Meanwhile...

*Slice*

The spluttering of intestines were heard as the knife went through the torso of the creature. It's wielder wearing a large grin as he stared at his victim, a full grown Rottweiler. it's stomach cut open from the knife slash, and a portion of it's right foreleg had been cut off. The canine had died long ago, but it's aggressor had little to no intentions of stopping.

"*Sigh* I wish these infernal creatures weren't so fragile. But even if they were, I'm starting to get bored of them." The man said.

The figure was covered in a gray hoodie covered in blood, only the back of it bore any of it's original colors. The wearer of this article of clothing was none other than Dr. Francis Conway, doctor turned criminal who derives pleasure from the pain of others. His victims were all animals, never humans.

The floor was sticky and covered in blood. Guts and intestines strewn were everywhere. His victim was on a metal table, the kind you would see in a clinic or a hospital to put patients. Lined up against the wall were nine fiberglass containment chambers made to contain his victims. Several of these containment chambers had corpses in them. The doors of these chambers were sliding panes of fiberglass, reinforced with another layer of fiberglass to ensure that there was no escape. The roofs of these cells was another triple layer of fiberglass with holes for air to get in.

On the other side of the basement, an assortment of bodies were strewn everywhere as well as a huge number of eyes and other precious organs. A wide assortment of animals ranging from cows, dogs, cats to even rabbits. There was no animal left unharmed in this basement. A single light bulb illuminated the room and seemed to make the guts and mangled corpses glisten,

The deranged doctor put down his knife. It was a large, bloodstained butcher knife, definitely capable of doing damage. The doctor stripped off his hoodie and placed it on a rack nearby. underneath the hoodie he was wearing a simple black long sleeve t-shirt and a pair of boot fit jeans.

The doctor opened a door, revealing a flight of staircases which he climbed. When he reached the top of them, he looked around his home. To his left was a hallway that led to the kitchen. To his right was the living room with an assortment of chairs, recliners, a Flat screen TV and a window, in front of the TV was a coffee table with an iPad on it. The doctor had achieved this much from selling the various meat of the animals alongside their hides.

Francis walked towards the living room and sat down on his recliner.

"Hmm, I've run out of toys to play with. I need something that can take large amounts of pain yet still survive. Too bad that's never happening." The doctor said with a sigh.

He grabbed the TV remote and turned on his flat screen. He skipped channels looking for SOMETHING to watch. He settled on National Geographic Wild. The doctor tried to get interested in the show but his attempts were futile. He proceeded to reach for his iPad and surf the web instead to satisfy his boredom.

"Hmm, Grand Theft Auto 5 delayed? *Sigh*, better later than never I suppose." The doctor sighed as he read the latest article on the game that many were anticipating.

The doctor continued to search the web, there was nothing interesting to read. The news he didn't really care for unless it was gaming, sports he had no interest in, and he couldn't care less about general news.

"I'm feeling a bit tired, should take a nap before I go out hunting tonight." The doctor said

He leaned the seat backwards and shut his eyes, ready to sleep. It didn't take long for the madman to pass out.

Half an hour later...

The doctor woke up to the sound of a thunderclap. He sat up straight and stared out the window. the evening skies were still  orange, but a midst that orange was a single large storm cloud. Francis initially ignored it at first until he saw a small, blue figure falling from the cloud and towards his house.

      "What the hell?"

Francis squinted his eyes and got a better look at the object. It was cyan blue with a rainbow streak. It didn't look like it was mechanical, maybe it was an animal of some sort? It appeared to be passed out.

By the time the doctor could process it all, the creature was mere yards away from his home. Francis dived to one side as the cyan blue object crashed through his window, through his TV, shattered his coffee table and proceeded to tumble down the hallway like a rag doll before coming to a stop.

The doctor got up. He looked around and observed the damage. It was around $5,000 to $8,000 worth of damage. Easily repayable, but it would leave quite the impact on his bank account. Francis had no time to observe the damage, instead he walked over to the broken form of the cyan blue creature, it was a little horse, like a pony, with a rainbow mane and the logo of a cloud striking rainbow lightning on it's flank. It bore no signs of damage save for a scratch or two here and there. But other than that, no major injuries except maybe a broken wing.

"Impossible, that fall would've killed any living thing, human or animal. Even if it did survive, every single limb on it's body would be broken. Here it is with barely any damage." The doctor muttered to himself.

The doctor pondered his thought, this creature seemed to be incredibly durable. And suddenly a light bulb came to life in his head. Ask and you shall receive, he had asked for a tougher toy to play with, and fate had answered his prayers.

"Looks like the doctor's got a new toy." The doctor said as an evil twisted grin formed on his face.

The doctor moved his hand towards the chest of the pony. It's heartbeat showed no signs of slowing down. Not at all.

"Amazing. Simply amazing." The doctor said as a smile spread across his face.

He picked the pony up in his arms and proceeded to walk back down the flight of stairs back to his basement.
