Having completed her time at the Academy, Rainbow Dash returns to Ponyville. She is filled with excitement and energy at her attendance and the Academy's request to return next year for further training. Catching up on some RnR, she begins to pour herself into more training. However a new pegasus arrives to their little town. One who threatens to claim Rainbow Dash's title of Best Flyer in Ponyville, and possibly in all of Equestria.
