Aeon Whooves: son of a Time Lord

The Doctor and Aeon had to be careful to make sure Discord Whooves didn’t notice he was being followed and so they kept a few twenty feet back as he walked through town.

“Aeon, what exactly are you doing here?” the Doctor asked.

“It’s simple really, Discord escaped from his prison after mom and aunt AppleJack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbowdash, and Pinkiepie defeated him. But he did something no one would expect of him. He…he..” Aeon started but was starting to cry.

“It’s OK Aeon. You don’t have to tell me now. I’ll figure it out eventually.” The Doctor said.

“Thanks dad.” Aeon said and they continued on. They soon found themselves at the library but Discord Whooves was already inside talking to Twilight.

“Blast! We’re too late to intervene at this point. Think aeon think. Eureka! When the wedding is about to start we go in stop the wedding and then Discord will revile himself and then we’ll defeat him! It’s perfect!” Aeon said excitedly.

“I don’t think so Colt.” Said a voice behind them. The two time lords turned to find the embodiment of Chaos itself behind them.

“you…..YOU MONSTER!!!!” Aeon roared in anger and pain and went to attack the old god but the Doctor held him back.

“let me go! Ill destroy him for what he did!” Aeon cried out

“Aeon Calm down.” The Doctor said trying to calm him down.

“yes listen to your Father kid. Besides where you’re going you can’t stop me.” Discord said and snapped his claw and they were teleported some where dark. It was a old cell in Celestia knows where.

“let us out!!” aeon cried and tried to open the lock with his Screwdriver.

“oh…can’t open the lock? Sorry. Phsyc lock. Now you too stay here an d enjoy your friends as I take over Equestria year by year.” Discord said in their minds then was gone.

“what did he mean by friends Aeon? What did Discord do to the timeline?” the Doctor asked.

“I might as well start from the beginning. A few years after I was born Discord broke free from his prison and started his destruction of the world filling it with Chaos. The only reason he broke free is because once mom married you and I was born her connection to the element of Magic broke. Then he did something that was even too cruel for him. He befriended the Daleks. They killed everypony! Applejack, Rarity, Spike, Fluttershy, Rainbowdash, Pinkie…Mom took it so hard she went in a blind rage using her magic to tear the Daleks to pieces. But through her rage she was blinded and a Dalek came from behind and Killed her. And you. Discord turned you into something else. He made you angry with everything and everypony. The pain of seeing a world that you felt at peace in being destroyed by the very beings that destroyed Gallifrey made you go crazy. And aunt Derpy..She was so afraid of what you became she ran away..that’s when Discord recruited you. That other you we saw was you from the Future. I was so afraid I grabbed my sonic and hopped into my TARDIS we built together and followed you to here to stop what was to happen. I failed.” Aeon said Crying.

“Aeon…” the Doctor said sadly. He then put a hoof on his shoulder and looked at him determined and said, ”We’re not done yet. Come on. Let’s try another way.”

“R-really?” Aeon asked.

“you bet kiddo. Grab your Sonic son. We got a planet to save.”
