The Night's Silence

Luna was looking around for the stairs, to go and introduce the new Avian to the others."What's your name?" Luna said as she walked around the large, dark room, small circle of light blue light, emanating from her horn. "Where did the stairs go? hmm..."

"I don't know...never actually came down here before, and I can't remember what my name is..." She said. "Ok... so...let me retrace my steps...that might work." Luna said, walking around finding the spots that had been disturbed by her earlier. Luna came to the hallway she came down earlier, but heard someone coming down it. Luna looked back at the Girl, quietly telling her to be silent. crouching, ready to jump on the person coming around the corner.

"Celestia? Where do you think she went?" Twilight said quietly, looking around the massive room. "I'm not sure Twilight, she could of wandered anywhere." Celestia said, her voice with a little bit of worry."It's ok...I'm sure she's fine" Twilight said, trying to comfort her, though not sure herself. the soft glow around them was enough to see around them but not far enough to see across the room. Twilight walked away to look at some test tubes that where knocked over, but still dusty. Twilight found a Lab report on the ground labeled 'The Angel Experiment'. There where some foreign signs on the clipboard, but most of it she could make out. "oh my..." Twilight said quietly "What is it, Twilight?" Celestia said walking over to her. Twilight's purple glow was over run by a yellow glow as Celestia walked over to look at the clipboard. She hovered it in front of her face. "Well that explains why they are here..."Celestia said, sounding like she didn't really care. Celestia put the clipboard down and walked away towards the dark hallway, with Twilight not far behind. Twilight saw a soft blue glow, but the glow disappeared before she could focus on where it was coming from. it  seemed that Celestia didn't notice it though. "I think Luna is just up ahead, Celestia" Twilight said quietly. Celestia just looked over her shoulder and continued to walk. Twilight started to silently worry. 'something's up... Celestia usually isn't like this...and her color is hard to tell if it's faded...I hope the Rift didn't affect her in that way...'

Celestia keeps walking through the halls, searching for her sister, while Twilight follows, keeping an eye on her and one out for Luna. reaching the end of the hall, Luna pounces on Celestia, smiling, after noticing it's just her "oh, hey Tia" she smiles, looking over at Twilight "look who I found" points to the new arrival, as she shyly waves "uh...hi" smiles, looking at both of the others. Twilight watches her carefully, helping Celestia back up "do you have a name?" she asks  "no, I don't remember much" she says, looking at the way twilight and Celestia came from. "whats back there?" she asks, looking over "never did explore this deep in" Celestia and Luna smile "just another home" Luna says "is there anything else back there?" looking back towards where she found her "yeah, this place is massive, runs through the entire island, apparently" she says as everyone starts walking. everyone follows, heading back up to Xavier's house.
