My Blue Moon

CHAPTER 1

The stars were out, the moon was shining. It had been a perfect day in Canterlot and now the ponies lay there heads in there pillows fast asleep. Everypony was enjoying a nice long sleep. All except for four ponies at The Canterlot General Hospital. Screaming came from one of the rooms, it was Princess Luna. She was finally giving birth to brand new filly. "AAAHHHHHHHHH" she yelled so loud half the hospital woke up.

"Stay calm my sister," Celestia, Godess of the Sun, assured "Everything will be fine."

Actully Ive never delivered an alicorn baby before" a nervous pony stated. The two princesses glared dagger-no spears at the pony. "Um well you see when unicorn foals are born the use spells causing mayhem in the hospital room, when pegisi are born they fly around crashing into everything and when an earth pony is born it kicks everything and everypony."

"So you are saying..?"

" Anything could happen!" the doctor screamed out echoing in the hallway.

"AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!" Luna screamed in agony.

"Uhh d-d-doctor.." a nurse said "its coming!"

Everypony (but Luna of course) behind a table and waited..And waited...And waited some more. Soon they popped thier heads up to see Princess Luna holding a baby foal. "Its a filly!" the said very pleased like.

"REALLY." Celestia said in a very sarcastic tone. "Well Luna whats her name?" Luna thought about this. The pregnancy was unexpected and she didn't have enough time to think of a name.

"How about.......Blue Moon." she held her close "My Blue Moon

Present Day Equestria

A lavender pony was flopping about her library. Twilight was bored she had read all the books (about six times), has done all of Celestia's silly assignments and all of her friends were busy until four o clock. She had nothing to do. In the next room her dragon assistant was suddenly awoken by a burp of flames. A letter was sent to Twilight all the way from Canterlot. "I wish there was something anything to do." Twilight mumbled to herself

"Twilight! Twilight! Twi- umf!" the drake called before running into a bookcase.

"What Spike cant you see I am very busy!"

Spike stumbled in its a letter from-" he was interrupted

" Let me guess Celestia."she said with great confidence

"No," Her face went black " Its from Luna."

"Luna?" Twilight was puzzled "what would she need?"

She opened the letter

Dear Twilight sparkleMy daughter Blue Moon is having no fun here at Canterlot . She has no friends. I can think of no one better suited then you to teacher her about the wonders of friendship, so I am am sending her to Ponyville to live with one of the elements of harmony she will be sent by train. gather the rest of the elements and meet her thier I am counting on you please get her some friendsSincerely Princess Luna.
