The Elements of Harmony and their bearers have pushed back and defeated many threats to Equestria (and their small home of Ponyville). Nightmare Moon, Discord, and the Changelings being the foremost. But darker things lurk in the shadows and a string of assassinations and suspect deaths put the Nation of Equestria on edge as Celestias defeat at the hands of the Changeling Queen causes stress between the other races. War looms for the first time in a thousand years and soon Equestria will find itself without allies as everyone wants to add its impressive lands to their own. But the biggest threat might just be from the inside and as the threat of a civil war looms the ponies of the nation must decide who should lead in the coming War.
