Chapters The white unicorn reluctantly opened her boutique, just after hiding her life-sized Pinkamena doll.
"Mommy will see you later," she had told it.
Her face was severely scratched on the bridge of her nose, as well as her flank, and her right eye. Her right eye was black where it should be white, and the pupil white, and very small, whereas the left one was like any other eye. Her mane was slightly disheveled. On her chest lay a carved heart, still fresh with blood, from having been opened again recently. Despite these defects, she was still a very beautiful mare.
She prepped her fabrics, what little she had left, and sighed. Waiting for customers, after such a long hiatus, was something of a drag for her. It no longer gave her the thrill and satisfaction it used to. But something within her knew she wouldn't be able to maintain this sense of normality. She was desperately trying to resume her normal daily activities before all this happened...
Yet, she couldn't resist cutting herself this morning though. It just felt so good. She truly got pleasure from it.
Rarity shook her head, and turned to the door, seeing a pony enter. Time to act normal... for as long as that will last.
"Greetings, darling, to the Carousel Boutique! How has your day been so far?"
She cursed slightly to herself. It was very dark in here. She forgot to brighten the atmosphere.
“Uh, um, hello. How are you doing, Rarity?” It was Fluttershy. Sweet, sweet, innocent Fluttershy. She certainly had to protect her from all these changes that she’s gone through.
“Well, hello darling! I am doing wonderful, whatever would I not be for?”
“I, um… you haven’t left your boutique for several weeks, and you have those scratches… and, and… your eye is…” She looked away, uncomfortable looking Rarity in the face. That eye had something demonic to it. It scared her.
“Oh… it’s-it’s nothing really, Fluttershy. I just didn’t want anypony to see me this way, but I figured that I’ll have to live with these scars… Oh, and my eye? I-I don’t know what’s going on with it honestly.” But I should get somepony to check on it, I suppose. “I assume it will go back to normal in some time, so no worries. What is it, Fluttershy, dear? Do you need a new dress?”
The yellow Pegasus kept her eyes to the floor. “No… no… just checking up on you, is all. I’m happy that you’re okay. I missed you during this time. Might you want to go to the spa with me someday again?”
“I… I suppose someday, Fluttershy. I don’t really know. It’s uncomfortable for me to even open shop today.”
“Oh, and Twilight asked me to ask you, ‘What happened to Sweetie Belle? Why does she have that scar on her chest?’ ”
Rarity stepped back a hoof. “I-it’s nothing. She had an accident, is all. I helped her, though.”
Fluttershy gave her a sad look. Like she knew. The Pinkamena doll crawled slightly out of the table, and Rarity hastily moved in front of it. Can’t let Fluttershy see that.
“Well, that’s good. I-I’ll see you later, Rarity.”
The door shut, and Rarity locked it, putting the sign back to the “Closed” position. That was too close. The doll grabbed her back legs. She turns around, and stared at it. Her darling Opal was dead, and her heart was in this monstrosity. She sewed this doll with all the pink fabric she had, and all of Opal’s skin. It really was a work of art, in its own right. It looked exactly like the discorded version of her friend Pinkie Pie. Who, it seemed had turned for the worse as of late as well.
For the past few months, Pinkie Pie’s gone missing. As well as a few other ponies from time to time. Investigations have been done, but no trace or evidence had ever been found. But Rarity happened to accidently come across a tape one day in the Sugarcube Corner, and got to watching it one evening.
It certainly opened her eyes to her old friend. Pinkie, or Pinkamena, was cutting and tearing Rainbow Dash’s cutie mark off, and sewing onto a fabric made from various other ponies’ cutie marks, and skin. She had Dash’s chest cut open, and various knives protruding from it. It’s a wonder that Dash didn’t die from it.
Or maybe she had. There were rumors that through certain magic, one could be rebirthed.
Regardless, Rarity knew that she had seen Rainbow Dash before recently, and she certainly wasn’t dead. Now she had wished that she noticed her flank. Was her cutie mark really gone?
She decided to find out.
“Sweetie Belle? Are you here, dearie?”
Clop, clop, clop. She turned the corner, “Yeah, sis?”
“Oh, good. Sweetie, would you do me a favor and go find Rainbow Dash? I need to see her. Ask her to come here.”
“Sure thing, sis. I’ll be back soon.”
Rarity sighed, and sat at her knitting table. She was beginning to remember when the very same happened to her. Pinkamena had her in the very same situation. She was pinned against a wall, and her own chest was cut open. She had knives stuck into her own organs too, and she was conscious of the entire thing. Oh, the intense pain it was. But that pain had made her so incredibly wet that very same day. The more Pinkamena tortured her, and tried to kill her; she both wouldn’t die, and got increasingly horny. “You think I don’t fucking know that? Anyways, I have some of myself together, thank you very much. But that’s not why I asked you to come here. Show me your flank.”
Rainbow Dash gave a very unimpressed stare. “What?”
“Did I stutter? Show me your flank.”
“Why?”
“Dammit, Rainbow, just humor me for ten fucking seconds!”
The blue Pegasus sighed, and turned around. There lies her cutie mark. “Now the other side.”
“Are you kidding? I come into your store, find that you’ve been clopping to… this thing that looks like Pinkie, and you’re asking to look at my flank? This is kind of messed up Rarity.”
“I don’t fucking care! I need to see if something is true!”
“Too see if what is true?!”
“If you fucking lost your cutie mark to Pinkie! That’s what!”
Rainbow stepped back wards a few hoofsteps. “How do you know about that?”
Rarity stood up, knocking the doll to the floor. “Then it is true! You’re blank on the other side!”
“… Tell no one. Got it? Or else I’ll send you to the Rainbow Factory. How did you even find out?”
Rarity laughed. “The Rainbow factory? Oh, so that’s what killed Scootaloo. I always wondered what was going on behind that story of her disappearance, and the rumors from my sister. If you must know, I found this tape from Pinkie’s Sugarcube Corner shop, and I was tortured the same way you were. But… somehow, I can’t die.”
Rainbow Dash sat down upon hearing this. “So, she had you too… I can see why you’ve kept yourself locked away for so long.”
“No, no, it’s not out of shame. Or, at least, not anymore. I love how I look now, honestly. And I absolutely love Pinkie dear more than ever. She awakened me. She turned me into… this.”
Rainbow shook her head. “She changed me too. Before she made me eat a cupcake made out of my own organs, I was just your same old Rainbow Dash… then…” she shuddered. “There’s nothing worse than eating some of yourself in a delicious dessert. But anyways, that changed me too. Ever since then, I became in charge of the Factory. I’m in charge of killing all the flight rejects. And it broke my heart that Scootaloo failed her flight test. I just knew she’d have it in her to pass… and she fucked that up. And I had to kill her.”
Rarity walked over to the Pegasus and reached a hoof over her shoulder. “You poor, poor thing. I couldn’t imagine having to kill my own sister. And she was basically that to you. No, I don’t think I could ever to that to my darling Sweetie Belle.”
“Let’s… let’s just leave this conversation here. Is there anything else you need me for? Are you sure you’re okay?”
“Yes, yes. I assure you.”
“Yeah, I’m not buying it. We both need help, and I’m tired of running away. Come on.”
Rarity stepped back. “No, I don’t want help!”
“You can’t outrace me. Just come on.”
Think quickly, Rarity! She looked around in a panic, and saw her sewing machine. Aha! She magically lifted it and sent it crashing into Rainbow Dash’s skull. It knocked her out instantly.
“Phew. And that’s that, I suppose. “She didn’t bother picking the machine back up, and instead walked over to Rainbow. “Wasn’t your best plan of action, was it? No matter, I have some plans with you.”
She picked the blue Pegasus’ body up, and took her over to the far wall. She chained her to it, and nailed her wings to the wall. “If that doesn’t keep you, I don’t know what would.”
Now, she had to wait for her to wake back up.
When she opened her eyes, she still couldn’t see. Rainbow Dash was blindfolded. She felt a ball gag strapped to her mouth, so she couldn’t speak either. But that isn’t what was bothering her. It was the fact that she was chained to a wall again, and the nails she felt driven through her wings.
It wasn’t particularly painful, but it did make this even more uncomfortable. “Mmpf! Mmmpf!”
She tried to call out, let somepony- anypony know that she was conscious again.
Then she attempted to scream as a knife was shoved in both of her hind legs.
Was meeting with Rarity, my escape, everything just a dream? Am I still under the power of Pinkamena?
Her answer was a knife in her stomach, which in turn made her try to scream more. She was already tearing up, the pain agonizing. Multiple scratches were then applied all over her body for added effect. She could only imagine how bad she looked now. Rainbow thought back to how Scootaloo looked when she killed her. How much it disgusted her to see her dead adopted sister before her. How much emotional pain she endured when having to complete the task. Then she imagined herself in the same situation.
Technically, Rainbow wasn’t supposed to be alive in the first place. She never took her flight test, and therefore had technically failed it. She should’ve been Factory fuel as well. However, because she can produce a sonic rainboom, (the only factor determining her being alive, as far as the Factory is concerned) she was elected President of the Factory’s Disposal of Flight Rejects Division. It was a considerable raise from a simple weather pony. She had a steady income of 500 bits per hour, and she worked long hours.

She didn’t want to admit that she was actually enjoying it now. “How would you feel- wait I remember. You enjoyed it…” She sighed. “Fine, I… I feel really good, to be honest.”
“See, Rainbow? We don’t need help. We just need to continue as we are, and everything will work itself out in the end.”
We don’t need help. She was starting to believe that. “Rarity?”
“Yes, dear?”
“Will you let me down?”
“Only if you promise to tie me up and do the same to me!”
“Deal.”
Rarity left her boutique to visit Fluttershy the next day. She decided to take her up on that offer. She styled her mane as close to the form she used to long ago, (because now she preferred to let her mane hang down) and locked the boutique up on the way out the door. Rarity took the least commonly used roads that she could fine on the way to Fluttershy’s home, so as to avoid being seen by very many ponies.
“Fluttershy!” She called as she knocked her hoof on the door.
She answered with Angel on her head. “Hello, Rarity! What brings you here?”
“I was wondering if you might like to go to the spa with me.”
“Yes, of course! Would you like to go now?”
“That’s why I’m here darling.”
They walked their way to the spa, chatting about mundane things, and catching up on the happenings of the animals, and Sweetie Belle. Over all, the chatter was dull, but it did help pass the time.
Fluttershy was about to choose what package to order, but Rarity butt in.
“Excuse me, dear. We’d both like the Happy Ending Special.”
Aloe and Lotus stared at each other for a moment, before walking past them and locking the doors. They walked past them once again, and signaled for them to follow. Aloe opened the door, and allowed everypony in to the back room. There were two chairs.
Fluttershy and Rarity sat down in them, and stared at the twins. Rarity smiled to Fluttershy, who returned the smile, but looked confused.
“Um, Rarity?”
“What is it, Fluttershy?”
“What exactly is the Happy Ending Special?”
“Just wait and see.”
They didn’t have to wait long. Aloe and Lotus walked over to them, and stuck their heads down to each pony’s nether regions, beginning some delicate tongue work. Fluttershy immediately blushed profusely, and Rarity threw her head back in delight, hooves behind her head.
“Oh dear! Nnuh! Please, Aloe, I… Naaah!!”
“Mommy likes .”
Returning back to her boutique, Rarity meets Sweetie Belle upon entry. She still had that scar.
She can still remember in great detail how Sweetie got that scar.
It was about three weeks prior. Rarity waited until Sweetie Belle was asleep to pull her delicately out of her bed. She placed her body as gently as possible, so as to not wake her, on a chair. She cuffed Sweetie’s fore hooves behind her, and her hind hooves to the chair. She blindfolded her, and placed a ball-gag around her neck, so that she can easily prevent screaming should it happen.
It wasn’t long till Sweetie finally woke.
“Unnnnhhh… H… Huh? I can’t see! Sis? A-are you there? I don’t like this! I-I’m scared! Big sis!? Applebloom!? Anypony…? Th-this is just a game, right? It’s okay, I don’t wanna play! Just let me go! Kay?”
“Should I do it…? It’s not my choice anymore, is it, Pinkamina?”
“BIG SIS! Is that you!? What’s going on!? Let me go!”
“It’s okay, Sweetie Belle. Just relax. I promise, you’ll love this.” Rarity said as she levitated the ball-gag, readying it to put in her mouth, and also had a knife ready in front of her.
“Love what!? Sis!? What are you—“
Her speech was interrupted by the placement of the ball-gag, and a slow cut was executed across her chest.
“NNNGGHHH!!!” Sweetie screamed the best she could through the gag, as a sudden jingle-jingle could be heard from the front of the boutique.
“Rarity? Are you in here? It’s Twilight! Just checking up on you!”
Rarity began to panic. “Ffff… On no… Oh no no no no no no no!”
“Twrrghlt!?” Sweetie tried to scream, and her chest was bleeding abundantly.
Rarity ran to Twilight, so as to prevent her from seeing what was happening with Sweetie Belle. “Twiliiight! So good to see you! I wish I could talk, but…”
“Rarity, are you okay? You look pretty bad…”
“FINE! I am. I am fine! Ha ha ha! Let’s talk outside!”
Sweetie felt she had to try again, and then she got an idea. She concentrated on using her magic, trying to rid her of the gag. “Nnnnnnghhhh!!”
Twilight continued to talk, almost ignoring Rarity. “What’s going on Rarity? You haven’t come out in days! And you look awful. You should really get those scars looked at.”
“Ah ha ha ha! It’s on my to-do list.”
She did it! Sweetie was able to remove the ball gag.
“PAH! Hahh! Hahh!” But first, she had to catch her breath. She drew in a deep breath, and then screamed, “TWILIIIGHT! HEL-“
Her screaming was drowned out by a swift, and sickening crack as a sewing machine was propelled magically towards Twilight’s head. A pool of blood ebbed from the impact site of the machine, atop her forehead, as well as drops scattered around her spot where she collapsed.
Sweetie continued to scream for a moment, and then she passed out from blood loss.
Rarity rushed to Sweetie Belle’s aid, upon hearing that her yelling died out suddenly.
“Sweetie? Sweetie Belle? Oh, dammit. What is wrong with me? My behavior is uncalled for… I did a terrible thing.”
Rarity took a needle and thread with her horn, and sew Sweetie’s laceration closed, once she untied her and was holding her in her hooves. She also removed the blindfold, seeing as how much good it did.
“I shouldn’t have tried this. Why would I assume Sweetie Belle would enjoy this? She must hate me… I hate me too. And then Twilight… I threw my sewing machine at her and… Well… She’s alive, just unconscious, but… How am I gonna explain this to her? She’ll hate me too.” Rarity then uses her magic to clean up the blood on Sweetie’s chest. “I don’t know what came over me. This whole evening has been a nightmare… I hope Sweetie Belle wakes up soon… I’m sorry, Sweetie Belle. I’m sorry, Twilight.”
Sweetie Belle then begins to cough in a somewhat adorable fashion.
“Sweetie?”
“Big sister? I had a bad dream… It was dark, and I think you were cutting me.”
“It’s okay, Sweetie, it’s over now.”
“I know. That’s why it was a bad dream.”
Rarity’s mouth shut in seconds, and she stared in the distance. She knew exactly what that meant.
Rarity downed another bottle of hard cider. She was attempting to drown her self-loathing away, and hopefully make everything just a bit better. Instead, she was getting a full belly, and a cloudy mind. Then she started to get angry, thoughts of Prince Blueblood surfacing in her mind. She came to the conclusion that she was going to visit him, and give him a piece of her mind.
And that’s exactly what she did. She trot her way to a late night cab, and paid for a ride to Canterlot, since the train was out during this night. It only took an hour, and she had the time.
She broke into the housing department in the city hall, and researched Blueblood’s address. It only took her an additional thirty minutes, and she made sure to erase evidence that she was ever in here.
Rarity trot her way to his house, and knocked on the door. Instead of a servant, it was the Prince himself. What an opportune moment.
“Oh joy, it’s Little Miss Grimdark. I’m not going to ask how you found my house… Don’t you have a little sister to torture, or something else that isn’t wasting my valuable time?
She scowled at him, her rage seething from her very eyes. “You never quit, do you? UGH! I can’t even stand to LOOK at you!”
With fake enthusiasm, he retorted, “WELL! Surprise, surprise! You showed up on MY DOORSTEP! Leave, please, you bore me.”
She attempted to smack him, but he effortlessly blocked her.
“… Don’t do that.” He advised.
She attempted to smack him one more time with her other hoof, and was, yet again, blocked.
“Buh…” She was blushing, staring at him, having seen how he flawlessly stopped her from attacking him. A small amount of her previous crush for him surfaced.
“I hope you realize the offence here. You’re attempting to assault a prince. I could have you arrested on the spot. But seeing as you’d probably just get off to dungeon treatment, I’ll just-“
“MMPH!” She forced a kiss to his lips. He replied with the same sound, but in a more questioning tone, thoroughly surprised at her coming onto him like this. When he regained his composure, he pushed her off of him, and spit on her.
“I would advise you to never let me see your face again, Miss Rarity! If I do, you will be arrested without trial! Now leave!” He spoke with authority, and anger. Two things that should never mix.
Rarity broke into a fit of bawling, holding herself in a fetal position as he closed his door in a hasty slam. A slight click indicated that his door was locked.
“Please! Prince Blueblood! Marry me! Don’t leave me again!” She screamed in her weakness, drunk from hard cider, and unable to make any kind of sound decision anymore, due to her feelings overwhelming her now.
After an hour or so of crying, she finally stood up and trot her way to a cab, and rode the lonely way home.
The next morning, Rarity hears a knock on the door. She lazily got out of her bed, and trot over to answer it. It was Apple Fritter, Applejack’s cousin.
“Howdy, Rarity! I was wondrin’ if you wouldn’t mind donating some ‘o yer mane to the Little Pipsqueak Charity Drive? As ye know, dere are tons o’ little fillies dat haven’t any manes due t’ birth defects, a rare hair-killin’ disease, and worst o’ all: cancer! A ton o’ fillies would really appreciate it if ya did!”
Rarity smiled. This was a way to redeem herself for all the selfish, stupid things she’s done recently. But not only that, she was also the Element of Generosity. It was her duty to give to those less fortunate than her!
“Of course, darling. In fact, I’ll donate right now.” She took a pair of scissors and magically cut away all of her mane away, and placed it in a nearby box. She looked to Apple Fritter, and handed her the box. “That should do nicely, correct?”
“That’s splendid, Rarity! Thank ye so much! Much appreciated!”
“Oh, my pleasure! Tata!” She shut the door after her, and searched for a mirror. “Mommy’s still pretty, right…?” Once she found a mirror and stared into it. “Even without my GORGEOUS coiffure, I’m still the prettiest pony in—“ She gave a horrified look into the mirror.
“—Erk…” She quickly flew a nearby hat over to her head and placed it on her crown. “HATS! Hats are ALL the rage right now!”
She was close to tears. “Oh, who am I kidding? I look positively awful!” Then, she had an idea. “Wait, Twilight visits every day… I can ask her to help grow back my poor coiffure!”
And so she would anxiously wait for a few hours, waling a rut into her floor from all her worry that she might not come to check on her today. When she heard the familiar jingle-jingle! she immediately turned to the door.
“Oh, Twilight! This is THE. WORST. POSSIBLE. THING! I gave away my stunning coiffure to charity, and now I look so horrible! Do you know a spell to help me get it back? Please?”
Twilight nods, and smiles. Despite being a lot different now, she was glad that Rarity was still generous. “Of course! Just hold still for a moment.” She concentrated her magic towards Rarity’s head, and hair began to grow rapidly. Unfortunately, it only grew it partially back, but it was better than nothing, in Rarity’s eyes.
“There you go! One mane!”
“My coiffure! Oh, Twilight—“
“No need to thank me, Rarity! You’re always so generous; it’s my duty as a friend to pay you back in kind! …Even if I couldn’t restore it completely. I mean, because, I’m your friend. And I always will be. Even if you’re… d-different now…”
“Oh, Twilight!”
“I may not approve of what you’re doing… But as a f-friend, I need to accept what makes you happy…” Something in Twilight snapped. “HEY ! Maybe I can write about this! The Princess would LOVE to hear about it! If she even listens to me— WEEE HEE HEE!”
“Oohhh… Twilight…?”
“Wouldn’t you say this is a good lesson in FREINDSHIP !? By the way! BY. THE. WAY . I’ve been DYING to ASK YOU … Do you know how much a SEWING MACHINE WEIGHS !?”

Unlike Rainbow, Rarity was strapped to the floor. Her spine met wood, and her eyes were protected by a blindfold. Twilight had also administered a spell to prevent Rarity from using her magic for the remainder of the night. Rarity was as helpless as an earth pony.
And how thrilling that was! To be unable to defend herself —to be truly helpless against Twilight made her marehood ache with want. This is exactly what Twilight made her do for thirty agonizingly long minutes. Want.
She did absolutely nothing, after chaining her up, and just sat there and listened to Rarity’s moans and groans of wanting something to happen, of wanting Twilight to pleasure her. During this time, Twilight pleasured herself to Rarity’s noise. She was truly torturing Rarity by doing nothing, and that in turn made everything so much sweeter to the purple unicorn.

A soft “Ahhhh…” could be heard as Twilight let go of a great release.
“Twilight?”
Twilight decided not to answer her vocally. After all, if a picture is worth a thousand words, an action must be worth millions. She magically inserted a rather oversized dildo in Rarity’s flank, fully and very quickly. Twist stared at Rarity for a moment, adjusting her glasses.
“I said INSIDE!” Rarity levitated the filly, and forced her in, while at the same time grabbing a multitude of fabrics, trims, some scissors, needle, thread, and various other things she required.
She placed the girl on a pedestal, and immediately began work on a new outfit for her, as well as grabbing a bottle of water, hairspray, and a brush to comb her curly nightmare. Rarity removed her overalls, and glasses, replacing them with contacts, and a majestic slimming trench coat, with a belt and belt buckle that straps right where the jacket meets near the chest. The sleeves ended at the elbow, and then a fishnet stocking pattern continued from the coat to the end of the fore hooves. Rarity outfitted her with fishnet stocking for her hind hooves, and the trench coat stopped just before her flank. At the collar of the coat, sat a dazzling Opalescent jewel, diamond in shape. Twist’s hair was straightened, and looked much better with the mane down, instead of in a curly fuzzled mess.
“There you are, darling! What do you think?”
“I like it! It’s very regal. But must it show off so much of my flank?”
“If you’d like it altered, that can be arranged. I just thought you should flaunt that cute flank.”
“Well… if it wouldn’t be too much trouble…”
“No trouble at all!”
“Thanks for the outfit, Rarity.”
“Oh, it’s nothing. Much better than the drab you were wearing! Thing is, I want you to go flaunt that flank for a few days and tell me how you’re doing then! If you still want me to alter it after that, I will. Deal, sweet-heart?”
“Okay! So, what about Thweeie-Belle?”
“Oh, right, she’s asleep, I believe. A nap, I presume.”
“Thanks again, Rarity!” Twist said as she was leaving the boutique. Suddenly, she stopped, and turned around. “Oh, and Miss Rarity?”
“Yes? What is it?”
“You should get those scars looked at. They don’t look like they’re healing!”
“It’s on my to-do list! Goodbye!”
Rarity hastily shut the door, and locked it. She trot to a mirror and looked into it. What was this? They WERE healed. And yet, as she gazed upon herself, they were bleeding again, as if they were freshly placed on her face this day. Or perhaps she’s only dreamed that they have been healed.
The caused her to wonder. “Hmm… Why HAVEN’T these healed? It been well over a mon—“
The scars over her eye and the bridge of her nose lengthened suddenly. She also felt scratches slice themselves open along her ears, chest and arms.
“… Huh? What in Equestria?”
The bleeding intensified, also ebbing from her mane and hooves in addition.
“Oh dear… Oh dear… SWEETIE BELLE!? HELP ME!”
She was tightly bandaged from head to hooves, and she couldn’t move an inch. Only one eye was uncovered. But it was stopping the bleeding slightly. Sweetie Belle had done the best she could, but it appeared not even that was enough.
“There, all the bleeding parts are patched up. I’m gonna get help.”
“Shwrrdie Brrl?” Sweetie Belle?
“Yeah, sis?”
“Rrr crrn’t brrv!” I can’t breathe!
“I can’t believe this either! It’s real bad!”
“NRGH! RRR CRRN’T BRRV!” NO! I CAN’T BREATHE!
“What can’t be?”
“SHWRRDIE BRRL!” SWEETIE BELLE!
“I can’t be? This is getting bad, you’re talking crazy! I’ll get Twilight! Don’t move!”
“Shwrrdie, prrz! Rr’ll srrfrrerrt!” Sweetie, please! I’ll suffocate!
Sweetie Belle trots out the boutique’s doors.
“SHWRRDIE BRRL! FRRCK! FRRCKNG, CRRM BRRCK!! Shrr’s grrn… Rrh nrrgh. Frrck, fffck, fffck, fffck.” She began to pant, unable to breathe properly from the placements of the bandages. In fact, she was hyperventilating.

“HRRRCCKKK!!!” She coughed up a ton of blood onto the inside of her bandages. Some of it even seeped outside of them. She was crying from the pain, and began to cough, choking on her own blood.
“… Gghl…” Everything went black.
Am I… Am I dead? Nothing hurts anymore… It’s so quiet.
“Rarity!? Oh no, this is bad!”
She could see another mare, but her vision was blurry. Twilight? Is that you? Where are you?
Her vision blacked out again. She closed her eyes, and then reopened them. This time she saw her Pinkamina doll hanging from the ceiling.
Pinkamina? Why are you here? You’re looking wonderful…
“She’s not breathing!” Twilight said in alarm.
“Rarity, I’m so sorry…” Sweetie Belle was close to tears.
Rarity’s vision was going dark again.
“There’s blood everywhere… She’ll be okay…”
“Wake up Rarity!
Darkness.
She drew in a sharp intake of breath as she gasped herself back to life. Rarity looked everywhere she could with her eyes, physically unable to move.
Is this a dream…? No…
“Nurse Redheart, patient 257 is conscious.”
“I’ll check on her in a moment.”
Nurse? The hospital… Rarity then became aware of all the sounds around her. Heart rate monitor humming, and giving a steady beep beep beep indicating that she was, indeed, still alive. She felt a breathing device in her nose and some sort of tube in her mouth.
I can’t move… I think I’m in shock. My eyes work…
”You’re finally awake, Ms. Rarity! How are we feeling tonight?”
Nurse? I can’t move.
“Can you speak, sweetie?”
I just said I can’t move…
“She must be in shock… I’ll let you get more rest, we’ll check on you in the morning."
Nurse! Where’s Twilight? And Sweetie Belle…
“Let’s keep her oxygen on, let her get more rest.
NURSE!! … Why is a camera in here? … Nurse?
“Are you sure you’re feeling well enough to go home, Ms. Rarity?”
“Yes, I’m fine… But…”
“Well then. Be sure to keep the neck brace on for another day or two.”
“Nurse?”
“Yes?”
“Who brought in that camera?”
Nurse Redheart looked at Rarity from her clipboard. “… Hmm? What camera, dear?”
Rarity blushed, and smiled to hide it. “That’s what I thought. Never mind! Brace off in a day or two?”
“Er… Yes.”
“Great! Bye!”
Rarity trot her way out of the hospital as fast as she could. If she wasn’t so sure of it before, she certainly was now. She has truly lost her marbles.
“… Hm. I overlooked that bite on her flank.”
Sweetie Belle was the first to ask her if she were okay.
“Am I okay? No. No, I am not okay, Sweetie. Me and the word ‘okay’ have parted ways a long while ago, darling. Mommy is not okay. I murdered my cat, I grew obsessed with a murderer, I did horrendously vulgar things on a camera that apparently doesn’t exist, I did unladylike things with Rainbow Dash, I developed a fetish for pain and bloodletting, I physically wounded you, I threw a sewing machine not only at Twilight, but at Rainbow Dash too, put a knife in my posterior, and worst of all, I KISSED BLUEBLOOD!”
Sweetie Belle looked away, feeling very sad from all that she was hearing.
“So, no. I’m not okay…”
Rarity then saw a small hamster-like version of Rainbow Dash doing a mini-sonic rainboom right in front of her face. Her mouth dropped, and she began to silently cry.
“And I’m hallucinating.”
She levitated a hairbrush over to her, and began to brush her mane.
“Sweetie, what have I become? Can I ever… be normal again?”
Sweetie gave no response, simply hoping that being there for her sister might help her out somehow.
“Hm?” Rarity suddenly looks at some point past Sweetie. “Oh, look, it’s the imaginary camera again! Come to document my misfortune? I hope you like what you see, whoever you are. I’m a wreck. Hardly worth salvaging anymore. I’ve ruined my life…”
Behind her, she Pinkamina doll was edging itself into her room from the door behind.
Rarity began to cry again. “Please. Leave me alone. I wish to wallow in whatever ponies are supposed to wallow in. Now then, please excuse me, Sweetie Belle. Mommy needs her beauty sleep. Where did I put that blindfold…?”
When Rarity got up, and went to search for it, the doll resumed its lifelessness.
Sweetie Belle stood up and walked past the doll, to her room. She hoped everything would work out better to her sister. She hated seeing her like this.
It was nighttime, and Rarity was in a dim lit room with a pink earth pony. She took a top of her punch from the teacup she held. It was delicious, but something was slightly off with it. She assumed it was the recipe, or that it was an acquired taste. She placed the tea cup and plate down for a moment as she wiped her mouth on a napkin, and promptly picked them back up.
“You would no believe the honor it is to be here! I’ve been dying to get in touch with you for ages…”
“It’s not like you were subtle.”
“I apologize.”
“Oh, it’s alright. I have a lot to say to you. Enjoying the punch?”
“It’s simply divine.”
“Good to hear. It’s Gummy’s favorite, after all.” Pinkamina relaxed in her chair, and rubbed her fore hooves together, similar to how a human would rub his or her hands.
“I taste something else in here…”
“Just a bit of mercury.”
“What? That’s how you’re going to kill me? With poison?”
“Of course. I don’t want you to ‘enjoy’ your end… No, no… I want you to die slowly and quietly, Rarity. Perhaps in your sleep… Speaking of which, you’re asleep right now.” Pinkamina’s gaze seemed to stare into her soul. “In reality, there are ponies breaking into your home… They’re coming to take you away…
“WHAT!?”
“You’ve done terrible things, Rarity.”
“But, I didn’t mean to!”
“Yes, you did. It’s who you are. You’re a silly psychotic bitch.” The world around Rarity grew dark, until only Pinkamina’s face could be seen. “And frankly, Miss Rarity… I hope I don’t see you again…” It grew even darker; only her eyes could be seen now. “You’re a monster. Deal with it. Now wake the fuck up, and face the consequences.”
Everything turned to black. She blinked her eyes. Nothing. She blinked them once more, and suddenly, a pair of button eyes was staring directly at her.
Run, Mommy…
“… Wh… What?”
RUN.
She opened her eyes for real this time. Her doll was on top of her, and she pushed it upward, away from her slightly. “… Pink… a… mina…?”
She could hear voices in the distance.
“… —witness saw her come here. Break the door down!“
“No! Don’t take my sister!”
She shot up, tossing the doll to the side as she heard a loud crash. “HUH!? What in the world?”
“Upstairs! Now!”
“PLEASE STOP! SHE DIDN’T MEAN IT!” Sweetie was begging, crying for them to cease their charge.
“Sweetie Belle!?” Rarity looked around, before resting her gaze on the door, which was viciously torn open.
“Here she is!”
“DON’T MOVE!”
“Wh— who are you!? What do you want!?” She was deeply confused. What was going on?
“General Stormbreak, Canterlot Military. You’re under arrest for violence against a one Twilight Sparkle, slaughter of an animal, and foal-abuse. Your sister told us everything. These are very serious crimes, Miss Rarity. The punishment will be most severe…”
She couldn’t understand. Why would Sweetie Belle tell anyone? ”Sweetie Belle… How could you?”
“I-I didn’t meant to, sis!” She was crying, “I told them it was okay. I s-said I still love you, a-and I enjoyed it!”
Stormbreak cut in, “It’s alright, Sweetie. You don’t have to lie for her anymore.”
“But—“
“You’re safe now.”
“I’m not lying!”
“Stoic, Stalwart. Apprehend Miss Rarity immediately."
“SIR, YES SIR!” They said in unison.
