Trippy Hooves learns more about a new empire to come to Equestria even though it has been there all along. The Empire was considered a dark empire because they had kidnapped Princess Celestia and Princess Luna and nearly killed them. The kind heart of Princess Celestia is giving them another chance and giving them space above ground in Equestria to maintain their empire's reputation.
