Dream Chaser is a young stallion in his second year at Canterlot University. His studies in behavioral sleep medicine are leading him closer to the path that has the answers he seeks.

He also has a crush on a certain Princess of the Night.

His closest friend convinces him to head to Luna's night court to petition for a sleep lab to be added to Canterlot U, while at the same time getting a chance to meet the lovely princess. He never makes it to the court… in person.

Under her guidance he will learn the subtle art of dream navigation, manipulation, and most importantly, understanding. He will learn that some dreams come true… and that some do not.
