Rarity is a dressmaker in Canterlot, and not having the easiest time of her life. In fact, things are rather difficult for her at the moment. She's more-or-less friendless, borderline broke, and to make matters worse, she's beginning to lose her creative spark.

Oh, and she has no one to call her own. At least, not anymore. All of these things and more begin to build to a head, until she meets someone she shouldn't have met, in a place she likely shouldn't have been, and through means she'd not like to admit. However, it seems this person might just be the thing she needs to turn her life back around.
