Three Wishes
A genie grants wishes to multiple citizens in Equestria. She doesn't like his job, and she never likes his masters. Still she'll grant them wishes. She always does. But as the saying goes "Be careful what you wish for".
When released, Lilly the Genie (taking the form of a draconequus) will grant three wishes. She doesn't like her job, and she's never liked her masters. But she's obligated to grant their wishes. She's tired of the monotony. She just hopes that one day she'll come upon an original wish. That's all she really wants.
