"Come on your Highness,"  she laughed some looking to the new lavender alicorn mare. Slowly Twilight poked her head out from a tree to look  at her friend "Oh har har ," she  rolled her eyes "Funny Rainbow Dash, just cause I'm a Princess now doesn't mean you always got to call me that."  The location just made the rainbow maned mare laugh more. "Sorry I'm just in a rush L.R. Raider is going to be at the bookstore today releaseing the new addtion to Daring Doo I don't want to miss it," she blushed some as she thought of the stallion she dreamed he was .  "And you just had to drag me into the air WHEN I'M NOT USED TO MY WINGS YET!!!" Twilight screamed from the branches teleporting to were Rainbow Dash was. "Oh come on at least you got the hang of clouds and floating, Landing is not your 'Strong Point'," Rainbow Dash made it clear about the strong point, as she made it with air marks with her hooves. Twilight would have to give her flying coach some credit on that note, and seeing Dash so happy about the new book made her kinda smirk. "So I see your likeing the series ," she said teaseing her. "Liking the series," she looked to Twilight. "Hey don't make me look like an egghead Twi,"  But the cyan pony groaned "Okay Okay I don't like the series ," she squeed some "I love it, If L.R.Raider is also I Wonderbolt I would die a happy mare."  She spinned and fluttered around the stumbling alicorn. The new Princess Twilight Sparkle just had to let out a chuckle as both of them landed at the book store.  At a table an earth stallion in a Adventurer suit and hat covering his eyes was laying out the books, his red tail covering his cutie mark on his flank. Dark blue hooves on the ground. "WHAT THE BUCK HE'S AN EARTH STALLION!!" Rainbow dash said as soon as she saw him. Slowly the stallion looked up with a smile and kind voice "What you think I was a Pegasus," a chuckle comeing from his lips as his face was hidden by mane and hat.  "I'm  please come in girls," he nodded than seeing Twilight's wings "Ahh see you finally blossomed Your highness," he was used to Twilight being a constant costumer. "Hey L.R.  I brought a Fan of yours," Twilight said comeing in.  Looking mighty proud of herself of keeping this bit of info away from Rainbow Dash. "I Don't see Miss. Brighteyes here today.  She looked around for her favorite study mare, one who was more of an Aquitance than a best friend. A bright blue pony with an Orange mane who like to study nature, she than looked to Rainbow Dash who now seemed to be doing double takes. "Twilight how come you know L.R. Raider," Rainbow was saying it through blushing, Sure he was an Earth Stallion but that voice was makeing her weak in the knees. He was also handsome his lean figure swooping chest red drapeing mane kinda made him look like a Movie star as his back swooped into tight hind quarters that looked like they had kicked boulders out of the way just for a mare. Rainbow was practically drooling over him, The stallion of her dreams but he was too good for her. "Yeah he was in my Creative Writeing  course back in Canterlot, " Twilight giggled some seeing Rainbow Dash's face. "And He's got family here in ponyville."  She was laughing with the stallion as they both looked to Rainbow Dash. "Well come on girls I got more guest comeing," as a little Filly walked in holding a Daring Doo book in her mouth a small fluttering orange pegasus with a purple mane, as her big eyes spotted Rainbow Dash. "I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE A DARING DO FAN TOO RAINBOW DASH!!." It was little Scootaloo and Dash picked her up quickly covering the fillies mouth.  This even had her laughing some, but his eyes or lack there of were on her and made her cross her legs. More mares and stallions came into the bookstore, seems the whole town was fans of the book. And knew the author was an old boyfriend of the bookstore owner.  Especailly Bon-Bon who walked up to L.R. and piped out "My My Look how handsome you got." Cause the Stallion to hide more under his hat and just blurting out a Mild thank you. "Hows the Modeling dream," were the next words he spoke trying to make his voice deeper.  This made Bon-Bon beem "You know I was just talking to Lyra about that, I told her screw it I want a Candy Store now I own one."  He nodded and walked back to the table.  "Mr. Raider I didn't tell you the best part yet!" she screamed some towards him.  Cause Rainbow to grind her teeth all the gossip was makeing her dream stallion more and more tough to get. "Let me guess," he chuckled some "All you can eat."  Than the reading started, Oh that voice Rainbow Dash could just die listerning to that voice and stareing at that hunk of a colt. Too bad he wasn't a Pegasus. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 "Lancer," Spouted Filthy Rich looked across the restuarant table at his Son. A blue stallion who was takeing off his hat slowly revealing blue eyes.  A red almost crimson mane messed up from being under a hat, doneing the neck of the stallion from the bookstore.  He sat down near a filly with her nose in the air, and a pink coat. "How did the Book signing go," Filthy chuckled. "Bon-Bon showed up and kinda started blabbing to me about her Candy shop." He picked up a menu "One mare screamed "He's a freakin earth pony.!" And couple kids from Diamond's School, along with Princess Twilight Sparkle." The little filly spit out her grape juice which got all over Lancer's face. "DIAMOND TIARA!!" He almost louched himself over to his little sister. "Than why couldn't I go!!," she whined looking to her "You told me it was going to take all day." She crossed her hooves looking to him, Her Tiara his mother had salveged for her on her head. Oh how he wanted to yell at the little brat but he couldn't she still had those sad eyes.  "And Fillies my age were there. Some big brother." She tilted her nose up yep clearly mad now Lancer thought. "Daddy Can I have Lancer's Yaucht now he doesn't seem to like it anymore like me!"  She just had to dig the S.S. Lancer into the dirt as well. "It was for the Fillie's from the Orphange some of them are fans," he grumbled under his breathe as the waiter calmed down. "Charity  something your too young too understand yet," he looked to his sister. Oh here come the tears he knew she was going to start crying just cause she wasn't getting her way. He looked over to his Dad for guideance. "Now now you two," He  looked to both of his kids.  "No Diamond your not getting the Yaucht," Lancer stuck his tongue out to his sister.  "And Lancer you should've took your sister." She returned the favor. " Now what are we ordering cause I'm starveing," he smacked his hooves together as he picked up his menu as their waiter waited. "I'll just my usual," Lancer groaned and knowing Diamond Tiara was going to rudely answer he placed his hat over her head. Which made her take it off and start gagging, makeing him laugh. The waiter quickly placeing down the order for One Hayburger they knew how Lancer was. "Your soooo gross," she whined. Than she looked up to the Waiter "CAKE!! AND MAKE IT SNAPPY!!" Rainbow Dash looked at the signature in her book. Reading it again "I'm Your fan too, Love L.R." She squeed as she flew home. "I wonder what L.R. Stands for Lasso Rick , Lance Rogue, Litskip Racer."  She than looked down to the Restuarant as her stomache growled. "Oh shut up stomache that place is too pricey for you."  She scanned the costumers and saw the crimson mane and blue hooves of a stallion next to Filthy Rich. Was it him, She screamed like a fangirl in her head as she glided down. "Your orders," a waiter said placeing down a nice display of food on the tables, everything from Hayburgers to cake and a huge pumpkin steak that made her mouth water. On the blue stallions flank was a Fleur De Lis, huh maybe he wasn't the same stallion from the bookstore. But he was built like him as he looked over with light eyes, something about them made her blush. "Hey Miss, Dash why don't you join us," He chuckled patting a sheat next to him. "Your going to invite the Wanna Be Wonderbolt Weather Mare," A brat voice poked her head out around from a huge piece of cake. It was Diamond Tiara, Oh how Dash hated that little filly, she wanted to smack her for the remark and all the teaseing she did too Scootaloo.  But Filthy Rich was already standing up , takeing the filly by her hoof looking to the waiter. "Mind calling her nanny to come pick her up," Filthy said. "She's not getting the rest of dinner tonight." Diamond Tiara started to pout with big old puppy eyes. "And don't BUT DADDY ME Diamond Tiara you already got in trouble at school today." The blue stallion lifted a brow "What was it this time Father," he looked to Filthy Rich.  So this was Filthy's Son Lancer she heard rumors about him. But never actually saw him, before.  Rainbow Dash blushed more seeing how much Lancer had in common with L.R. Raider. Family in Ponyville , Blue Coat, Red mane and fine flank. It was the flank that made Dash forget to put two and two together. "She tossed a Fillie's book in the Mud," Filthy looked up giveing a wink. "I believe the same book your Marefriend is holding." He pointed to Dashes book, which made Dash quickly hide it. Lancer only had a second to see the cover was the New book he just signed, than he remembered her from the book signing the only who as had a filly lick her to let her go. He giggled some. As the waiter nodded and took his Little sister off into the kitchen. Lancer seemed to have a calmer voice, Dash noted still sexy though but calmer than L.R.'s "Uh yeah I went to a bookstore with a friend you know she just had to have the new book. She's a big egghead." She sat next to Lancer. This made the stallions laugh some. "What I say," she blinked blushing. The royal blue coated colt walked into the nursery, with soft hooves so he wouldn't wake others in the manison. Picking up the whineing infant in his hooves "Sis ssshhh, you don't want to wake Dad." He held the tiny infant of pink, rubbing her tiny light purple and white locks. "Diamond Tiara please stop crying," He looked to her  through his red mane. He needed something, something to make the baby stop crying. He looked up and saw his mother  in curlers "Mom I don't know how to make her stop."  The mare smiled with an understanding smile and her face hidden as she lowered a Tiara down.  "Now my dear Prince you keep her safe," the voice of his mother a sweet accented tone. As grand windows opened to a ballon waiting for, the dark brown braided mane of his mother flowed.  "Bye Mother.!" he waved out to her placeing the tiara on his little sister's head.  And for that Lancer soon realized who he was the calm one, cause the baby than lunged for a crystal pony skull. "Aren't you the spoiled one," He sighed than looked back to see the ballon off in the night. Canterlot circa 1999 "Tomb Raider," said Lancer said before his friends and family. "Was more than just the Scientist of our age, she was my Mother, and my friend. She understood my dreams to follow in her footsteps." He looked to his dad sitting with Diamond Tiara, Filthy Rich never looked more heart broken. "But I have resposiblities," He said getting off the podium for the Princess. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 "Oh what brings you here Rainbow Dash," Rarity looked up from her hooficure, "I thought you didn't ever want to come to the spa."  She looked up to her cyan coated, rainbow maned friend through a curled purple mane. "Darling your panting up a storm did you run here on hoof." Seeing as her friend nodded  she waved the stylist away. "Rarity, I think I might have a crush," Rainbow bursted out of her mouth. She blushed so deep her face was almost red.Her rainbow mane falling into her eyes, as her wings dripped in shyness. "Rarity you know about Filthy Rich's son right, You know the blue guy gold fleur de lis cutie mark. Crimson mane," she almost was too shy to say the words to Rarity. "Wait wait ," Rarity looked to Dash "You got a Crush on Lancer T. Rich the dream colt of my class back when I was a filly. You like LANCER!!." Other mares turned and all looked to Dash. "He was one of the kindest boys when I was in School. And the Smartest." Rarity hugged Dash "You got your eyes set on one of the richest Ponies in Ponyville. Rainbow Dash pushed Rarity off "Hey the Colt was eatting a hayburger and was telling his little sister off for her mouth." All the mares sighed in envy. "WHAT!!!! HE'S JUST A GUY!!" "He isn't just any guy Rainbow Dash, He was thee guy everymare here wanted to be his Skateing partner." She appeared to be flashbacking "Till Brighteyes came into his eyes. She was the last Librarian, but now owns the bookstore on tenth street." Back at the Bookstore "Brighteyes I think I'm in love."
