here and what he does for a living. He's going to be staying here for the time that he's here in Equestria and he's using the basement laboratory for his research." Twilight said,

"And considering you still have a huge headache and apparently that shovel that hit you left your wings in a bad condition you're gonna have to stay here and rest for a couple days or more. I already wrapped up your wings in bandages."

"Say how did she get so badly hurt?" West asked.

"She and I were doing a stakeout to catch a graverobber and she took quite a blow due to a shovel." The lavender unicorn explained to the re-animator.

"Oh... That must of hurt real bad." West lied.

"Tomorrow I'm gonna show him to our friends." Twilight said.

"That would be splendid." The re-animator said.

Late that night Twilight and Dash were asleep in bed but in the basement West was busy working on his newly fixed re-agent formula and then went out to the graveyard to get another specimen. He then begun digging into a grave and opened up the coffin and surprisingly again the body was in good shape as well. He then placed the body in a burlap sack and then covered up the grave to avoid anyone noticing. When he arrived back at Twilight's place he went into the basement and placed the body on the table. He then took out his syringe with his re-agent formula and injected it into the pony. After 10 seconds passed the unicorn opened it's eyes.

"What the? What happened? Who are you?" It asked.

"Herbert West. Welcome back to the land of the living. You've been asleep for quite some time. Now return to where you live and have a lovely life." Herbert said. Then the pony used it's magic to teleport out of the basement and West with a smile on his face said,

"Another life saved."
